New Movie Trailers: ‘Terminator: Genisys’ And More [VIDEOS]

New Movie Trailers Super Bowl

It was a busy week for movie trailers, with the upcoming Super Bowl inspiring a few films to give some sneak peeks–including the bizarre-looking Fantastic Four reboot, Seth Macfarlane’s Ted 2, and what might end up being the cultish Child 44. And there was also another big film and some weird little indies that deserve some attention, starting with what might be one of the bigger deals of the Super Bowl ads…

Terminator: Genisys

Let’s look back at this one again–since people are still figuring out how to spell Terminator: Genisys, and this Super Bowl spot will help. We’re kind of hoping this is just a teaser of a longer ad that’ll run this Sunday, though. Otherwise, we’re happier with the first trailer that brought Arnie back…

VANish

Danny Trejo spent the week starring as Marcia Brady, and that’s something that we never thought we’d type. Anyway, enjoy some equal time with seeing Danny in his more traditional role in the VANish trailer–which we’ve already seen, and you’re really luck if it hits the big screen near you before going to VOD, download, whatever…

Hot Tub Time Machine 2: (Big Game Spot)

We were skeptical that Hot Tub Time Machine 2 would really have a Super Bowl ad–and, sure enough, this Big Game spot calls the Super Bowl the Big Game because it’s really just a desperate attempt to tie in the comedy sequel to this weekend’s…um, Big Game. Anyway, it works a lot better than anyone could expect…

Minions (Super Fan Spot)

And here’s another fake Super Bowl spot–although Minions will sure have the money to buy a Super Bowl spot after the Despicable Me movies scored big at the box office. We don’t expect to be running off to see Minions this summer, but we like their take on football fandom…

Sexy Instagram Photos April Eve January 31

We’re not sure where April Eve was this week–but it sure wasn’t NYC, as we’ve learned while pulling the hottest pics from this week’s COED Instagram feed. It looks like April is managing to squeeze in some work as a bikini model. Or maybe just living the leisurely life of a bikini model, which probably looks a lot like bikini modeling.

We have plenty more bikini pics here, too, plus other wild pics. Check out newcomers like Mary Kaitlin and Whitney Cowart, or seasons beauties like Danielle Knudson, Lauren Vickers, Chantel Zales, and a pairing of the pairs of Victoria’s Secret models Candice Swanepoel and Doutzen Kroes.

We also have more of Taylor Swift enjoying the sun, and a look at Charlotte Mckinney–who’s about to have a big Super Bowl weekend courtesy of Carl’s Jr.’s, and even more incredible models baring plenty in lots of intimate Instagram moments. Take a look back at a beautiful week…

10 Super Bowl Deflategate Cakes (Made By Professionals, Mostly)

Deflategate Super Bowl Cake 6

Sports fans have gone all atwitter by Twittering out pics of assorted Super Bowl Deflategate Cakes–so we guess that’s the cool thing that everyone will be enjoying at the parties, while we labor here at the COED offices to keep everyone caught up on the breaking Super Bowl news. Yeah. Don’t worry about us. Especially if you’re one of the many COED employees who won’t be in the office. You suck.

Anyway, the best thing about these Deflategate Cakes is that they all seem to be made by professionals, so it’s not like we’re sticking you with some recipe to slave over these things and then show them off on Reddit. Also, it looks like most of these cakes are being made by Patriots fans. We don’t know what that says about the state of modern sportsmanship.

Also, we never knew it was so easy to make a cake that looked like a deflated football. Well, we’re assuming it is. Maybe we’ll order one in a Deflategate Cake–just like we’re going to order in a few pizzas, and you can be damn sure that we’ll be paying for it out of COED’s petty cash, too. Yeah. We don’t care how much these cakes cost. They’re cool, man, as you can see for yourself…

Maitland Ward Shows Off Her Winning Side for the Super Bowl [PHOTOS]

Maitland Ward Hot Photos Super Bowl

Hey, everybody, it’s Maitland Ward, who you loved on Boy Meets World back in the ’90s, and then…well, that’s about it. She was still damn memorable as Rachel McGuire. Maitland Ward’s also done a fine job of maintaining her celebrity by reminding us that she’s still incredibly crushworthy. She hasn’t really had a big-screen turn since playing a white girl in the 2007 Wayans Brothers comedy White Girls, but she still looks like a star to us. [photo via…]

And if you don’t already know that, it’s not for Maitland’s lack of trying. She’s constantly showing off her amazing bod, including a brand-new (and very hot) Super Bowl shoot that has her embracing both the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots in a show of bipartisan self-promotion.

We’re not complaining. We’ve already celebrated how Maitland Ward has rocked the cosplay and sci-fi scene, and proudly saluted her hottest red carpet pics. We sure don’t mind Maitland using the Super Bowl for more exposure. There’s even more to cheer over at her Facebook page, but warm up first with these dirty dozen football pics. She’s playing both sides…

SNL Highlight: Seahwawks Press Conference Starts (And Ends) The Show [VIDEO]

Saturday Night Live SNL Super Bowl Video

Well, we’re thinking that the real highlight of last night’s Saturday Night Live was the “Teacher’s Snow Day” video where J.K. Simmons ditched his pants–but it’s Super Bowl Sunday, so let’s give the cold opening Seahawks Press Conference a big salute. It’s partly equal time for last week’s fine New England’s Patriots Super Bowl Press Conference, but the sketch was also a fine start to the show.

Keenan Thompson, of course, has little to do in his role as Marshawn Lynch, except to keep repeating, “Thank you for asking me to the first few questions asked of him.” Guess we just gave away that joke. Jay Pharoah is still lots of fun as Richard Sherman. The entire sketch is pretty much just a chance for the SNL writers to clear out more Deflategate jokes and some Snowicane Juno gags that didn’t make it into “Weekend Update,” but that’s okay. If you missed the sketch last night, consider this the start of your Super Bowl Pre-Game Show…

….and what the hell, here’s Teacher’s Snow Day, too…

Super Bowl XLIX
At 6:30 PM today, the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks will take to the field in hopes of leaving it as the 2015 Super Bowl champs. Whether you’ll be amongst fans at a bar, lounging on your living room couch, or shelling out $9,000 in Phoenix, you’ll have options when it comes to watching the game. Find the full list below.

Super Bowl 2015: Time, Channel & Kickoff

Watch the Super Bowl on NBC

For fans with a functioning television, the easiest way to tune into the game is by turning on NBC. Kickoff starts at 6:30 PM and the Super Bowl commercials start not too long after, so don’t be late. And if you don’t have a TV, we suggest you consider buying one for obvious social reasons.

Watch the Super Bowl on NBC Sports Live Extra Website

If you’re more of a laptop person, head over to NBC’s Sports Live Extra website, where the game will be streaming live for free. No sign-up is necessary – which if you ask us, is the best part about this deal, besides the crystal clear image it’ll provide of the NFL cheerleaders - and you can tune in as early as 1 PM to get your pre-game fix.

Watch the Super Bowl on NFL Mobile App

If you’re lacking diverse electronics and are a Verizon Wireless customer, diehard fans can watch the game on their phones with the NFL Mobile App. If you don’t have a “More Everything” shared data plan, customers can still use the app after signing up for $5 monthly fee.

Watch the Super Bowl on NBC Sports Live Extra App

NBC really has your back this year. If you’re not a Verizon customer and want to watch the game on your phone, the NBC Sports Live Extra App will be your best bet.

Watch the Super Bowl on NFL Game Pass

For those traveling abroad, make sure to snag the NFL Game Pass to view a live stream of the game. For those outside of the U.S. and Mexico, a fee of $54.99 is required.

Victoria's Secret Models Behati Prinsloo Valentine's Day

Victoria’s Secret doesn’t just buy sexy Super Bowl ads as a public service–they also know that the Super Bowl is a great opportunity to remind guys that Valentine’s Day is coming up fast. Also a good reminder: Behati Prinsloo and Candice Swanepoel showing off some very hot Victoria’s Secret Valentine’s Day outfits, all of which are sure to make your girlfriend look just like Behati Prinsloo and/or Candice Swanepoel.

Behati and Candice are showing off the “Love Me” collection, too, so there’s no misunderstanding that they want our love. That’s good. Sometimes they can be a little vague about expressing their needs. Especially with Behati getting married to some loser in an attempt to make us jealous. Damn, girl.

Anyway, consider these hot pics to be more Super Bowl Pre-Game action–and part of Candice Swanepoel’s very busy week that included debuting her hot Mother Denim line. She looks good in blue jeans, too. Guess she’s the MVP…

Legendary New York Giants owner Ann Mara is dead–and as we get to a Super Bowl full of jokes about who’s holding Tom Brady’s balls, let’s salute an old broad with serious balls. Super Bowl XLIX - New England Patriots v Seattle Seahawks

Yeah, we’re excited for Super Bowl XLIX, although we can’t figure out why Charli XCX isn’t the halftime act. Anyway, this is where we’re going to make a bunch of clever comments from the coin toss, and then maintain a running commentary on plays and the score. Older clever statements at the bottom, and more recent updates (and clever statements) at the top. Yeah, this’ll be fun.  [photo: Elsa/Getty Images]

Also, that lead image isn’t an endorsement of the Patriots over the Seahawks tonight. We just like dirty jokes…

10:06: …and we’re done–although we’re sure those final minutes will get hotly debated into the night. Patriots win 28-24. Yeah. Also, we’re glad that we’re not fans of The Blacklist. Time to go out and have fun…

10:04: Football is an ugly game. More so during this Super Bowl.

9:59: Football is an exciting game. More so during this Super Bowl.

9:57: Damn, that’s some Flubber football action coming out of Jermaine Kearse’s juggling.

9:51: Hey. it’s a new Victoria’s Secret commercial. That would usually be a distraction at this point.

9:47: Yeah, this is more of the evenly-matched Super Bowl that we were expecting. The Patriots take the lead, 28-24. Robert Kraft probably isn’t even thinking about his girlfriend right now.

9:38: New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft seen in the stands, but no sign of his hot young girlfriend. That’s not going to inspire kids.

9:31: Here’s that extended Bud Light PacMan commercial…

9:27: That Youtube comment on Ted 2 just became a lot more funny (if sadly true) after that blown opportunity with Julian Edelman–and yet, it’s 24-21, with the Patriots back in the game.

9:16: Here’s that Ted 2 Super Bowl spot with Tom Brady–and Youtube makes you do age confirmation, because this version is a little more dirty. Best Youtube comment: “That spiral is the best thing Brady’s thrown tonight.” In related news, Seahawks still ahead, 24-14…

9:02: Here’s a gif of Katy Perry, in case you want to relive that happy moment while watching your savings circle the drain…

Katy Perry Super Bowl GIF

9:13: We almost forgot that the Church of Scientology spot was becoming a Super Bowl tradition.

8:55: Seahawks ahead, 24-14. Hey, have you heard about the Seahawks trying to win back-to-back Super Bowls this year? NBC doesn’t think you’ve heard it enough.

8:48: Snow beginning to fall in New York and New Jersey–which would’ve been a lot more traumatic if it had happened during the Super Bowl at this time last year.

8:37: Seattle Seahawks get their first lead of the night, 17-14; Patriots defense team happy there’s not another halftime.

8:32: People Least Likely to Have Enjoyed the Halftime Period: the Patriots defense.

8:00: Halftime! Check out Katy Perry. We can’t help you with pics of Lenny Kravitz.

7: 57: Tied at 14-14. This game moves fast when it moves.

7:48: Gronkowski just inspired a lot more erotic fan fiction. 14-7, Patriots–and we’re reminded that Tom Brady now equals Joe Montana for TD passes, 11-11.

7:41: Hey, it’s Sammy Davis, Jr.–which doesn’t make up for NBC being so lame that they can’t come up with a better post-game show to push than The Blacklist. You know, our ratio of game-to-commercial comments is getting kind of skewed.

7:37: Esurance looks set to win the Super Bowl ad competition–at least in terms of fun celebrity endorsements. Snickers has to settle for second.

7:35: Score tied 7-7. Still a chance that we’ll be able to keep our thumbs.

7:26: Yeesh, Nationwide Insurance–f’in buzzkill.

7: 16: Here’s that Furious 7 spot–which we’re pretty sure is also an ad for Mission: Impossible V….

7:13: We’re pretty sure that Coke ad was also an ad for The Lawnmower Man III.

7:11: New England in the lead, 7-0. All is proceeding as we have foreseen.

7:03: We thought that wolf was gonna eat the puppy, but the Budweiser Clydesdales came through again! Too bad that we bet $50 on the wolf.

6:58: Damn, that was a fast first quarter. Score is 0-0, so our hopes and finances haven’t been dashed yet. Cool.

6:52: Hey, it’s the Minions Super Bowl spot–right before the Danny Trejo/Steve Buscemi Snickers ad. We still don’t like you if you just watch the Super Bowl for the commercials.

Fun fact: There are over 1,000 people running around the Super Bowl with media credentials. We’re in the office.

6:50: We’re still debating if the refs screwed up that first penalty call. Why’d the Patriots decline, anyway?

6:42: It took us a while to figure out that was a Tomorrowland spot. Pretty dull. This one is shorter, but better…

6:35: Official COED prediction: 20-17, Patriots. Unless that’s really embarrassingly wrong, in which case it was the prediction by that guy over there who we don’t even know. How’d he get in here?

6:30: Hey, here’s that Jurassic World commercial….

6:25: Seahawks win the coin toss! Damn, we had $50 riding on the Patriots.

Budweiser Super Bowl Commercial “Brewed The Hard Way”

Budweiser surprised everyone with a second Super Bowl commercial that had nothing to do with cute puppies or the famous Clydesdales. Instead the King of Beers reminded everyone that Budweiser is brewed exclusively for drinking, not dissecting–that’s why they brew it the “hard way.”

It’s a bold, proud statement about the amount of time and effort that goes into their beer.

It was a damn close game, just like people expected. But now Tom Brady is doing a lot less of this…

Tom Brady

And we guess Marshawn Lynch is doing more of this, except his fingers aren’t burdened with another Super Bowl ring….

We’re glad that we’re not negotiating that Skittles sponsorship deal. It would’ve been worth a few more millions about an hour ago.

Breaking Bad Esurance Super Bowl Commercial

We thought Lindsay Lohan for Esurance was going to be a big deal, but all that hype was just cover for Esurance bringing Bryan Cranston back as Breaking Bad‘s Walter White for their high concept of…well, something about how “close enough” doesn’t count for insurance. We’re not really sure what it all means.

But enough people will be watching this video for Esurance to consider this to be money well spent. Also, we’re happy to see Bryant Cranston cashing in, since Birdman‘s success means that Michael Keaton is going to be grabbing a lot of high-profile film roles that would’ve gone to Cranston last year. Check out the ad that everyone’s talking about, and that you might have missed if you really watch the Super Bowl for the football and go to the bathroom during commercials…

Will Ferrell Kevin Hart Jimmy Fallon Lip Sync Battle Super Bowl Video

You saw Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart in the Super Bowl stands, and maybe just figured they were out to plug the upcoming comedy Get Hard–but it was more synergetic than that. The comics were also around to appear in a special post-Super Bowl edition of The Tonight Show, because NBC was ashamed they couldn’t come up with anything better than The Blacklist to put in the prime post-game slot.

Of course, it’s a tradition for a network to hype their late-night host with a special Sunday edition of a post-Super Bowl game, and that’s how we get Jimmy Fallon hosting a very special Lip Sync Battle with his two star guests. You’ll be reminded that Kevin Hart is very short, and be impressed that Will Ferrell is no fair-weather Seahawks fan. Check out the competition, and also check out Kevin Hart in the Scary Movie films that he made. It’s nice to see him with Will Ferrell, but we’d really like more of him teaming up with Anthony Anderson…

Bill De Blassio Groundhog

Earlier today Mayor de Blasio made his way to Staten Island to attend his second Groundhog Day ceremony. Thankfully it was nowhere near as horrific as last year’s, when he tried his best to hold the squirming animal but instead let it plummet face first into the ground. Seven days later Charlotte – that furry little creature – died of acute internal injuries.

This year the NYC mayor was banned from getting his grubby little paws on the groundhog, and instead had to stare longingly at Staten Island Chuck while it was secured inside of a plexiglass box. How awkward.

Check out the video below to relive last year’s holding.

“Madden NFL” Predicts Exact Patriots Winning Score, Exact New England Rally To Win

Super Bowl maddden Prediction

There were plenty of predictions about Super Bowl XLIX including one done with the “Madden NFL” video game. However, this one around, the video game must have known the future though as the game predicted that the Patriots would beat the Seahawks 28-24 which was the exact final score along with predicting the Patriots would rally from 24-14 behind to win which also happened.

The game had Tom Brady with 335 passing yards and four touchdowns while winning MVP. He finished with 328 yards, four touchdowns and the MVP. The game said Brady’s touchdown to win the game would go to Julian Edelman which it did. Edelman was predicted to have 106 receiving yards on eight catches. He actually finished with nine catches for 109 yards.

It is truly the creepiest thing to ever come out of a video game. How on earth did the video game get this so perfectly predicted? The game has been very good at predicting Super Bowl winners with an 8-3 record going into Super Bowl XLIX. There are going to be people flying to Las Vegas now as soon as the game’s Super Bowl 50 prediction comes out.

Ricardo Medina, Jr Murder
Robert Medina Jr., best known as the red Power Ranger on the beloved children’s show, was arrested Sunday night for murder after a fight with his roommate at their Los Angeles apartment. The story is nothing short of bizarre.

According to the LAPD, Medina walked away from the argument and retreated to his bedroom with his girlfriend, but was followed by his roommate Josh Sutter. After forcing the door open, Sutter was allegedly stabbed in the stomach with a “sword kept next to [Medina’s] bedroom door.” The victim was pronounced dead on arrival and Medina was arrested shortly after. He has not posted his $1 million bail.

So naturally ASU students went berserk trying to find him on campus, staying up until 2 AM in hopes of finding him.

No such luck.
