Aya Rachel Cash was born on July 13, 1982, in San Francisco, California. She’s the daughter of American poet and novelist Kim Addonizio. Cash received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Minnesota/Guthrie Theater Actor Training Program. She has certainly used that degree to good measure, as the 35-year-old actress has appeared on numerous films and television series.
Cash has even performed onstage on numerous occasions, including the 2014 world premiere of Zoe Kazan’s play Trudy And Max In Love, where she played the lead role.
Besides her role on You’re The Worst, Cash has appeared on three separate Law & Order shows (original, SVU, and Criminal Intent). Cash also be seen in films such as The Oranges, Winter of Frozen Dreams, Off Jackson Avenue, and Begin Again. She also played the role of Janet, Jordan Belfort’s assistant in the 2013 film The Wolf of Wall Street.
