The Early Years
Rudd was born in Passaic, New Jersey, to British parents, but was raised in Kansas, eventually going on to study drama at the University of Kansas. Earning a scholarship, he later studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles.
1992-1999
After appearing in television shows like Sisters and Wild Oats, Rudd’s big break was appearing with Alicia Silverstone in Clueless, a modern retelling of Jane Austen’s Emma.
