“The Ravishing Russian” Lana is scheduled to go toe-to-toe with WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Naomi at Sunday’s Money In The Bank pay-per-view. Behind the scenes, Lana has worked hard to prepare for this championship showdown.
“I’m really excited about showing my in-ring journey because I have been training a lot over the last year,” she Lana in an interview with USA Today. “It wasn’t always a skip in the park, but I was just so hungry to learn. My past is very, very different than (the other performers). But I am a strong believer to follow your own path, no matter what people think.”

Lana is most famous for her role as Rusev’s manager. Rusev is her husband and life partner. But now, she’s off on her own, going after the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship. She earned her opportunity at the title by being a serious torn in the side of the champion.
