Despite only being around for one year, The Meadows quickly established itself as New York City’s premier music festival.
With an easily accessible venue — Citi Field — and as diverse of a lineup that you’ll see at any festival across the country, The Meadows features everything that a music (and food) fan could possibly want from a summer show.
The Meadows has the rap game on lock, with hip-hop legends such as Jay Z and Nas, as well as up-and-comers such as Future and Migos making appearances. As for fans of rock, you can catch rock gods such as the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Weezer, or some of the younger guys like Foster The People or Two Door Cinema Club. And you know electronic music is well-represented, too, with dubstep master Bassnectar set to perform.
So whether you’re heading to The Meadows for the culture of Migos or because you want to headbang to some “Beverly Hills”, this festival has something for everybody unlike any other show in New York.
