Austin City Limits Festival

This weekend, and starting this Friday, the Austin City Limits Festival will kick off its 16th year, hosting a lot of big name talent, likeJay-Z, Red Hot Chili Peppers and The Killers. and a whole mess of comfort food, whether it be burgers or tacos or whatever’s on the barbecue. That said, while you can expect some old classics for your wine and dine, the event has a new twist on the food this year: there will be a second food court.

There will be one area in the northern area of the park and a new section near Barton Springs stage, with places like: Amy’s Ice Creams, Chi’lantro, Mmmpanadas, Southside Flying Pizza, Tinos Greek Café and Wholly Cow Burgers. The idea is to make it easier to get to food between shows, and there will also be an expanded wine room, with choices from Australia, New Zealand and Spain, according to Yahoo. Talk about your wine and dine!
