I’ve been watching Stephen A. Smith bloviate on the airwaves for what feels like a decade now, but I don’t think he’s ever made me laugh as hard as he did this morning.
Speaking about the chaos incarnate that is Phil Jackson and the Knicks, Stephen A. went berserk on Jackson, who has done nothing but make the Knicks a worse franchise over the last four years.
While making his point about how Jackson has done literally everything wrong during his time as Knicks GM, Stephen A. pointed out that Jackson’s first move as a Knicks executive was to sign Lamar Odom, who at the time, was a full blown crack head.
His delivery belongs on the Mt. Rushmore of Stephen A. Smith moments:
However, like usual, Stephen A has a point: Jackson’s signing of Odom was the first of many wildly irrational moves that have all but buried the Knicks franchise for the next decade.
