Sabrina Limon was accused of conspiring with her love to kill her husband back in 2014. It took the jury more than three weeks to come to their decision. She was charged with six felonies, including murder, conspiracy to commit murder, soliciting murder, attempted murder, poisoning, and being an accessory after the fact.

On Thursday, a jury of her peers found Sabrina guilty of murder.
For more than three weeks, the jury of nine women and three men heard testimony and arguments, and saw evidence, before coming to their decision.
In 2014, Sabrina’s former husband, Robert Limon was shot at an industrial complex in Tehachapi. He was employed as a railroad worker at the time.
Jonathan Hearn, 25, admittedly pulled the triggered and killed Robert Limon. Hearn was said to be having an affair with Sabrina. During the trial, Hearn said that she was equally guilty.
The 25-year-old was employed as a Redlands firefighter/paramedic.
Hearn agreed to take a plea deal, promising to testify against Sabrina for a reduced sentence and a reduction in his charges. He did, in fact, testify against Sabrina on the fourth day of her trial.
Court filings documented thousands of texts between Sabrina and Hearn, including one from Hearn indicating that they could be together if her husband wasn’t around.
In January 2017, Sabrina was arrested in the murder of Robert Limon.
During the trial, Sabrina claimed that Hearn charmed and manipulated her, and indicated that she was a victim herself.
She testified, “He made me feel comforted, he made me feel like he was going to take care of, help take care of me.”
Sabrina met Hearn back in 2012, when she was 32 and he was 22-years-old. She claims that her relationship with her husband took a turn for the worst once they became swingers.
On the stand he said, “It was inevitable that Rob needed to die for Sabrina and I to move forward with our relationship.”
Sabrina claimed that Hearn was controlling and had attempted to persuade her that he didn’t kill her husband.
She testified, “He would tell me our affair was something that could be dangerous if found out in an investigation.”
Her lawyers argued no wrong doing on the part of their client, stating that there is no evidence linking her to the murder, and likened her to a grieving widow.
“I was just clinging to that, my spiritual feeling at the time and I clung to Jonathan,” said Sabrina.
On Thursday, October 5, 2017, jurors found her guilty of first degree murder, soliciting to commit murder, conspiring, and accessory.
