Saturday’s terrorist attack at the London Bridge killed Chrissy Archibald as she was plowed down by a white van. She was a 30-year-old citizen originally from Castlegar, a community in Canada’s westernmost province of British Columbia.

She was a bride-to-be struck down in the prime of her life. The evil of terrorism took away the life of woman with a beautiful heart. Look at the gallery to see this angel while she still lived in this world.

Archibald use to volunteer her services to a homeless shelter before moving out to Europe to be with her fiancé. She was engaged to a man by the name of Tyler Ferguson. Chrissy died in his arms Saturday night after she was struck by a white van on the London Bridge. The suspect and two accomplices then exited the van and went on a stabbing rampage at the Borough Market.

On a Facebook post, Tyler’s sister Cassie Ferguson described the surreal moment her brother had to experience. “Tyler is shattered into a million pieces. He held her and watched her die in his arms,” she wrote. “In a split second his entire life was ripped away from him. Hearing his painful sobs on the phone while he’s alone trying to deal with this tears me apart.”

On Sunday, the Canadian government released a statement written by Ms. Archibald’s family.

The victim’s family paid tribute by sending out a statement, writing that “We grieve the loss of our beautiful, loving daughter and sister. She had room in her heart for everyone and believed strongly that every person was to be valued and respected.”

The family added that Chrissy “would have had no understanding of the callous cruelty that caused her death.”

Ms. Archibald’s family wants others to follow in her footsteps. In the past, she volunteered her time at homeless shelters. Her family encourages others to do the same. The statement reads: “Please honour her by making your community a better place. Volunteer your time and labour or donate to a homeless shelter. They tell Chrissy sent you.”
