Reports are coming in that there has been an explosion near or on the Dortmund team bus while it was traveling to their home stadium for Tuesday’s Champions League game against Monaco. Continue below for the full story.

What Happened?

A bomb explosion on or near the Dortmund team bus has been reported. One player, possibly defender Marc Bartra, is said to be injured and on his way to the hospital. However, the injury is not believed to be serious.

Police are saying that three explosions took place.

Local police said they were at the scene following an explosion that shattered the windows of the bus.

“It is not yet possible to say exactly what the explosion was or exactly where something exploded,” a police statement said. However, Police do believe this was a targeted attack.

The explosion is said to have happened when the bus was at the team hotel. The stadium is reportedly safe.

Borussia Dortmund

Ballspielverein Borussia 09 e.V. Dortmund, commonly known as Borussia Dortmund, BVB, or simply Dortmund, is a German sports club based in Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia.

The team’s match against Monaco today has been suspended and moved to April 12.

Fans at Dortmund’s stadium are chanting the team name at this moment.

At least one employee is dead and three others are hurt after an explosion Tuesday in a mixing building at Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in Independence, Missouri.

What Happened?

An explosion in a mixing building at Lake City Army Ammunition Plant has left at least one employee dead and three injured.

Previous explosions at Lake City have killed and injured other workers in the past.

In March 2011, an explosion injured six people in a construction area near where workers load powder into bullets. One worker was flown by helicopter to a local hospital.

In December 1990, a primer mixture exploded as a worker pushed materials down the sides of a bowl with a sponge. The worker died.

In August 1981, a worker loading igniter mix into a van suffered severe burns when 175 pounds of the mix exploded. Raymond C. Still, 46 of Hardin, died at a hospital the next day. A 21-year plant veteran, he was moving the mix, which was inside rubber tubes, from a metal shed to the truck when the explosion happened.

Also, a 1985 explosion started a fire that lasted several hours in a storage building, though no injuries were reported as a result.

Lake City Army Ammunition Plant

Lake City Army Ammunition Plant provides quality small-caliber munitions and operates the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) test center. It was established by Remington Arms in 1941. The plant produces upward of 1.4 billion rounds of ammunition per year.

The plant has always produced large quantities of potentially hazardous wasted and substances. Due to the extensive contamination, the plant has been included in the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s National Priorities List.

The plant has a government staff of 29 Army civilians and one soldier to provide contract oversight. The government staff has a payroll of $2.9 million.

It’s Romo Mania in Dallas tonight with the Mavericks signing the Dallas Cowboys quarterback to a one-day deal. While Romo did not win a Super Bowl for Dallas, it looks like his interesting career with the city is coming to a close. To ensure his farewell tour is all bells and whistles, the Mavericks, whose playoff chances are out the window, decided to have a little fun with the former QB.

Tony Romo is the only highlight for tonight’s game as the Nuggets and Mavericks have both had their postseason dreams eliminated. The Nuggets got eliminated due to Russell Westbrook’s buzzer beater. The Mavericks, on the other hand, have been out of playoff contention for a while. Both teams have only two more games left to play until they can start focusing on next season, so the Romo addition is a nice little way to soften the blow.

Similar to how Kobe left without with a bang, it seems Dallas wants to do the same with Romo. Rather than get traded or sit in free agency, Romo decided to throw in the towel and call it quits. He didn’t have to wait too long for a job. CBS reported that Romo would replace longtime color commentator Phil Simms. Dallas fans are nervous because Dirk Nowitzki is also rounding the end of his career, and while Romo was replaced by Prescott, there really isn’t anyone on the Mavericks’ roster who can fill Dirk’s big shoes.

Baron Corbin’s music hits. Big Bad Corbin has come to answer KO’s challenge. Corbin says that KO may be able to beat up everybody in this arena, but he can’t beat Baron up. Corbin talks trash, claiming that Owens tucked his tail in-between his legs and ran away from Raw.

Sami Zayn is out next, and Owens looks stupefied.

AJ Styles is the next man out, and the very vocal crowd absolutely love him as they continue to chant his name. SmackDown is still the home of the phenomenal one.

Daniel Bryan’s music hits. He mentions that Owens next opponent will be Chris Jericho at WWE Payback, so no one from SmackDown will challenge for the United States Championship until then. Bryan then announces a triple threat #1 contender’s match between AJ Styles, Sami Zayn, and Baron Corbin. The crowd and general manager chant YES! YES! YES!

Randy Orton vs. Erick Rowan

Rowan’s mask looks wicked awesome. But unfortunately for Rowan, Randy is at the top of his game. Orton dominated most of the match. He even hurled Erick into the steel steps.

Bray Wyatt appeared on the titan-tron and sent out a warning to Randy. Orton turns around and finds himself helpless at the hands of a most unmerciful Erick Rowan.

Ziggler is not impressed by the King of Strong Style. Dolph acts like he doesn’t even know who this guy is. “Shinsuke Nakamura,” replied the wrestling rockstar in red leather. Dolph goes for a superkick, but Nakamura catches the kick. Shinsuke mentions “bring it on” to a reeling Ziggler.

Triple threat #1 contender match for the WWE United States Championship: AJ Styles vs. Sami Zayn vs. Baron Corbin

Corbin looks like a million bucks going into this match. Corbin hits both opponents with a double suplex and sends AJ hurling to the outside. But Sami Zayn is a wily competitor, as he takes down the larger Baron with a head-scissors. AJ and Sami toss Corbin outside the ring and then stare each other down.

AJ executes a phenomenal hurricanrana on Zayn. But Sami fires back, as he flies above the ring and comes crashing down on AJ and Corbin with a sweet moonsault.

Baron battles back, fighting AJ into the corner as the referee tries to make him stop. Corbin tells the referee to “shut up.”

But in the end, no one could shut up “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles.

After two soul crushing and embarrassing losses, many have wondered if Ronda Rousey will ever return to mixed martial arts. Aside from a small segment of her most loyal fans, the general consensus seems to be no. That contingent includes UFC president Dana White, who said as much a few weeks after her shocking loss to Amanda Nunes at UFC 207. Fast forward to today and he’s still singing the same tune.

White and Rousey have been close for awhile and he considers her to be a close friend. This explains why he’s been so protective of her in the media. But when asked if he’s heard anything about her future, White had this to say:

“I have not,” White said. “Ronda and I talk maybe once a week, once every two weeks. She has not said anything to me about a comeback, and if I had to guess, I would guess that she does not come back.”

Ronda had started to leave the breadcrumbs of her possible retirement before the Nunes fight. Now that she’s focusing more on her acting career – she can next be seen on NBC’s Blindspot – it seems more and more likely that she’s done with fighting. The WWE has been putting out feelers to gauge her interest in appearing in their events as well, so it’s not as if Rousey will be hanging around the house bored all day if she chooses to walk away permanently.

We’ll see which path she ultimately chooses. If she decides to hang it up, no one can discredit for fantastic career.

Vince McMahon promised to “shake things up again,” and boy, did he live up to his word. The landscape of the WWE may have changed forever (or at least until the next superstar shake-up).

But before I run down the list of all the superstars who switched brands, I’ll give us all a little background on this so-called superstar shake-up. It’s like the traditional WWE Draft, only bigger. Instead of one night of superstar swaps, we get two nights of pro wrestling switch-a-roos.

What Happened?

On last week’s Raw, Mr. McMahon made the announcement for a “superstar shake-up.” This shake-up would occur over a two-night period; starting on the April 10th episode of Monday Night Raw, and concluding on the April 11th episode of SmackDown Live.

The game is about to change. No, not Triple H. I’m talking about the current roster of Raw and SmackDown. I’m talking about some serious superstar swaps. Champions will change brands, and new rivalries will arise in the WWE Universe.

It seems as though the first trailer for the upcoming Star Wars: Battlefront II has leaked ahead of the Star Wars Celebration in Orlando, Florida.

From the looks of the trailer, it seems as though the sequel to 2015’s Battlefront will feature single player, which is something fans have been clamoring for. While the first game was decent, the reason fans love Star Wars is because they love the characters. The first Battlefront was essentially Call Of Duty with a Star Wars skin slapped on it.

It also seems as though the game will span across multiple eras in the Star Wars timeline, as the trailer has appearances from Rey, Kylo Ren, Yoda, and Darth Maul.

While the trailer does not provide a release date, you can probably expect it to drop around the holiday season.

Molly Matheson, a 22-year-old Forth Worth resident, was found strangled to death in her apartment just two blocks away from Texas Christian University’s campus.

Matheson, 22, was found unconscious by her mother Tracy in her home on the 2600 block of Waits Avenue in Fort Worth, Texas. Police were called to the scene in Fort Worth around 4:30 P.M. on Monday, April 10, where Matheson’s death was later declared a homicide by strangulation. Authorities were said to have been on the scene through the night and were still at the home on Tuesday afternoon investigating.

At this time, it is unknown whether her death was the result of a random attack or if it was committed by someone she knew.

Police say they do not have a suspect identified at this point. But detectives are working around the clock to find answers for a heartbroken family and a worried neighborhood.

Crime scene investigators spent all day and into the night Tuesday processing the scene, while those who knew Matheson tried to process her loss.

Though she lived near TCU, Matheson was not a student there. She spent time studying at the University of Arkansas and graduated from Timber Creek High School in the Keller Independent School District in 2012.

Matheson, who was not a student at TCU, attended the University of Arkansas until 2015.

At this time, police have not released any information about a possible person of interest.

Hawaii-based waitress Cayla Chandara’s life changed when a couple left her a $400 tip and then offered to help pay off her student loan debt of $10,000.

Chandara has been working two serving jobs to make ends meet since she moved from her California home down to Hawaii for college.

While she was working a shift at Noi Thai Cuisine in Waikiki, Honolulu, the Australian couple she was serving left her a $400 tip on top of their $200 bill last week.

“I just thought it was so generous of them. I never get tipped that big. I had to say thank you,” she said. “During dinner, they told me where they were staying, so I ran there after work to see if they’d still be there.”

They were, and Chandara was able to give them a thank-you card and flowers. The next day, they gave her even more. The couple returned to the restaurant and offered to help pay off her student loans and debt, which totaled more than $10,000.

“I was like, ‘No way, you don’t have to do that for me. I just wanted to say thank you,’” Chandara said. “I still don’t feel like it’s real. I want to run around in the streets.”

While the couple wished to remain anonymous, they told Chandara the best way to thank them was to be her best possible self.

Chandara will be returning to school to study liberal arts and business.

On Tuesday, April 12, Kane, whose real life name is Glenn Jacobs (which is maybe the most vanilla name of all time), announced that he would be running as a Republican candidate in the Knox County mayoral race. And if you didn’t know that counties had mayors, don’t worry, neither did I.

“For the past 22 years, I’ve had the pleasure of living here in East Tennessee. Because my career with WWE has taken me all around the world on a weekly basis, my family and I could live pretty much anywhere in the U.S. that we wanted. Riley Nicole Garrigus, 16, passed away April 8 at her home in Sedalia, Missouri. Garrigus took her own life after suffering bullying at school.

What Happened?

Riley Nicole Garrigus 16, took her own life on April 8 as a result of bullying at Smith-Cotton High School. Friends and family members are planning a protest at 1:00 P.M. Thursday in front of the school.

Relatives said the walkout protest is in response to the district’s handling of bullying in its schools, an issue they believe directly led to Garrigus taking her own life.

“We’ve had five deaths in two years in this town because of bullying,” Riley’s father, Ralph Garrigus, said.

The family is urging school district officials to provide better access to mental  health and bullying prevention services.

Garrigus was a sophomore at Smith-Cotton High School who enjoyed playing softball, basketball, football and spending time with family and friends. She loved outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, swimming and riding bikes.

Garrigus is survived by her parents, Ralph D. Garrigus and Yvette A. (Allen) Garrigus, and her two brothers, Robbie and Ryan Garrigus.

Chance The Rapper was very careful with exposing his daughter to the world, so much so that he rapped about it in maybe the best verse of his career (“My daughter looks just like Sia, you can’t see her”).

But now that Chance’s daughter Kensli is older, Chance has been showing the world more and more of her, and we’re lucky he has because she’s absolutely adorable.

After teaming up to donate over $2 million to Chicago’s public schools, it seems at though Chance and the Bulls organization have established a solid relationship. They allowed Chance and his family to come play on the courts in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Holland then took on the role of Isaac in How I Live Now in the U.K., released in 2013. He also co-starred in the Ron Howard directed film In The Heart of the Sea. Combined, Holland is thought to have been paid around $255,000.

However, Holland’s true breakout role would come a few months later in Captain America: Civil War. Though Holland only appeared in two scenes, the film served as his introduction to the world as the new Spider-Man. 2017 – Present

But Holland isn’t just banking on this one role as he’s got a diverse list of projects coming up.

Writer/Director Shane Carruth added Holland to the ensemble cast of his third film, The Modern Ocean, alongside Anne Hathaway, Keanu Reeves, Chloe Grace Moretz, Asa Butterfield and Jeff Goldblum. The young thespian is slated to co-star in the film adaptation of Patrick Ness’s bestselling YA series Chaos Walking alongside Star Wars alum Daisy Ridley. He’ll also star in The Current War this year. By the end of 2017, it is thought that Holland will have earned a cool $3 million.

Looking ahead, Holland has the MCU culmination Avengers: Infinity War hitting theaters in 2018.

Hey, remember that weirdo who said he’d eat a picture of Jason Segel every single day until the How I Met Your Mother star returned the favor? Yeah, well it turns out that wasn’t the best of ideas. That makes sense since Segel is a very busy man. But as a result of this campaign, Maloney’ health began to falter to the surprise of absolutely f—ing no one.

“I dunked a whole photo into a beer and tried to do it in one big ball/swallow and it lodged in my throat,” he told The Daily Dot in a recent interview. “I tried to get it down with more beer but it was stuck and there was 15 seconds where I came to terms with the fact that that was how I would go… Jason Segel would have killed me. But then I threw up the ball of paper and beer onto my friend and ate it after so it’s all good.”
You’d think a near-death experience might deter him from his journey. He even sounds a little fatigued. “It takes up a lot of our lives now,” he said in the interview. “Even though it’s such a simple task, it seems like such a drag and big deal out of my day every day. I’m going to be honest, when I clicked on this video, I was hyped to watch a good ole’ knockout video. Nothing better on hump day than watching a drunken asshole get what’s coming to him. There are many simple pleasures in life and karma is one of the best of them.

AS Monaco and Borussia Dortmund kick off their quarterfinal matchup of the Champions League as the French side travel to Signal Iduna Park to take on Dortmund. The game comes a day after a bomb explosion near the Dortmund team bus injured defender Marc Bartra.

Monaco, who are in first place in Ligue 1, have averaged nearly three goals a game this season. Monaco advanced to the quarters after defeating Manchester City 6-6, winning the tiebreaker on away goals.  Dortmund, who are fourth in the Bundesliga, advanced to the quarters defeating Benfica 4-1 on aggregate.

While Dortmund are expecting Marco Reus to return to the lineup from a hamstring injury, but Shinji Kagawa, Andre Schurrle, Julian Weigl and Lukasz Piszczek may be out. Monaco are without suspended midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, and defenseman Djibril Sidibe is set to miss out with appendicitis.

Despite the injuries, these are two of the highest scoring teams in the world, so expect an electric matchup!
