The first official trailer for the new Supergirl TV series has dropped and we have it here.
We’ve been waiting a while for Melissa Benoist to throw on that onesie and start saving lives, and now we don’t have much longer. Premiering October 23rd on CBS, we have high hopes for this one. And if it does wind up flopping, at least Benoist got to fly around in the costume, right?

The second season of Fox’s smash hit Empire airs tonight, Wednesday September 23, on Fox at 9 EST/8 CT. The premiere episode is entitled “The Devils Are Here”. The episode is being directed by Academy Award nominated director Lee Daniels (ya know, the guy who did ‘Lee Daniel’s The Butler’).
People have been going crazy for this show. Seemingly overnight, Taraji P. Henson, who plays Cookie, became a household name. And Terrence Howard is chill, even though he blew his chance to be an Avenger. This is how you can catch the Empire season premiere:

Bad breath is a huge turn-off. Nothing worse than going in for a kiss and getting a face full of disgusting fumes. It is fixable though! She was probably looking for an excuse to get out of the relationship and settled with that.
Last year I got my girlfriend this amazing gift for her birthday – I took her on a Spring Break cruise. Right now I have no money and I’m worried she’ll be angry when I get her something not as awesome. Any way to get around this?
If your girlfriend gets angry because you don’t get her a birthday gift that is big and pricey… F*CK HER. She is definitely not worth it. The fact that you are even thinking of that possibility means there is something wrong here. Not all meaningful gifts have to break the bank! Make her dinner, light a few candles and watch a movie… taking time out of your day for her should be enough to make her happy.
Whenever I get drunk, I always makeout with my sister’s friend. But whenever I see her out in public, she never talks to me. What’s the deal?
Probably because she is drunk too. There’s a couple possibilities here… The first one is she’s just looking for a casual hookup and nothing more. She is acting in her own interest. (Yes, some girls do think like men) Second, she’s friends with your sister and might be trying to keep it on the low so she doesn’t find out. That could end up being a huge mess! Third, amnesia… but I’m leaning towards the first one.

Ahh, this is such a huge problem. Most girls wait for a guy to text them first. “I don’t want to be annoying,” “Let’s see how long it takes him to think of me,” “If he wants to talk, he’ll text me,” “I don’t want to seem like I’m trying too hard;” girls like to feel wanted. But regardless of gender, if you like someone and want to talk to them then send them a text!
What does a guy have to do to take you out?
Make me laugh. I’m pretty easy. If you can keep a smile on my face, you have my attention.

It really depends on the girl. To some, age is just number. I know a few who are into younger men. They tend to be more open-minded, less cynical, and eager to please. I say give it a shot and see what happens!

Everyone has their own preference. I think most of it has to do with a taste/texture thing. Afraid of what it will be like and if it will send them into the bathroom to vomit. In my opinion, do whatever pleases your man and makes them happy. ;)

Today is the first day of fall – basic b*tches, rejoice!
But seriously, we love fall. The weather is perfect, the leaves are changing colors, school is back in session, and Halloween is just around the corner (and so are all of those sexy Halloween costumes). And if that makes us basic, so be it! We’re not ashamed to say that we stop for a Pumpkin Spice Latte every morning before work! Or that we’ve been planning our Halloween costumes since July when brilliance struck! Or that we’ve missed our flannels for way too long!
So don’t judge us, ok? Or tell anyone about this conversation.

Borrowing the voices of Jason Sudeikis, Josh Gad, Bill Hader, Maya Rudolph, and Peter Dinklage, The Angry Birds Movie has a lot going for itself. The animation looks sweet, the characters are familiar, and everyone loves this sort of thing!
While the peak of the popular app has definitely come and gone – Rovio, the franchise’s creator, has cut an insane amount of jobs and openly stated that profits dropped 73% in 2014 – we think the film may help turn things around.

Last weekend I went to Mad Decent Block Party in the beautiful Phoenix, Arizona. First and foremost, huge thanks to COED and Bud Light for hooking it up for me.
For anyone who doesn’t know Mad Decent Block Party is a EDM music festival featuring artists from the Mad Decent record label. This year in Phoenix there were a multitude of various artists from Yellow Claw to Dillon Francis spinning records.
This was my first time ever going to a Mad Decent Block Party. I had heard that they’re an insane time but I wanted to see it for myself. I’m going to tell you guys a little secret: I don’t go to these things. I just recently started getting into EDM music and I had little to no knowledge of the artists. That being said I knew I wanted to get the full experience of the event. So I bought a Banana suit, cause f*ck it, right? Turns out that was one of the greatest decisions I’ve ever made but we’ll get to that part later.
Armed with my ticket, iPhone 6, and Banana suit I met up with four of my friends and we were off to Mad Decent.
Here’s my first advice if you’re going to any music festival. PARKING BLOWS!!!!! Seriously we left right as the show started (our fault). It took us almost an hour and a half to park. If you’re going to go to one of these festivals expect to wait a long amount of time to park. My advice is to get there well in advance. Yes, it’s weird to be one of the first groups of people there, but I’d rather be there early then deal with that painfully long process again.
As we entered through the gates, the reality of what I had signed up for hit me with 150 dB’s of bass. God how do I explain this part? The lights, the sounds, the people were fantasizing. I decided to jump right in, no holds back. I fought my way to the front. I clawed, fought, slide, and wiggled my way to the “third row” of a standing room only event. As me and my friend sat in the front we quickly realized, this was a terrible place to be. We were all uncomfortably close together, and the banana suit wasn’t keeping me cool (still worth it).
Thankfully by the grace of God our other friends finally had parked and were inside waiting in line so we got the hell out of there.
So we decided to head off and go back into the crowd because the next artist was Diplo. Now let me pause the story here and give you guys a quick head count. When we all went to Mad Decent there was five of us including myself. Two were still in line at that point and me and my other two friends were in the crowd. As we kept pressing forward so did everyone else. As soon as the MC announced that Diplo was next everyone got up and started heading to the stage.
I was leading the pack of my friends through the crowd. I kept looking back to make sure they were with me I swear. Then I look ahead for one second, I turn back around, and they’re all gone. I am by myself in this sea.
Once I realized there was no turning back, I did what any good friend would do in that situation. Keep fighting to the front. As I kept moving forward I lucky ran into a different group of friends and joined them, and this was the start of my experience at Mad Decent.
What a freakin blast. All the artists were amazing to say the least but what I noticed was the culture of the event. Most of the people I had spoken of earlier I later found out had gotten kicked out by security which made a huge difference. I felt the culture change almost immediately. The pushing was still there obviously but it was diminishing. Everyone almost stopped fighting to see the artist. You could sense that everyone wanted to be there for the music. The energy was more alive and welcoming. When the bass dropped I was grabbed by people who I still don’t know and we started dancing to the music. Everyone was so much happier. For the next three hours I, the first time raver, was welcomed open arms into a community I knew nothing about.
Then when the last artist finished his set and it was time to go home the greatest thing you could think of happened. I ran into another Banana. If you follow my twitter @OGBobbyGabriel I made a promise to my followers to take a photo with any other Banana’s I ran into. This was the only one I saw that night and I wasn’t missing this opportunity.
On the drive back home, I reflected on what just happened. From the parking issue, to the guys pushing everyone, to the people I was dancing with. I came to the conclusion that raves are freaking awesome.
TL:DR
Go to an EDC festival, go with friends, get there early, have fun, and don’t let some jackass ruin it for you.

Wiz is a very vocal proponent of marijuana and has claimed that he spends $10,000 a month on weed alone. But how did Wiz Khalifa get here? And how did this perpetually stoned Pennsylvanian get to this point? Let’s take a look.
Wiz Khalifa was born Cameron Jibril Thomaz in Minot, North Dakota September 8, 1987. A famous Pittsburgh native, Wiz Khalifa is most widely recognized for his hit single, “Black and Yellow”, which reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and eventually sold over 3 millions singles. He has since gone on to release five studio albums.
Wiz was discovered in 2004 at the age of 16 by fellow Pittsburgh native Benjy Grinberg. Grinberg is the founder and President of Rostrum Records which soon signed Wiz to a recording and management deal.
2005: Releases first mix-tape “Prince of the City: Welcome to Pistolvania” to positive reception from hip-hop fans. Rolling Stone Magazine has rave reviews for it..

Living in a country that’s fueled by the simplicity of instant gratification, snagging a big greasy fast food burger jam-packed with deliciousness is a fairly normal past time. And what better way to get your fix than to head on over to McDonald’s and get yourself a Big Mac, right? Wrong… unless you’re cool with having your insides turn to mush. These stats released by Fast Food Price will have you skipping the drive-thru window.
When McDonald’s coined the slogan for their infamous Big Mac burger as “Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, and a sesame seed bun” in 1975, there’s a fairly good chance that they had no idea that a simple sandwich would quickly become a household name. But while just about everyone has given the Big Mac a try, they probably had zero clue as to what they were doing to their body in the process.
Fast Food Price, a website dedicated to providing the prices of food on various restaurant menu’s, recently exposed what happens to your body an hour after devouring a Big Mac. Between raising your blood sugar to disgustingly high levels, and pointing out that it takes nearly 51 days to digest all of the fat in one Big Mac burger, these guys may assist you in taking a pass on that next Big Mac craving.

I think the reason SIU is so high up is because we are in such small town that everything that happens in it blows up big! But that doesn’t change the fact that we actually had a lot of accidents in the last two semesters. Most of these accidents were from freshmen that just came to SIUC and wanted to prove their hood bullsh*t. I have been here since 2010.
Personally, I’ve been everywhere in Carbondale and never had any problem at all whether is 7 in the morning or even 3 AM after the bars close. My friends and I always walk around town at night and have never faced any of these accidents. Still, most of what happens and gets reported happened in shady places around town. I mean you don’t walk through the forest and expect nothing to happen to you–especially if you are a girl.
Most my girlfriends these days walk with pepper spray and tasers just case, but none of them have actually used them. Always better safe than sorry.
I heard about the robberies that were reported, and most of them happened in places that have low foot traffic around them.
As far as aggravated assault is concerned, I mean come on put couple of young people in a closed place and give them alcohol what do expect to happen. I’m sure that other college towns have a higher rate than us, they just don’t report it for the sake of keeping these statistics low so they can have a higher enrollment rate to attract more students to their university.

Kenan Mitchell and Kel Thompson reunited last night on Jimmy Fallon‘s The Tonight Show to deliver an awesome “Good Burger” skit.
For those who missed the best of the ’90s, Kenan and Kel became popular thanks to Nickelodeon’s junior version of SNL, All That. The show featured an ongoing skit called “Good Burger,” which quickly became a favorite among viewers. Last night Jimmy Fallon re-imagined the story line, putting himself as one of Ed’s (Kel) coworkers.
