Kelly Rohrbach is incredibly gorgeous and that gorgeousness earned her the coveted opportunity to replace Pamela Anderson as the blonde bouncy bombshell in the Baywatch reboot that hit theaters back in May. Unfortunately, the movie got torn to shreds by critics and fans alike and not even Dwayne Johnson’s infectious charm could prevent it from sinking at the box office (get it? Because they’re lifeguards…I’ll see myself out).
So, yeah, not exactly the star-making turn Rohrbach was hoping for. Now, after all that, reports from Page Six are coming out that the 27-year-old model-turned-actress was a real pain in the ass on set. It sounds like she made zero friends with the cast and crew and was just a generally horrible person.
“She thought she was better than everyone,” says the insider. “There was no love lost between her and the rest of the cast.” While promoting the film last month, “No one wanted to share a junket room with her. She was flipped around to many different pairings.”
“Kelly didn’t hang out with everyone. She didn’t make any friends,” said the source. “She thinks she’s a major star, and she’s just a model who dated Leo.”
After the former Sports illustrated swimsuit model and DiCaprio ex was cast in Baywatch, she changed management companies from Untitled Entertainment to Management 360, which reps A-listers like Channing Tatum and Anne Hathaway. Then, she jumped ship from 360 after just six months after allegedly being horrible once again.
“She’s a handful, and it’s a little early in her career for that,” said another source close to “Baywatch.” “Hollywood’s full of difficult stars. But she’s just not at that level in her career where people have to put up with that.”
So, yeah, she sounds horrible. But when you look like this, a lot of s— falls by the wayside.
