The superstars of WWE SmackDown Live will need to pull out all the stops to surpass this week’s Braun Strowman-fest on Monday Night Raw. Strowman tried to literally rip the building apart, room by room. Tonight, the superstars of SmackDown Live may just tear the house down in an attempt to top The Monster Among Men’s rampage from last night.
Mojo Rawley has been on a real mean streak as of late. He tossed his former Hype Bros partner Zack Ryder to the side like a piece of trash. Now, he has his eyes set on the vacant WWE United States Championship. But if he wants to wear the WWE U.S. title around his waist then first he’ll need to get past his challenger for tonight, “The Glorious” Bobby Roode. The winner will go on to face either Xavier Woods or Jinder Mahal in the finals of the U.S. Championship tournament at the upcoming Royal Rumble pay-per-view.
“The Modern Day Maharaja” Jinder Mahal will also do battle tonight as he goes up against The New Day’s Xavier Woods in a semi-finals match in the U.S. Championship tournament. Can the bold and brash New Day member Xavier Woods transition from tag team superstardom to a solid solo run? Or will Mahal dispatch of Woods and go on to the finals at the Royal Rumble?
And wondering what Braun Strowman did last night on Raw? Here’s a little sneak peak…
