Like most millennials, Harry Potter was a massive part of my childhood — both the movies & the books (if you claim to be a Potter fan and haven’t at least read the first four books, you’re a FRAUD!). So when the movie franchise came to an end, so did a piece of my youth.

But then Fantastic Beasts came out and we were all wrapped back up in the wizarding world like we were a decade ago. While Fantastic Beasts was by no means great, it was a promising start towards building an immersive cinematic universe that the original Harry Potter franchise was able to create.

Then they went ahead and added Jude Law as Dumbledore and Johnny Depp the main antagonist, Grindelwald, and everything about this new corner of the Harry Potter universe become exponentially more exciting.

Now, about a year away from the movie’s release, Warner Bros. have officially announced the title of the film, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, as well as first looks at Depp’s titular Grindelwald and Jude Law as a young, bearded Albus Dumbledore.

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald
is set to hit theaters November 16, 2018.
