Fake News Awards 2018: Date, Time & How To Watch

On Tuesday, January 2, United States President Donald Trump announced that he would be holding the “The Most Dishonest & Corrupt Media Awards Of The Year” on Monday, January 8, but later changed the title to the Fake News Awards, with a rescheduled date of Wednesday, January 10.

According to POTUS’ announcement, which was made on Twitter, the subjects that will be covered during The Fake News Awards  are “dishonesty & bad reporting in various categories from the Fake News Media.”

While the exact categories of the Most Dishonest & Corrupt Media Awards of the Year have yet to be announced at this time, the President asked everyone to “stay tuned”. The favorites to be nominated for the President’s awards are outlets such as NBC, ABC, CNN, CBS, the New York Times, and the Washington Post.

While the nominees at the 2o18 Fake News Awards Of The Year are unknown, suspected nominees include media establishments such as NBC, ABC, CNN, CBS, the New York Times, the Washington Post, and more.

Given the President’s frequent support and advertisement of Fox News programs such as “Sean Hannity” and “Fox & Friends”, many people are suspecting that Fox News will not be nominated for any of the Most Dishonest & Corrupt Media awards.
