Cloie Luo of The University of Louisiana-Lafayette earned her Miss COED 2017 Finalist as a freshman, which is an incredible feat. She originally hails from Houston, TX, but decided at the last minute to attend ULL instead of school in New York City. “My dad, who was an alumni from University of Louisiana at Lafayette, convinced me to tour the campus just to see if I would like it. At first I was very hesitant, but when I visited, I absolutely fell in love. The culture in Louisiana is amazing; there is always some festival going on somewhere, the people are so nice, and everything is just perfect.”
You don’t need to be from H-Town like Cloie to join Miss COED 2018. We’re looking for all the coolest, smartest, most outgoing college women to join Miss COED 2018.
