A particularly titillated Miami Marlins fans gave her best effort to distract players in Wednesday night’s game against the St. Louis Cardinals at Marlins Park. The fan, one of the famous Marlins Man’s (Laurence Leavy) self-titled Mermaids, pulled down her shirt and shook her breasts at the pitcher and, honestly, we think this should become a league-wide mandate by the MLB.
Check out her cagey veteran move:
The entire incident was caught on camera and witnessed by thousands who were watching the game at home and in bars. Shoutout to all those young kids who were watching as their mothers frantically tried to change the channel.
The slightly bemused man sitting to the right of the women was Andy Slater, a talk show host for sports radio station 940-AM WINZ based in Miami. Right place, right time, my man.
The woman who pulled down her top was part of a group of women known as “the Mermaids” Leavy often brings to Marlin’s games to help with the atmosphere.
The golden oldie himself is often spotted wearing his garish orange jersey sitting right behind home plate and will sometimes bring other spectators (including eye-catching women) along with him. Respect.
The 61-year-old principal of a Miami law firm has gained national attention in recent years for his ability to land the best seats at the biggest sporting events, usually within direct view of television cameras. Last night, it certainly came in handy.
Despite some serious Internet creeping, we were unable to find an Instagram account for the flasher in question. We did, however, unearth her Twitter account.
