He starred in the first three Star Wars on film and in radio dramatizations. He even appeared in the Star Wars Christmas Special. For the sequels, Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, Hamill received the Saturn Award for Best Actor given by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films.
1992 – Present

His role as The Joker earned Hamill numerous award nominations, including two Annie Awards, a Spike TV Video Game Award, and Interactive Achievement Award. However, he did take home the British Academy Video Game Award for Best Performer in his role as the crazed Joker.
