HBO presents a thrilling bout, or professional boxing match, starring Canelo Alvarez of Mexico and Gennady Golovkin, a.k.a. “GGG,” from Kazakhstan.
Both are viewed as elite boxers, since Canelo only lost one fight against Mayweather back in 2015. On the other hand, GGG is undefeated as a professional. The 27-year-old, nicknamed ‘Canelo’, meaning Cinnamon in Spanish due to his red hair, beat Britain’s Amir Khan with a spectacular knockout last year. GGG, who has a clean all- wins track record will definitely be a hard matchup; however, the tides might turn in favor for Canelo, threatening GGG’s perfect record. Overall, this will be an exciting match, with both fighters boasting a fearsome reputation for punching power, mental stamina, and experience.

Those still recovering from the $100 pay-per-view price for Mayweather vs. McGregor will catch a slight break this time around. The fight will cost $79 via HBO PPV.

Sling TV
Sling TV subscribers can purchase the fight from within the app under the Rentals tab, or by visiting your Sling account page. Sling notes the fight cannot be purchased on an Apple device, but can be viewed on any device after it’s purchased.

The fight will cost £16.95 to watch, slightly less than the controversial cross-sport bout between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor.
