Sergio Dipp, take a bow, sir, because you’re a star now.
Dipp, who has been working for ESPN as an ESPN Deportes reporter for several years now made his Monday Night Football debut and was an instant hit — albeit for the wrong reasons.
In a very “boom goes the dynamite”-esque moment, Dipp stumbled through his first ever appearance on national television.
Discussing the Denver Broncos new head coach Vance Joseph, Dipp stammered and stuttered his way through a nonsensical 30-second spot, yet the internet fell in love with him anyway.
“Well, folks, it’s a pleasure to be with you guys, here on the field, from up close, just watching Coach Vance Joseph from here. You watch him now on the screen.” – Sergio Dipp, September 11, 2017
After the game, Sergio took to Twiter in an effort to soften the blow of his wildly viral television debut, however, in CLASSIC Sergio Dipp fashion, he ended up just making things worth, bumbling his way through a 2-minute monologue about America.
However, to Sergio’s credit, he seems to be taking the whole ordeal in stride:
I have a feeling American hasn’t seen the last of Sergio Dipp.
