There’s people who can hold down a lot of beer without puking, but this guy can hold up 29 steins weighing more than 152 lbs of beer and glass. He walked across 40 meters, which is over 131 feet, as the crowd cheered him on in Germany. His name is Oliver Struempfel, a modern day alcohol-based legend. He broke the world record for beer stein carrying, crushing the previously-held record that he himself achieved back in 2014 with 25 jugs of brew.

Ollie began his trek, carrying 31 beer steins. He originally started with 27 steins, but said f*ck it and stacked up more than 30 steins. But he dropped one glass, and another glass slightly slipped out some of its contents. And according to the rules of Maßkrugtragen, if you spill more than 10 percent of what’s in your beer stein than it doesn’t count as a full stein.

“I first did 27, because I wanted to be sure and then at the end I said, ‘Let’s add another one and get over 30,’” Strumpfel told Reuters. “Unfortunately it didn’t quite work, but having managed to put 29 down…I think it’s amazing.”

Oh, and this cat spent more than 200 hours in the gym to prepare for this feat. That’s dedication, people!

Plain and simple, this guy is a beast at carrying beer steins. Here’s this dude training to beat his own world record…

Remember to drink and carry responsibly. Happy Labor Day, folks!
