Two highlighting soccer teams are on to verse each other at Wembley Stadium. The Tottenham Hotspurs are against Arsenal.

Fifth-placed Spurs find themselves four points ahead of Arsenal in sixth, with neither side able to afford a slip-up in their pursuit of Champions League football next season.

On the Spurs’ side, they find themselves on an impressive 11-match unbeaten stretch in all competitions since their 4-1 drubbing at leaders Manchester City back on December 16. Their five Premier League victories during this sequence have taken them to the coat-tails of Chelsea in the fourth Champions League place. The 2-0 home win over Manchester United was a superb performance and snatching a late point at Liverpool last weekend – having trailed with just seconds to go – must have felt like a win.

As for Arsenal, the last few weeks have included hefty wins over Crystal Palace and Everton at home. They continuously come unstuck on the road.Miserable league losses to Bournemouth and Swansea – plus an FA Cup exit at Championship Nottingham Forest – have left Arsene Wenger’s travel-sick team well off the top four pace.

With just three wins in their last nine outings in all competitions, you just don’t know whether Arsenal will provide a boost of energy and a hope to win or a losing mentality.

Soccer’s offense is important to the game; however, let’s check on the two teams’ goalkeepers.

Hugo Lloris remains a real Tottenham asset and one of the most highly-regarded goalkeepers in the Premier League.

The Frenchman and Spurs captain has kept 10 clean sheets in the Premier League this season and conceded 23 goals in 24 matches and you rarely see him culpable for conceding a goal.

Wenger said he will decide on Friday whether Peter Cech is ready to start against Tottenham. David Ospina would come in if Cech isn’t fully fit but he has only featured in 20 minutes of Premier League football this season.

Overall, the game will be exciting, so stay tuned and make sure to watch this exhilarating game on BT Sport 1!
