This is it. For the few College Football Playoff contenders that remain, these final contests are so much more than just winning a coveted conference title. Aside from the PAC-12, every Power 5 conference championship game will decide how the final Playoff rankings pan out. Even for teams such as TCU and Ohio State who have slim chances of making the Playoff even if they win this week, it’s a grand opportunity to spoil the postseason aspirations of their respective opponents. However, despite not playing in a conference championship contest, the Alabama Crimson Tide only need a minuscule amount of chaos at the top to potentially clinch a coveted Playoff spot.

1. Stanford Cardinal (12) vs. USC Trojans (10)
