Shia LaBeouf Lookalike Punched In Face Because He “Looked Like Shia LaBeouf”

Mario Licato Shia LaBeouf

Mario Licato, 26, was taking the NYC Subway just like a normal New Yorker, walking down the stairs of the Essex and Delancey street station when all of a sudden he was punched in the face. “I just saw a fist coming at my face,” Licato says. “And the next thing I know I was, like, falling down the stairs and all I heard was, ‘That’s because you look exactly like Shia LaBeouf.’ ”

It’s hard to deny that Mario looks like Shia, and that it would be more fun to punch Shia in the face than it would be to punch someone else in the face, but the whole crime itself is kind of confusing.

Maybe someone is into punching celebrities rather than asking for their autographs or selfies. Either way, it’s not the strangest thing to happen on an NYC subway. Either way, Mario is lucky that he got punched, and not slashed.

WATCH: Gatorade Says Goodbye To The Sheriff With #DearPeyton

DearPeyton

If you’ve ever watched the NFL, you’ve no doubt heard about Peyton Manning and the famous letters he’d write to people in his life: former teammates, future Hall of Famers, analysts, etc. So to celebrate Peyton’s retirement, Gatorade recorded a selection of some of the recipients of those letters, and put together a letter of their own, using Peyton’s own words.

It’s a great idea for one of the game’s classiest (and best) players in the history of the game.

Also, I had no idea that Chris Mortensen had cancer. Very sad.

Dude Claims He’s Slept With 2,500 Women, is a Complete Tool

Facebook

Danny Wagster is a douche and you’re guaranteed to hate him. Why? Because he’s a total douche!

The 27-year-old from Manchester, England claims he’s slept with 2,500 women in the last ten years and says he’s Britain’s biggest player. Someone make it end  for me right now.

Wagster, who also boasted that safe sex isn’t important to him, compared using condoms to using a crisp packet and says he can spot a woman with an STD just by looking at her. That’s interesting, because I’m pretty sure I can do the same with dudes… like you. There’s definitely a few veneral diseases swarming in that roided up physique.

“I don’t worry about getting STIs – I get regular checks – and I can tell by looking at a girl if she’s got anything,” he explained. Naturally he also bragged about how “well-endowed” he is.

According to The Sun,

The personal trainer, who describes his sex life as ‘fast and furious’ even managed to up his numbers while in a two-year relationship, cheating on her with 50 different women.

He told The Sun : “Over the last decade, I’ve had around 2,500 partners – and I’ve only cared about two of them.”

Danny says he first attracted a lot of attention from women when he was 18 and started working out at the gym.

Dear God I hate him. But alas, it gets worse — Wagster says he sleeps with an average of four to five women a week, and has managed to bed four girls in 24 hours.

WHO THE F*CK IS SLEEPING WITH THIS DOUCHE BAG?! WHO!?!? SHOW YOURSELVES!

Because this is not something you should be proud of:

When’s that whole natural selection thing gonna kick in again?

You probably have no idea who Danielle Knudson is, and if you’re one of those sad people, we feel bad for you. Luckily we’ve got your back and are willing to introduce you to her.

The 5’9 Canadian blonde is best known for her work as a GUESS pinup model, where she’ll continue to take over billboards for the sexy brand this summer. Know what that means? It’s going to be a hot one.

Signed with the Wilhelmina modeling agency, Knudson also made an appearance at the car-extravaganza Gumball 3000 rally, where hot cars and hot women united once again. Unfortunately, she’s currently off the market; Knudson is dating professional tennis player Milos Raonic, proving that athletics trump all when it comes to dating supermodels. Gotta work on that.

Luckily we can still look from afar. Check out Danielle’s hottest photos below.

New Device Will Bust Every Person Who Texts & Drives

Texting & Driving

YouTube

No matter how many times those terrifying PSAs tell you not to, people still insist on texting and driving. Who cares if you could get your body severed in half by an 18-wheeler? Becky needs to see that annoying “k” text message as soon as possible!

To stop this way of thinking, police are coming up with a new way to prevent such text emergencies from happening while behind the wheel. Because you know, texting and driving is highly frowned upon and could kill someone.

According to a recent article published in the New York Times, the Textalyzer will allow police officers to bust anyone who’s picked up their damn phone while driving down the highway. From the article:

The most provocative idea, from lawmakers in New York, is to give police officers a new device that is the digital equivalent of the Breathalyzer — a roadside test called the Textalyzer.

It would work like this: An officer arriving at the scene of a crash could ask for the phones of any drivers involved and use the Textalyzer to tap into the operating system to check for recent activity.

The technology should also be able to determine whether a driver used their phone to text, email, or call someone without blue tooth, all of which are forbidden under New York’s hands-free driving laws. For those willing to test officers and refuse to cooperate due to “privacy” laws,  you could potentially lose your license, just like if you refused a breathalyzer test.

Frankly, I’m all for this. Can everyone just put their f*cking phone down while driving? It’s not that hard — no text is that important! But for everyone who thinks the opposite (read: you’re wrong), this would be a hilarious way to stop it from happening.

UGA Car Crash

UGA

Four female University of Georgia students were killed last night in a horrific car crash. The victims were Kayla Canedo, 19, Brittany Feldman, 20, Christina Semeria, 19, and Halle Scott, 19.

Here’s everything you need to know about the tragedy.

What happened at UGA?

Four female UGA students were killed the night of April 27 after the white Toyota Camry the girls were traveling in crossed the center of the Ga. 15 highway and hit a Chevrolet Cobalt. The four victims were Kayla Canedo, 19, Brittany Feldman, 20, Christina Semeria, 19, and Halle Scott, 19. Another girl, 21-year-old Agnes Kim, survived the crash but is currently in critical condition.

The woman driving the Chevrolet Cobalt was 27-year-old Abby Short. She is also being treated at a local hospital.

Reactions to UGA Crash

A statement from Georgia’s Governor Nathan Deal was released shortly after: “I join all Georgians in mourning the four University of Georgia students who passed away tragically on Wednesday evening. We pray for Agnes Kim and her family, as she fights for life. In memory and in honor of these students, I’ve ordered flags to be flown at half-staff. Today, we are all Bulldogs.”

As news spread to students, #PrayForUGA began trending on Twitter. Students, faculty, and those familiar with the story offered their prayers for the victims and their families.

The university’s president also offered condolences, saying “these students were very active in the school community,” and that the school had “never seen such a tragedy.”

Uber Unveils UberYACHT In Only City That Could Handle It: Dubai

UberYacht Desert Rose

Uber is always playing around with new transportation and services, some of which are more expensive than others. So if you’re like me and can’t afford to ride around NYC in anything but UberX, you probably haven’t ever called in an UberChopper to take you to the Hamptons.

When I first learned about UberYACHT, a new experience only available in Dubai this weekend, I started getting giddy. Not because there was any chance I’d be able to use it, but because I love reading about the all extravagant things those sheiks spend their oil money on.

So you can imagine my disappointment when I learned that UberYACHT isn’t a million-dollar Yacht on-demand, but instead a party you could only buy tickets to via the Uber app. On top of that, it’s only four hours and takes place during the day. Sure, it’s all you can drink and there’s a DJ onboard, but unless it’s someone like Tiesto or the Swedish House Mafia (reunited for this one show) then this is a disappointment.

Uber, these wealthy UAE people want extravagance. This is the same city that bought jet packs for their fire fighters. They don’t want your regular day cruise around a marina. They want super yachts, 19-year-old Russian women, and gold bar ATMs.

FOX Baltimore Bomb: Full Story & Must-See Details

Fox Baltimore Bomb

Photo via Twitter @KarenCampbellTV

Fox45 in Baltimore has been evacuated after a man who claims to have a bomb strapped to his chest gained entrance to the lobby. Both the Baltimore Fire Department and Police Department are on the scene.

Ironically, whatever the issue this man has with Fox45, he’s just giving them another story to write and cover. We’re hoping this blows over quickly.

Update: Here’s a photo we pulled from a live Periscope that shows what the suspicious man looks like.

Baltimore Fox Bomber

And below you’ll find a better look at him. Apparently he’s wearing a panda outfit? Others a calling it a hedgehog costume. I guess if you were going to hide a bomb on your person, a baggy costume is a pretty good way to go about it.

What Happened?

According to sources on the scene, a suspicious man entered the Fox45 Baltimore lobby and claimed he had a bomb. The rest of the building then evacuated. News crews are now outside the building covering the story.

There’s no confirmation on whether or not the person actually has a bomb.

Chris Berinato, a Fox45 employee, claims that he saw a car on fire in the station’s parking lot. Chris says he went into the station’s lobby to tell the security guard, who then told Chris there was a suspicious man in the lobby. Berinato described the suspect as being dressed in “some kind of body suit” and a mask.

There’s a good chance that the fire was started intentionally by this person.

Who Is The Bomber?

Similarly, there’s no confirmed reason as to why the man entered the building. More than likely, though, it’s because this man is insane or because he’s protesting the deaths of Freddie Gray or the shooting of a 13-year-old yesterday.

We can report that he’s wearing a mask of some kind and either a panda or hedgehog costume.

This is a developing story. Refresh for updates.

The NFL Draft order is a complicated thing to keep up with, especially considering that there are 253 picks in total–including all the forfeited and supplemental picks that were given and taken away by the NFL. That’s why we’ve got all the information you need to know in terms of NFL Draft Order.

Speaking of forfeits, the Patriots are without a doubt the biggest losers in this year’s draft. Because of their alleged involvement in #DeflateGate, they have lost their first round draft pick. Stream VIEWS

Drake’s new album VIEWS (previously titled Views From the 6) has been one of the most anticipated albums of 2016, so drop everything you’re doing and go ahead and stream the Canadian rapper’s fourth studio effort right now.

Given Drake’s huge endorsement deal with Apple Music, and the recent trend of new albums releasing exclusively on one streaming service or the other, it was expected from the get-go that VIEWS would stream exclusively on Apple Music. And we were right. The rapper streamed his album for the first time on Beats 1 Radio on Apple Music.

Update: Actually, the album released on iTunes first. OVO Radio (the Beats 1 Radio special) hasn’t even played it yet.

According to Billboard, his mixtape If You’re Reading This Its Too Late was the top-selling album released in 2015. And that was a mixtape released without any fanfare or advance promo. Now imagine what he can do with over a year’s worth of time.

Since October’s Very Own never announced an official release date other than “April,” we’ve been on our toes waiting for it to drop. It’s a situation very similar to Kanye’s The Life of Pablo. The big difference compared to TLOP is that unlike Yeezus, Drake never promised to release his album on a certain date. But that hasn’t kept Drake’s fans from waiting impatiently.

As far as what to expect from VIEWS, Noah “40” Shebib (one of Drake’s closest friends and collaborators) has said this about VIEWS: “It’s going to be what everybody expects and wants from Drake and from us. A lot of introspection, very vivid. He’s discovering new flows, new cadences, new patterns.”

Download VIEWS

VIEWS is available to download on iTunes right now. Download VIEWS on iTunes here. We suggest doing that.

Stream VIEWS

Update: You can actually stream VIEWS on Apple Music. If you’re logged into Apple Music, head to this link and press play.

The only place to stream VIEWS right now is to listen to via Apple Music. Obviously you’ve got to have an Apple Music account.

VIEWS Leaks

It should come as no surprise that in this day in age such an anticipated and publicized album like Views From the 6 would have a couple of leaks. That being said, a total of three songs hit the web before VFt6 became fully available.

First came “Controlla” and “These Days”–two songs that were quite different that showed possible directions Drake could be going. “Controlla” featured the artist Popcaan, a Jamaican dancehall singer, who is rumored to also be on another Views From the 6 single.

A week later (on April Fool’s Day) “Faithful” dropped, a song featuring Drake and the late great Pimp C.

Drake and his October’s Very Own team have been marketing the hell out of VIEWS since last year. In addition to paying for billboards around Toronto, they’ve been posting photos from the recording studio to Instagram. Check those out below.

Arbor Day Memes, Arbor Day 2016

National Arbor Day is celebrated every year on the last Friday in April and it is a civic holiday in Nebraska. Lucky them, they get the day off to plant trees.

Q: How do you celebrate it?

A: You plant a tree.

On the first Arbor Day, April 10, 1872, an estimated one million trees were planted.

Wowzers.

Not to get competitive or anything, but this record is tough to beat. For city dwellers, especially, who don’t own a backyard, planting a tree is a wee little bit tricky. I mean, where are we gonna plant that tree in a balcony-free apartment? By the bathroom mirror or in the shoe-box closet?

If you live in NYC, perhaps the best way to celebrate Arbor Day is to furtively dig a hole in the back hill of Central Park while no one is looking and take care of business right there on the premises. If you don’t have space for trees, it’s totally okay to plant a flower.

But come to think of it, now that we have migrated from print books to e-books, millions of trees have been rescued from their fateful death by the hand of publishing. A better and cheaper way to celebrate the holiday is to open up our Kindles and observe how many pieces of paper we have already saved.

Or, we could read naughty memes about Arbor Day on a paper-less magazine called COED.

Ranking All Of The Movies In The Marvel Cinematic Universe

Marvel Movies list

Back in 2008, Marvel Studios released their first movie, Iron Man. Now, 8 years and 12 films later, Marvel Studios has essentially changed the way Hollywood is run. The success of their Marvel Cinematic Universe has given the studio a virtual right to print money. Slap a red Marvel logo before a movie, and it’s guaranteed to make $400 million. With Spider-Man on the way to the party, the trend is only going to continue.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is a series of superhero films that all take place in the same continuity. Since 2008, there have been 12 films, which have collectively grossed $9 billion worldwide, making it the highest-grossing film franchise of all time.

The first film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe was Iron Man (2008), which was distributed by Paramount Pictures. Paramount also distributed Iron Man 2 (2010), Thor (2011) and Captain America: The First Avenger (2011), while Universal Pictures distributed The Incredible Hulk (2008). Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures began distributing the films with the 2012 crossover film The Avengers, which concluded Phase One of the franchise.

Phase Two includes Iron Man 3 (2013), Thor: The Dark World (2013), Captain America: The Winter Soldier(2014), Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), and Ant-Man (2015).

So, I gave myself the awesome task of spending a weekend watching all 12 movies from Marvel’s Phase 1 & 2 in an attempt to rank them. Enjoy, nerds.

Marvel’s Phase 3 kicks off with 2016’s Captain America: Civil War, and Doctor Strange, and will continue with Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017), Spider-Man (2017), Thor: Ragnarok (2017), Black Panther (2018), Avengers: Infinity War – Part 1(2018), Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018), Captain Marvel (2019), Avengers: Infinity War – Part 2 (2019), and Inhumans (2019).

Melania Trump Has Some Choice Words for GQ — She’s Reallllyyyyy Pissed

We all know when Donald Trump is upset about something — the man is far from shy. Between social media attacks, live interviews, and rallies where he shames whomever he hates at that moment, you’ll know when the GOP presidential candidate is pissed. And after a recent GQ article, Melania is taking a tip from her husband’s book.

Published on April 27th, the article is supposed to be an in-depth profile on the Trump family and what things would look like under a Trump presidency. Now journalist Julia Ioffe is facing the wrath of Trump supporters after she allegedly made “false claims” about the family and their business endeavors.

Melania Trump Facebook
So what in particular has Melania in a huff? There’s a few things — one is what Loffe wrote about the Melania Trump skincare line: “Melania’s caviar-infused anti-aging creams haven’t sold as well, though a federal judge ruled in her favor in a lawsuit she filed against its promoters.” Responding in her Facebook post, Melania wrote, “The company in which I was involved with did not honor the contract and did not meet their obligations and as such the courts ruled in my favor.”

Loffe also brought up illicit trade and tax evasion charges made against Melania’s father Viktor Knavs.

Police files from the time indicate Viktor aroused suspicion for illicit trade and tax evasion in 1976. (He was charged with a tax offense, though his record was later cleared on account of Slovenia’s statute of limitations, a process the courts described to me as “legal rehabilitations.”)

She continued to divulge more personal information about Melania’s half-brother, whose existence has reportedly been ignored by both the media and his family. In a small excerpt, Loffe details Knavs’ unflattering court battle with his son’s mother:

Viktor continued to deny paternity—going into detail for the court about when he had sex with Marija and the rhythms of her menstrual cycle—prompting the court to order a blood test. Based on its results, the court determined that Viktor was, in fact, the boy’s biological father.

Yikes. In a surprising turn of events, Donald Trump has yet to publicly comment on the article. His supporters, on the other hand, have fired back with a slew of antisemitic comments.

“It’s unsettling,” Ioffe stated Thursday night. “I started the day off having a sense of humor about it but by the end of the day, after a few phone calls like this, with people playing Hitler speeches, and the imagery, and people telling me my face would look good on a lampshade, it’s hard to laugh.”

Even More 'Worst Mom in the World' Selfies

In our opinion, finding the perfect Mother’s Day gift is one of the hardest things for a son or daughter to do. There’s a lot of pressure involved in picking out a gift that properly explains the feelings we have for the women who raised and loved us, through all the highs and lows.

That being said, you probably think that your baby photos are embarrassing. And they probably are. But regardless of how weird your hair looks or the funny clothes you were wearing back in the 90’s, those pictures will never be as horrifying as the photos you’re about to see below.

These photos are proof that for all the men who weren’t cut out to be fathers, there are just as many mothers who have no clue what they’re doing.

[Editor’s Note: Yes, we know that not all of the photos are selfies, but if that’s what you’re paying attention to, I think you’re doing it wrong.]

Tennessee High School Teacher Shows ‘Human Centipede 2’ in Class & Things Went Downhill From There

So, this is weird. A Tennessee high school teacher thought it was a good idea to show students Human Centipede 2 during class, you know, that pornographic torture fest that promotes projectile vomiting within five minutes of pushing play.

Not sure why anyone would ever think that was a good idea — and that’s including the director, who the f*ck would make this kind of movie in the first place? — but alas, here we are. Needless to say the Jackson Central-Merry high school teacher is in deep sh*t with school administrators, students, their parents, and presumably their therapists — you’re going to need a ton of therapy after this sort of thing happens to you.

The school’s superintendent promptly sent out a letter of apology to parents, condemning the “inappropriate and unacceptable film.”

From the Jackson Sun,

“I understand that on Wednesday, April 20, 2016, your student may have inadvertently viewed inappropriate content in a JCM classroom,” the letter stated. “This occurrence is inconsistent with our Mission and Vision at Jackson Central Merry.”

The letter does not mention the title of the film.

“I have investigated the situation and talked to those involved,” the letter read. “Immediate action has been taken to assure that there will be no further occurrences.”

Luckily the nameless teacher had one person on his side: Tom Six, the director behind the entire series.

Um… yeah… whatever you say…

Ole Miss Finally Responds To Laremy Tunsil Allegations

Ole Miss has finally commented on the insane couple of hours that was the NFL Draft. Forget the whole gas mask bong rips that were tweeted before the NFL Draft began, the real issue for Ole Miss were the text messages posted to Instagram that contained conversations where Tunsil asked coaches and Ole Miss staffers to help pay for his mothers’ bills.

Rather than simply staying with the party line that he had been “hacked,” Tunsil admitted to reporters that he had accepted money. When asked directly about the exchange of money, Tunsil responded “I’d have to say yeah.”

NO YOU DON’T, LAREMY! YOU DON’T HAVE TO SAY ANYTHING!

But now it’s obviously too late and Ole Miss is definitely going to get a hammering from the NCAA, especially because Ole Miss is already under investigation for violations within the football and track teams in the past few years.

Here’s the Ole Miss response they had all night to prepare.

“Whenever an allegation is brought to our attention we will aggressively investigate & fully cooperate w/NCAA & SEC.”

University of Louisville to Remove Confederate Statue From Campus

Being politically correct is the new thing these days, and while everyone has an opinion on whether or not that’s a good idea, being insulted by something seems to trump everything — even logic. Are college students just whining a lot? Or are they onto something? The verdict is still out, but universities continue to answer to student demands regardless.

The latest school to undergo a PC transformation is the University of Louisville, which is scheduled to remove its confederate statue from campus.

“It’s always important to remember and respect our history, but it’s equally important to reflect on that history in proper context,” explained Mayor Greg Fischer. “This monument represents our history — a painful part of our nation’s history for many — and it’s best moved to a new location.”

The 70-foot-tall statue was given to the city by the Kentucky Women’s Monument Association in 1895 in honor of those who fought and died for the Confederacy during the Civil War. But considering it’s currently sitting in the middle of Freedom Park, its placement is a bit jarring. Hence why its removal has been a long-term goal of civil rights groups in the area.

However, despite being placed on the National Historic Register in 1997, advocates won out and the statue will be removed. It will be held in storage until a new location is decided on.

University Buys a $17,000 Dining Hall Table, Admits It May Have Been a Mistake

College is expensive. Apparently, so are dining hall tables—at least, they are at the University of New Hampshire.

Following a $10.5 million renovation of the Holloway Commons Dining Hall, which was reopened in back in January, university officials commissioned a custom-built table. The table is made from recycled scraps from the old dining hall and features a programable LED light display, and had to be delivered from a workshop in Chicago.

Check it out:

The price? $17,570.

Yeah…

Too much to spend on a table? Probably. To put it in perspective, that’s more than a year’s worth of in-state tuition. According to Erica Mantz, a university spokesperson, the money came from the Hospitality Services budget, but it’s a purchase the school is already regretting. “It was a mistake, and it won’t happen again,” Mantz told the Union Leader.

“A community table was a design element of the new building space,” dining hall operations director Jon Plodzik told the university’s newspaper. “We wanted to bring guests together around the experience of eating together.” The plan, in addition to providing students with a place to sit and eat, was that the table could also be a place where university chef’s could teach cooking classes.

“Having a chef’s table was a good idea in that it allows the dining staff to interact with students, demonstrate healthy cooking techniques and share nutrition education,” Mantz said in an interview with Boston.com. “But much less money should and could have been spent to achieve the same outcome.”

Understandably, some students were pissed:

It doesn’t help that UNH has been named one of the most expensive public colleges for in-state students, though Mantz insists that the school has always been “fiscally responsible” with its funds.

Personally, Maddie Dombrowski, a junior chemistry major who had the experience of eating at the table, wasn’t too impressed. “It lit up. I ate my food and I left,” she told the Union Leader.

Yeah… well worth the the $17k.
