Each year, Volcom partners with some of the best athletes in the business to create snow gear that delivers a variety of fits (ditch the baggy look for a skinny cut), styles good for the slopes and lodge, and technology features.
This year’s line features collaborative collections with snowboard legend Bryan Iguchi and Team Volcom pro Pat Moore along with a special line of apparel designed for and approved by backcountry guides.
While I myself am not a snowboarder, I can attest that Volcom’s new Winter Line should be the go-to for anyone who lives in the colder sections of the country. Sure, maybe I’m not ripping it down a mountain anytime soon, but I commute to New York City every day during the height of winter, which is arguably worse.
Luckily, this year’s winter will be much easier, and it’s all thanks to Volcom’s new gear.

Zip Tech: A Volcom patented jacket-to-pant interface to keep the snow out of your pants.
Face Tech: A streamlined interface connecting the jacket and the facemask. Completely removeable and features a sliding fast clip plus a hidden stash pocket.
Thermal Defense System: Infrared thermal panels are constructed with insulation and are strategically placed to recycle your body’s natural heat back to your core.
Gore-Tex With C-Knit Back Technology: A softer, more breathable, lightweight, durable water and wind-proof fabric.
Zippered Vents: Zippered vents are used to release heat for a quick cool-down system
