According to an autopsy, Carrie Fisher had cocaine, heroin and ecstacy in her system when she fell ill on a plane last year. Investigators have not yet concluded what impact the drugs found in her system may have had on her death.

The autopsy report was released on Monday and suggests that Fisher may have taken cocaine three days prior to her December 23 flight on which she complained of chest pains. She passed away four days later.

The report also found traces of heroin and MDMA, a form of ecstasy, but it could not determine when Fisher had taken those drugs. The findings were based on toxicology screenings done on samples taken when the actress arrived at a Los Angeles hospital.

Coroner’s officials ruled that Fisher died from sleep apnea and a combination of other factors.

The 60-year-old actress was most famous for her role as Princess Leia in the Star Wars films. Carrie reprised that role after 30 years in 2015’s Star Wars: The Force Awakens and will be appearing in this year’s Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
