Hall of Fame country music singer Don Williams passed away today at the age of 78. He leaves behind a devoted wife, two sons, and over four decades in music. He first began his music career as a part of folk-pop group known as Pozo-Seco Singers in the mid 1960s. But he would achieve his greatest success on his own, creating hits such as “You’re My Best Friend,” “Tulsa Time,” and his biggest hit “I Believe In You,” which reached the top of the country charts and #24 on the Hot 100 in 1981.
