Last night, Justin Bieber hopped on stage at 1 OAK in New York City. He tried to perform his part of the “Despacito (Remix),” but he came up woefully short. The Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee smash hit that Bieber is featured on is currently #1 on the US Billboard Hot 100, so you would think he would at least know some of the goddamn words.
Apparently, that is not the case. Watch Bieber butcher his way through the song in the videos below.
I know Bieber doesn’t speak Spanish, but holy shit, that was brutal. Bieber yelling, “Blah, blah, blah…” over and over again was such a dick move. If you don’t remember the lyrics, just shut the f*ck up. There’s no need to be a condescending jackass about it. It’s like the old saying goes, “Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt.”
That dumpster fire of a performance isn’t going to be enough to stop me from bumping “I’m The One,” though. Trying to resist that infectious banger is impossible.
