USA Today just unveiled their latest preason rankings for top 25 best college basketball teams. Which teams made the cut? Who’s the cream of the crop? And who’s at the bottom of the barrel?

Every year, USA Today unveils their list of top 25 college basketball teams during the preseason. Last year, the North Carolina Tar Heels and the Miami Hurricanes both earned the top spot on the poll. They were followed Gonzaga Bulldogs, who came in second place. Who will take the top spot this time around?
