FX’s The Americans continues its fifth season tonight with episode No. 10, “Darkroom,” at 10:00 P.M.
Last week was one of the more lively episodes in this steadily paced season that saw the investigation into Oleg deepen. Oleg may be a cool customer who stamps out every flame of suspicion, but the Soviets will eventually find something. What will he do then?
Elsewhere, Henry asks his parents to attend a prestigious New England boarding school in the Fall with some of his new friends. Philip checks back in on Kimmy to retrieve some recordings from her father’s office. Back in Moscow, Gabriel appears at Martha’s doorstep unannounced. This is the second time fans have seen Martha this season and her appearance further cements her tragic story. Cold, hungry and alone in Russia, Martha has had time to “under stand it all,” as she put it.
