Her bumbling answer during the questioning portion of the pageant quickly went viral online, and Upton didn’t take it well. In case you don’t remember, watch it below.

In an interview with New York Magazine, the now 26-year-old bombshell stated, “‘I definitely went through a period where I was very, very depressed,’ she explained. ‘But I never let anybody see that stuff, except for people I could trust. I had some very dark moments where I thought about committing suicide.'”

She also revealed that she lost a ton of friends because of what happened and was teased incessantly by her peers.

She finished in fourth place that year, which is actually pretty great considering the mortification, and eventually came around. Since then, she’s moved to LA and appeared on The Amazing Race. She’s also starred in several commercials and is currently working as a real estate agent.

Denise Peraza

27-year-old Denise Peraza was celebrating her office Christmas party when shooters stormed in around 11:15 a.m. Peraza was shot in the back, and while lying on the floor, called her sister Stephanie Baldwin. “I just want to tell you that I love you,” she cried before hanging up the phone. She is now in stable condition.

Pereza’s sister relayed the story to CBS, and also mentioned that the shooters shot their victims in silence. The couple – now known as being Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik – entered the room dressed head-to-tie in black gear, including masks, and everyone dropped to the floor in response.

The two then opened fire for about 30 seconds, paused, silently reloaded, and continued shooting. After they left, the room was silent and people were afraid to move. Eventually police arrived and told those who could walk to leave, and that there was additional help outside.

Pereza was then loaded into the back of a pickup truck.

Jennifer Stevens

Jennifer Stevens, 22, was shot in the abdomen by the couple. She was an environmental technician for the San Bernardino County Environmental Services Department and had only started in November. While lying still on the floor, she called her mother and left a terrifying voicemail:”Mom, I’m at work and I’ve been shot.”

She underwent surgery Wednesday night and is now in stable condition.

Another coworker, Gina, texted her sister Monique at 11:15 a.m. with a similar message:

Kevin Ortiz, 24, is a newlywed – he had only been married to his 23-year-old wife Dyana Ortiz for two weeks when the shooting took place. The county environmental inspector was shot twice in the leg and once in the shoulder. Despite injuries, he was able to get hold of his wife at 11:25 a.m. to tell her he was wounded but safe.

According to the LA Times, She said, ”Kevin said he had been shot three times and that he was in pain but he was all right. Then he said ‘I love you’ and I said ‘I love you.'”

According to those inside, several people fled before police could get inside. According to the Daily Mail,

Speaking to CNN, Marcos Aguilera said he received a text from his wife who works at the center describing ‘gunshots and crying’.

Aguilera said a SWAT team eventually evacuated his wife, adding: ‘When she exited the building, she said there were multiple bodies on the floor…’

Garrett Lacroix, a worker who was inside the building, told KCAL9 the fire alarm went off and they heard gunshots.

‘The fire alarm went off and we saw people searching the building,’ Garrett said.

‘Someone started shouting in the halls that there was possibly a bomb. We saw officers with vests and automatic weapons.

‘We were all corralled into a corner of the building.

‘They patted us all down and checked our bags, our identification and registration.’

Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik were killed during a shootout with police, which consisted of 21 officers. A third person fled the scene, but their role in the massacre has yet to be confirmed.

After being known as the biggest douche on the Internet for as long as I can remember, revenge porn king Hunter Moore is finally getting what he deserves: a long-awaited jail sentence.

Moore – who was responsible for the site Is Anyone Up?, a page dedicated to scornful exes looking to exploit their former counterpart’s noodz – was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison late yesterday.

Moore accepted a plea deal back in February on federal computer hacking charges.

According to Death + Taxes,

In exchange for admitting that he paid codefendant Charles Evens to steal nude photos of several women from their emails, Moore was set to receive a minimum of two years and a maximum of seven years in the federal pen. On Wednesday, the 29-year-old was sentenced to 30 months in prison by United States District Judge Dolly M. Gee. According to Law Fuel, Moore must also pay a $2,000 fine and undergo three years of supervised release after serving his time. Moore’s plea agreement also stipulates that the former revenge porn mogul must notify his probation officer of “computer, computer-related device, screen name, password, e-mail account or ISP” he uses while under supervised release.

According to Motherboard, Moore’s accomplice – the man employed to steal the photos – was sentenced last week to two years and one month behind bars. Both men are also required to pay a $2,000 fine and undergo three years of supervised release.

In 2012 Moore expressed to the Village Voice that if someone killed themselves over his website, he’d be cool with it because he would get a ton of money. Charming!

“I do not want anybody to ever be hurt by my site—physically,” he says. “I don’t give a f*ck about emotionally. Deal with it. Obviously, I’d get a ton of heat for it. But—I’m gonna sound like the most evil motherf*cker—let’s be real for a second: If somebody killed themselves over that? Do you know how much money I’d make? At the end of the day, I do not want anybody to hurt themselves. But if they do? Thank you for the money.” I ask him to clarify. He adds that he’d remove the content or “do whatever I could to help the situation.” By money, does he mean by traffic or because he’d be famous and then, no matter what happened, cash in on that fame? It’s all very short-sighted. “The more traffic I’d have that day, I’m going to get paid for. So if someone fucking killed themselves? Do you know how much hate I’d get? All the Googling, all the redirects, all, like, the press”—here he sounds like he’s stifling a yawn; it is morning—”I’d get paid for, for that day. And whatever.”

Two years isn’t enough.

Nicki Minaj‘s brother Jelani Maraj may be going to jail after allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl on Long Island.

Minaj’s recently married older brother is 37-years-old and was arraigned Thursday on a first-degree rape charge. He was let go from a Nassau County jail on $100,000 bond.

According to a source close to the case, Maraj had access to his victim. He is due back in court on December 9.

Details of when the sexual assault occurred are still unknown.

Based on social media alone, the pop star had a good relationship with her brother, and the two seemed very close. According to the New York Daily News, Minaj also shelled out about $30,000 for her brother’s August wedding at the Coral house in Baldwin, NY.

The Wiz Live aired last night on NBC and while it’s virtually the last thing I would ever put on by choice, Twitter said differently. A sh*t ton of people were watching Dorothy invade the Emerald City, and everyone had something to say about it.

But because a large majority of the Internet is stupid, their comments were less than admirable. In fact, a huge amount were actually dedicated to #WhiteLivesMatter, complaining that The Wiz was actually racist against white people because of its all-black cast.

How many of you have fallen asleep in class before? Probably 98% of you. It’s pretty much a given that you’ll eventually pass out for at least one lecture. Especially if it’s at 6:30 PM. And what’s the worst punishment you could get? Probably a teacher calling your name and having everyone laughing at you. Big deal.

But if your name is Michael Trump and you attend the College of Marin, embarrassment is the least of your concerns. See, Michael was arrested for taking a nap and taken to jail. How is that even possible? Read the full story here:

The incident occurred at about 6:30 p.m. after authorities received an anonymous tip about a student who was apparently passed out drunk in class at the Science, Math, Nursing Building. The instructor tried to rouse the student and could not.

Campus police arrived and identified the student as Trump, a former student member of the Board of Trustees and elected officer of the Associated Students of College of Marin.

Campus police removed Trump from class, detained him and searched his backpack. The backpack contained a bottle of Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum.

Police conducted a breath test on Trump and got a blood-alcohol reading of .23 percent, which, had he been driving, would be more than three times the legal limit of .08 percent.

I don’t think anyone will argue that it’s necessarily a good idea to show up to class drunk with a bottle of booze stashed in your backpack (even if you are 21+), but the fact that this is an arrestable offense is absurd. Let’s look at the facts:

• August 31st was a Monday. That’s a summertime Monday in California. If you don’t think Michael was trying to squeeze out the last days of summer, you’re crazy.

• The class was at 6:30 PM. Anyone who’s ever taken evening classes knows these suck big time.

• IT’S A COMMUNITY COLLEGE. Not trying to knock community colleges because I know they’re great for many reasons, but you can’t tell me that Michael is the first person to show up drunk on campus at a community college. C’mon.

All that being said, maybe Michael needs to take another look at our drinking in class guide.

The SEC Championship Game is a battle between two teams that appear to be going in completely different directions as the 11-1 Alabama Crimson Tide face the 10-2 Florida Gators at the Georgia Dome on Saturday afternoon. Alabama appears to be flying high right now while Florida looks to be falling apart at the wrong time of the season.

The Crimson Tide clinched the SEC West title with a 29-13 win over Auburn last week and hasn’t lost since mid-September. Derrick Henry is fast approaching 2,000 rushing yards for the season with his 1,797 yards on the ground on 295 carries during the regular season. Henry has also added 22 touchdowns for Alabama. Jake Coker has thrown for 2,285 yards, 15 touchdowns and eight interceptions for the season while finding his favorite receiver in Calvin Ridley 67 times for 791 yards and five touchdowns. An Alabama win would clinch a berth for them in the college football playoff on New Year’s Eve.

The Gators rolled through the SEC East but over the last two weeks have looked awful. A 20-14 overtime win against Florida Atlantic was followed by a 27-2 loss to Florida State at home last week. Treon Harris has thrown for 1,365 yards, eight touchdowns and four interceptions this season for Florida while looking the direction of Antonio Callaway 29 times for 557 yards and four touchdowns overall for the year. Kelvin Taylor has rushed for 977 yards and 13 touchdowns on the ground for a Florida team that has a great record at 10-2 but can they stop Henry and the Crimson Tide offense to pull off the upset win?

Saturday night’s Pac-12 Conference title game at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara will feature two teams that have seen each other once already this season as the 8-4 USC Trojans battle the 10-2 Stanford Cardinal. Stanford beat USC 41-31 on September 19 in a game where Stanford took the lead in the third quarter and didn’t let it go the rest of the way. This has the chance to turn into another shootout.

USC comes into the game with a record that doesn’t look like one that should be in a title game but their win over UCLA last week clinched their spot in this game. Cody Kessler leads the Trojans’ passing game with 3,128 yards through the air, 27 touchdowns and six interceptions. JuJu Smith-Schuster has been dominating at the wide receiver position with 74 catches for 1,302 yards and ten touchdowns while Ronald Jones II has 890 yards on the ground and seven touchdowns. The Kessler connection with Smith-Schuster will be key to USC’s success in this game.

Stanford finished their regular season with a bang last week during a 38-36 win over Notre Dame on a last-second field goal. Kevin Hogan has 2,500 passing yards, 23 touchdowns and seven interceptions for the season while looking for a variety of receivers including Michael Rector who has 30 catches for 474 yards and five touchdowns. Christian McCaffrey has turned into a Heisman Trophy candidate with his 1,640 rushing yards and seven touchdowns for the year. The Cardinal needs a win and a lot of help probably to make the playoff.
