Legendary singer and songwriter Aretha Louise Franklin, born March 25, 1942, is currently battling cancer at the age of 75-years-old. Her health is reportedly deteriorating.

Franklin was considered “the Queen of Soul”.

Aretha Franklin’s is reportedly battling cancer, however, she is still alive at this time.

Shaun Robinson spoke to one of Franklin’s friends, saying:

“Good Morning, Everyone. I just spoke to one of Ms. Franklin’s family friends in my hometown Detroit. They spoke to Aretha moments ago and asked me to tell you please don’t believe this news that was trending. Have a good day.”
