Krysten Alyce Ritter is an American actress, musician, author and former model. Ritter is known for her roles as lead superheroine Jessica Jones on the Marvel Cinematic Universe series Jessica Jones and The Defenders, Jane Margolis on the AMC drama series Breaking Bad, and Chloe on the ABC comedy series Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23.
Ritter acting debut back in 2001 in an un-credited role as a model in the film Someone Like You, Krysten may have began as just a pretty face, but over the years we’ve watched her career blossom and grow right before our eyes; in the form of numerous TV and film appearances that is!
We’ve witnessed some of her impeccable acting talents in films like What Happens in Vegas, She’s Out of My League, and Mona Lisa Smile, along with on numerous TV series like Breaking Bad and Gravity. However, it wasn’t until 2015 that we were finally given the opportunity to witness her at her best when she landed herself the role of Jessica Jones in the latest Marvel-themed Netflix series The Defenders.
She has also had roles in the television shows Til Death, Veronica Mars, Gossip Girl, and The Blacklist.
