Anyone who attended TomorrowWorld will be happy to tell you that it was totally awesome… until they tried to leave on Saturday night. But what a lot of people didn’t realize is that they also provided a huge tower in the middle of the Main Stage to give everyone a VIP experience. See for yourself in the photo below–it’s the raised platform to the left side of the speaker tower. Hands down, the best location at the best stage.

So rather than only accepting people with thousand dollar wristbands or $22K minimums at their tables, Bud Light provided an awesome stage above the crowd where people could chill, dance, and refresh with some cold Bud Leezys. We saw firsthand how stoked people were to be there.

Bud Light also was well represented within DreamVille, hosting a covered beer garden that was a welcome relief from the rain. In addition to serving Bud Lights, the beer garden also hosted the “Wall of Whatever” which essentially rewarded TomorrowPeople (?) with awesome things like helicopter rides, bellboys, and tons of other gifts. You can see just how ecstatic people were to win.

Overall, our experience at TomorrowWorld was a positive one and Bud Light was a big part of that. Big special thanks to the Bud Light family for hosting us and to all the people we met and partied with.

As if snagging a group of the hottest college chicks in the world and putting them in a super-hot uniform wasn’t enough, the Texas Tech Red Raiders cheerleaders top off an already good thing with a great big dose of enthusiasm and an ample pinch of pep. Did we mention that they’re super-hot, too? Sorry, just had to point that out one more time!

Given the fact that Texas rarely drops below 70 degrees, it’s pretty obvious why each and every one of Texas Tech’s Raiders Cheerleaders truly appears to have a sun-kissed glow. These beautiful women don’t segregate either; they can be seen cheering along on the side line’s of virtually every sporting event that Texas Tech has to offer. With bright red pom-poms, tons of crazy cheer moves, and an incredible amount of eye-candy induced sexiness, Texas Tech’s Red Raiders cheerleaders truly are one of the hottest college cheer squads around!

According to a redditor who claims to attend Ole Miss, one freshman rushee handed out an absolutely killer resume to the active fraternity members he was hoping to join.

Now I’ve never once heard about someone handing out anything other than drugs or beers to get a bid, but you can bet your a** that this is a tactic about to take Greek Row by storm. Take a look at the gem below, then kick yourself for not thinking of this first.

So without further ado, let’s just go through this entire thing because it’s the best thing I’ve seen all day.

First off, that photo. Perfect. Quietly letting people know he’s an adult because he has a watch, a belt, shoes, un-pleated khakis, and a polo. But don’t you think for one second that this guy is a momma’s boy because look where the photo was taken. A football field. Bad ass.

Second, he completely throws off the reader with the whole father fraternal organization / college thing. Did his dad go to school? Was he in a fraternity? I don’t know, but I need to find out more about this man of mystery. You know that old cliche phrase “leave ’em wanting more?” Well this dude is singlehandedly turning that idea on its head, “start ’em out confused.”

Third, he unnecessarily double spaces those lines about college/affiliation which lets me know that this is a man who knows his way around not just page minimums, but loopholes in general.

Fourth, “he enjoys hunting/fishing.” BORING. That’s the only bad thing in the whole resume. Who wants to talk about shooting and fishing when there’s stuff like technology to discuss? Thankfully he saves himself with the mention of telecommunications and such.

Fifth. He’s been to Europe and enjoys telling stories from his trip. Damn! Tell me about that trip. That one trip you went on. How was it? Did they stamp your passport? Is that where you picked up those Italian loafers?

Fifth. He’s very intrigued by financial markets, regulations, and the industry itself. OK truthfully this is where he loses me because I have zero idea about finance but that’s why I need this guy on my team. We can both make an absolute killing in the finance world and then spend it all on technology.

So yeah, easy bid right? Wrong. Somehow this guy slipped right through the fingers of the Ole Miss brother who submitted this to reddit.

Alberto Medina and Eric Marquez were arrested over the weekend on suspicion of the murder of Andrea DelVesco, the 21-year-old UCLA student who was found dead in a fire last week. The fire was being investigated as a murder.

Marquez, a UCLA student, and Medina were both taken to Van Nuys jail. “Investigators examined forensic evidence and witness’s statements, which linked 22-year-old Alberto Medina and 22-year-old Eric Marquez to the murder of Ms. Delvesco,” the LAPD statement read.

Medina is being held without bail while Marquez’s bail was set at $1 million.

Hopefully this is an end to a sad story. Although Andrea had been charged with four felony counts of drug possession, her friends and family all agree that she was a good person with a kind heart. Authorities believe her murder is connected to the fact that Andrea was supposed to appear in court last Friday.

Eric Marquez, a 22 year old former UCLA student who works for the UCLA Louise M. Darling Biomedical Library, was arrested over the weekend on the suspicion of murder of Andrea DelVesco, the UCLA student who was found dead in her Westwood apartment that caught fire last week.

“Investigators examined forensic evidence and witness’s statements, which linked 22-year-old Alberto Medina and 22-year-old Eric Marquez to the murder of Ms. Delvesco,” the LAPD statement read.

According to witnesses statements, a man was seen running from the apartment before the fire was seen but it hasn’t been confirmed that Eric was that person. His bail has been set at $1 million. Alberto Medina was not given bail.

Bailey Scarlett is a hot Australian 18-year-old model who claims she believes she was drugged by Justin Bieber during a listening party for his album. She took to Facebook last night to tell her side of the story which you can read below.

Long story short, she attended a party at the request of Bieber but had to leave once she started feeling really ill and messed up. She had to be picked up by her boyfriend who then called the authorities once her condition worsened.

Whether or not the story is true, I’m sure we’ll find out but I highly doubt that Bieber was the one who would have slipped something into her drink. If anyone is guilty, it was probably one of his entourage. Having said that, we’re just happy that she’s alive and that we now know about her.

Halloween is our favorite time of the year.

TCU’s Sigma Phi Epsilon threw an awesome Shipwrecked-theme party this past summer and have the recap video to prove it.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, there are few college campuses/cities more fun than TCU’s spot in Fort Worth. They’ve got tons of great bars all within walking distance and even more attractive Texas women.

If you didn’t know about model Kara Del Toro before Friday, you’re definitely going to get acquainted with her now.

The latest model to join the insanely sexy Carl’s Jr. clan (alongside Charlotte McKinney, Kate Upton, Nina Agdal, and Samantha Hoopes), Del Toro recently entered the spotlight after she was playing beach volleyball for the fast food chain’s latest ad.

However according to the up-and-coming model, there’s more to the commercial that just a bunch of hot girls playing volleyball. In an interview with Fox News, the gorgeous model stated that it referred to immigration.

“The new commercial is for the Carl’s Jr. TexMex burger, so you got two groups of hot chicks, Team Tex and Team Mex, and we’re playing volleyball to figure out whether the burger is a Texas burger or a Mexican burger…  I think it’s playing up on what’s going on politically right now with immigration. I think it was a bold move for Carl’s Jr. I love it.”

Bill and Maya Donnelly woke up one morning to find that $10,000 worth of marijuana had literally fallen from the sky, through their roof, into their dog house. Don’t worry, the dog is fine.

The Donnellys awoke to what sounded like thunder in the early morning hours, but dismissed it as a typical monsoon storm and went back to sleep. Donnelly said, “I went out to investigate, and sure enough, I looked up to see the hole, and then my eyes trailed down and the big dog’s house was destroyed. It made a hole in that hard plastic doghouse and the bundle was inside”.  Inside the bundle was roughly 26 pounds of marijuana — a package that authorities say was worth $10,000 and likely was dropped there accidentally by a drug smuggler’s aircraft.

When asked why they notified the police, instead of just turning a profit for themselves, Donnelly said: “But how can you have a clear conscience, right? We could have made lots of home repairs with that.”

Cathriona White, the ex-girlfriend of Jim Carrey, was found dead in her apartment from an apparent suicide. Authorities said that they found note which according to TMZ was addressed to Jim. They believe she overdosed on pills.

The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe in South Dakota announced today they will be opening a marijuana resort that will legally sell weed to guests and allow them to consume it on property. [lead image via Shutterstock]

The South Dakota tribe already has a 120-room guest hotel and casino called the Royal River Entertainment Complex, but they’re claiming that come New Year’s Day a new “adult playground” where guests can buy grams from $11-15 will be opened. The space they’re using will be an older bowling alley.

The small tribe of 400 members is expecting to generate up to $2 million a month with the new project. Read that again: $2 million a month.

But that money’s not just coming from the sale of pot, the tribe will open a nightclub, arcade games, restaurant, and eventually, slot machines and an outdoor music venue.

The Santee Sioux Tribe actually legalized marijuana back in June after the US Justice Department allowed Native American tribes to grow and sell the plant under the same regulations as some states. Since then, the tribe has been growing weed in an enclosed greenhouse, using professionals from Colorado to help them learn how.

But don’t think that you can just show up at the doors of the Flandreau resort and start smoking massive blunts all over the place. Under the resort’s guidelines, guests will only be allowed to buy one gram at a time. Before buying another one, they must return the barcoded package it came in. This is to prevent losing the entire operation due to the fact that marijuana is still illegal under Federal Law.

Natural selection, it’s time to kick in.

Couple John Mogan (28) and Ashley Duboe (24) may be the dumbest people on the face of the planet. After robbing a bank in Ashville, North Carolina last month, the couple decided it’d be a good idea to post selfies all over social media with the stolen profits just a few days later after the crime.

WTF?!

According to the Smoking Gun,

A “selfie” posted August 31 shows Mogan with a wad of bills in his mouth. The image prompted a relative to complain that the flush Mogan “didn’t hook a brother up.” Referring to the loot, Mogan replied, “That’s called a McStack.” He then noted that, “I got six bands bra real shit nigga,” before adding, “I’m doing rrree=aaaaalll) good.”

Obviously the photos helped investigators solve the case.
