The solar eclipse has come and gone and yet its effects are still being felt, particularly of the dumbasses of the world like Joey Badass.
Look, I’m not going to sit here and pretend like I followed the strict eclipse guidelines — I looked right at the motherf*cker just like everybody else, but I did it for a second and moved on with my life.
Apparently, Joey Dumbass Badass looked too long, maybe even causing the cancellation of the remainder of his tour.

Rapper Joey Bada$$ bragged on Twitter that he was looking at the eclipse without glasses — despite NASA’s warnings not to do so — and then announced he was canceling shows due to “unforeseen circumstances.”
It is unclear if the 22-year-old injured his eyes from looking up at the sun, but several people have reported eye problems after looking at the eclipse without glasses.
A rep for Bada$$ did not respond to a Daily News request for comment. The “95 Til Infinity” singer didn’t address the reasoning any further than the “unforeseen” circumstances but retweeted several reports about the cancellation being linked to the eclipse.
Maybe you should stick to rap, Joey, and leave the solar eclipse experimenting to the scientists.
