Jessica Marie Alba is 36-year-old an American actress and businesswoman who rose to prominence for her lead role in the television series Dark Angel. Alba won the Choice Actress Teen Choice Award and Saturn Award for Best Actress on Television, and a Golden Globe nomination for her lead role in the television series Dark Angel.
She began her television and movie appearances at age 13 in Camp Nowhere and The Secret World of Alex Mack in 1994, before starring in Dark Angel when she was 19 years old. Alba went on to have roles in films such as Honey (2003), Sin City (2005), Fantastic Four (2005), Into the Blue (2005), Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007) and Good Luck Chuck (2007). At her peak, she was considered one of the most beautiful actresses int he world.
In January 2012, Alba co-founded The Honest Company, a consumer goods company that sells baby, personal and household products. The company is currently valued at over $1 billion.
However, we’ll always remember Jessica for being an absolute force of nature in the early 2000’s with her roles in Into the Blue and Sin City, just crushing every other female in sight.
