David Son, a Louisville lawyer, trademarked the phrase “40-0″ and has been selling the shirts since 2013 on his website 40and0.com. (Note: They are still two wins away from making this a true statement).

According to Yahoo Sports, the university says the shirts are one of many third party products “attempting to capitalize on the historic season of the University of Kentucky men’s basketball team.”

The future of Greek Life at Penn State University isn’t looking so good right now. Just a couple of weeks after Kappa Delta Rho was suspended for uploading nude photos onto a secret Facebook account, the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity has been suspended by the IFC and Pi Kappa Phi Nationals after being charged with “hazing, alcohol violations, disorderly conduct, providing false information, hosting unregistered social functions, and violating the terms of suspension during the investigation.”

You can read the whole story here, but apparently Pi Kappa Phi started getting into deep doodoo when an anonymous letter was received, alleging a host of school violations.

The suspension will last for at least three years and no members will be able to live in the house until April 2018. Even worse, members of the fraternity now will not be allowed to have any relationship with the fraternity when it reopens.

It remains seen as to what will happen to the fraternity house itself.

The NFL has reportedly hired Sarah Thomas as their first-ever female official.

According to the Bleacher Report, Tom Reed of the Northeast Ohio Media Group said last June that Thomas had joined the NFL’s development program for new officials in 2013 where she attended training camp assignments to get acclimated to the rules and environment.

I look at myself as an official. With their respect and the respect that I have for them, it just doesn’t feel like it’s a male-dominated profession.”

The news comes via The Baltimore Sun, who reported that the Mississippi native had joined the NFL’s developmental program back in 2013. Since then, she’s taken on training camp assignments and was promoted to regular season games.

Flakka is the newest synthesized drug–similar to bath salts–that’s now coming to light after a host of scary cases of overdoses in Florida have been reported.

Those who’ve reportedly taken Flakka include a man who impaled himself on the fence of a police station, a man who tried to break down the door of a Ft. Lauderdale police station, and a dude who stood on his Palm Beach County roof naked with a gun yelling, “I feel delusional, and I’m hallucinating!”

Trying to break into a police station? Now you may understand why some dealers are calling it “$5 insanity.” But “Flakka?” That name probably comes from a Hispanic slang term that means “a beautiful woman who charms everyone she meets.”

So now that you know the name of the newest drug Fox News is going to talk about nonstop, let’s learn a little bit about it.

Flakka Ingredients:

Like we said before, Flakka is very similar to bath salts. It’s made from a chemical called alpha-PVP (alpha-pyrrolidinovalerophenone), a synthetic version of the Khat plants that Somalian pirates chew on.

Flakka Effects:

The immediate and long-term effects of cathinones can rival some of the strongest crystal meth and cocaine.

Jim Hall, an epidemiologist at the Center for Applied Research on Substance Use and Health Disparities at Nova Southeastern University in Broward County, Florida went on the record saying that the drug is designed to flood the brain with dopamine.

“Normally when dopamine would be released, even naturally or even with other drugs, it then gets reuptaked — it goes back to its original transmitting neuron. But in this case, its reuptake is blocked so it remains there.”

Side effects include hallucination, hyperthermia, and possible death.

Flakka Ingestion Methods:

Since Flakka is crushed up crystalline, the drug can be ingested via snorting, injection or vaping. Obviously we don’t suggest doing any of those things, we just thought you might like to know in case your parents ask you about it.

Seeing as how Belle has no problem getting it on with ladies, that opened things up for some interesting choices:

The NCAA three-point shooting contest has been won by Cassandra Brown–who isn’t even American, but is really from British Columbia, but is currently playing guard for the University of Portland. And she didn’t just win the Ladies Division. Cassandra is now the best three-point shooter in all of college basketball.

That’s all the fault of men’s champion Kevin Pangos, who is also Canadian (from Ontario), and let down all of Mankind by losing to Cassandra in what was clearly the three-point shooting contest that would define the reigning sex for all of eternity.

It seems that someone decided to explain simple journalism to the petty bureaucrats who call themselves the United Students Government (USG) at the State University of New York – Buffalo State College. That’s after the distraught student body decided to freeze the budget of the school newspaper The Record in the wake of an April Fool’s Day issue.

We’re usually not fond of April Fool’s Day issues, in general. They feel like students auditioning for jobs at The Onion and proving that kind of thing isn’t easy to write. We still want to defend The Record‘s publication of the Wreckard parody, even if they dared to print something really offensive like…well, nobody really knows what was offensive. The Record staff was just told by the USG every copy of The Wreckard had to be “removed from campus,” because “some of the topics discussed in the ‘Wreckard’ satire addition [sic] were offensive to members of Buffalo State and the surrounding community.”

The students mostly feel that administrators panicked over a headline that made fun of Governor Andy Cuomo. Specifically, “Governor Cuomo bans snacking across New York State.” That offended some would-be power broker, we bet.

Anyway, a grown-up reversed the idiocy, with Buffalo State Vice President Hal Payne still pandering with his official statement…

While The Record’s April Fools’ satire edition may have been upsetting to some and certainly pressed the boundaries of humor, I am concerned that the United Students Government’s decision to freeze the paper’s funding may infringe on students’ right to free speech. Because The Record is a recognized student organization, United Students Government provides oversight of the paper, not the college administration. However, I will reach out to the leaders of both organizations in the coming days to encourage a swift resolution.

Meanwhile, you can still check out the really shocking issue online and get offended yourself. It still seems kind of lame to us, but we don’t rush to the fainting couch as often as the Buffalo State College’s United Students Government.

Three-time Divas champion AJ Lee is leaving the WWE–which isn’t that big of a surprise, given how the punky little powerhouse has been publicly feuding (like, for real) with the WWE executives over the past few weeks. People kind of saw the end coming when AJ was passed up yet again for a turn on the Total Divas reality show, although the WWE is at least letting AJ go out with a bunch of championships. They’ve done worse by people. [photo via…]

And, of course, a WWE champion leaving the fold is like a character getting killed off in comic books. There’s always a good chance that they’ll return. The WWE is sure implying that AJ will be making some appearances outside of the ring. Meanwhile, we’ll still be checking out the lethal likes of battling babes like Michelle McCool, Layla, Cameron, Layla El, Kaitlyn, Paige, Eva Marie, Trish Stratus, and The Bella Twins.
