Superstar model Jen Selter shared a motivational and positive message to her millions of fans Wednesday night on Instagram. Her message is an inspiring one and she delivered it while not wearing a single piece of clothing.
“Everyone has days when they feel down about themselves. Everyone has something they wish was different about themselves. But instead of focusing on the negative, think about all the good things you have in your life. You have health. You have happiness. You have people who love and care about you. One little thing and one bad day will never be enough to change all of those things,” Selter wrote on the photo of herself sitting completely naked in a tub.
Gotta give credit to Selter for combining her natural physical appeal with a really comforting message. Sometimes our perspectives are skewed when it comes to “beautiful people.” We think their lives can’t possibly be difficult or lonely or anything bad. But it’s good to remember that we’re all people with our own set of issues and insecurities.
