The first ever MTV Movie AND TV Awards were held last night in Los Angeles, bringing out all of Hollywood’s biggest stars.

This year MTV introduced a new version of their iconic award show, adding television categories to the show, making it the MTV Movie & TV Awards.

This year’s MTV Movie & TV Awards were held at Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California. It was the 26th edition of the awards and for the first time, it presented honors for work in television as well as cinema. The awards ceremony was hosted by Workaholics star Adam DeVine.

The ceremony was preceded by the “Movie & Television Festival.” It was a daylong event that was held outside the Shrine Auditorium and feature live performances by Bea Miller, All Time Low, and Zara Larsson, plus red carpet appearances by celebrities.
