Look, we already went through this clown-sighting phenomenon last year and I am NOT ready to do it again. I must have written, I don’t know, maybe 10 articles in the course of two months about all these freaks running around with clown masks.
And now, here we are a year later, and IT is just about two weeks from hitting theatres and the clown craze has seemed to return again, this time in the tiny town of Lititz Borough, Pennsylvania. Kind of sounds like a place where a scary clown would live, no?
According to local police, a prankster seems to be going around town tying red balloons on sewer grates, similar to the movie it.

A certain movie is coming to theaters in two days, and a local prankster took it upon themselves to promote the movie……………we give points for creativity, however we want the local prankster to know that we were completely terrified as we removed these balloons from the grates and we respectfully request they do not do that again.
