Jamie Luner, 46, has been accused of performing a sex act on a teenage boy back in 1998. An investigation into the allegation has been opened.
According to TMZ, the alleged victim claims he was 16 at the time of the offense. The unidentified man filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department claiming that Luner performed oral sex on him in 1998.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … a man in his 30s filed a police report with the LAPD alleging that back in 1998 Jamie performed oral sex on him when he was just 16.
The nature of the relationship is unclear — whether the man was a teen actor or just someone she knew. Cops are investigating like they would anyone who reports a crime, but their hands might be tied … with the statute of limitations in California having lapsed. We’ve reached out to Jamie, so far no word back.
Luner would have been 26 at the time of the alleged sexual assault. She is now being investigated and could be facing a charge of oral copulation with a minor child. However, if found guilty, Luner may only face a misdemeanor charge if the sex act was consensual given that the victim was over the age of 16 at the time.
Luner has yet to comment on the allegations.
