Charles Kraver and his son, Charles Kraver Jr., both from Alabama, are being charged with battery after a fight in the stands during the Alabama-Florida State game last weekend in Atlanta.
According to reports, both Kraver and his son got into an argument about the game which then became violent when one fan claimed someone grabbed her by the back and slammed her head to the ground. The unidentified woman had to be taken to the hospital because of her injuries.
The fight, which began in the stands, eventually spills over to the concourse. Video from the fight shows a woman being slammed to the ground in the concourse.

The incident report from Atlanta police said an argument about the game became violent when one fan said another fan grabbed her by the back and slammed her head to the ground.
A stadium security guard can be seen in the video trying to escort one of the suspects out, but the suspect continues to throw several punches.
Police arrested Charles Kraver and his son, Charles Kraver Jr., both from Alabama.The woman was taken from the stadium by ambulance for treatment of her injuries. The father and son are facing multiple battery charges. Stadium officials and police have not said if there will be any changes to their security procedures because of the incident.
The Alabama Crimson Tide defeated the Florida State Seminoles, 24-7.
