Actor Jackson Odell, 20, passed away at a sober living home in San Fernando Valley on Friday. Odell is best known for his reoccuring role in the ABC sitcom The Goldbergs, where he played a popular student by the name of Ari Caldwell. Odell is also known for his roles in TV shows such as ICarly and The Fosters, where he played the roles of Gumbo and Kyle respectively.

The young actor was found  “unresponsive in a sober living home” according to TMZ. According to the publication, “We’re told he was found unresponsive in a sober living home, and there were no signs of foul play.”

Sober living homes are group homes set up for people recovering from addiction.

Odell’s family released a statement regarding his death, saying that “The Odell family has lost our beloved son and brother, Jackson Odell. He will always be a shining light and a brilliant, loving and talented soul. He had so much more to share. Our family will always carry that truth forward. Our wish is that the rest of the world does as well. We are now going to try to make sense of our immeasurable loss privately.”

No foul play is suspected in Odell’s death, according to authorities.

Who is Jackson Odell?

Odell Jackson is an actor and songwriter. He wrote several songs for the 2018 film Forever My Girl, including the song “Wings of an Angel.” Jackson passed away at the young age of 20 on Friday, June 8, 2018.

Jackson first began his acting career at the age of 12 on the TV show Private Practice. He has appeared in numerous hit TV shows throughout his career, including iCarly, Modern Family and Arrested Development.

He appeared in the ABC series The Goldbergs as a reoccurring character from season 1-2. The name of his character is Ari Caldwell, who appeared as a friend of Erica and Lexi as well as the older brother of Dana.

Odell also scored a role in the 2011 comedy film Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer, playing the role of Zeke.

According to a statement released on Odell’s official website, Odell’s family wrote the following in light of his passing:

According to Variety, Odell was found unresponsive in his Tarzana residence in San Fernando Valley on Friday, June 8, 2018, as confirmed by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.

A child star who had been appearing in acting roles since the age of 12; in addition to his work on The Goldbergs, which included two seasons, Odell also had credits on The Fosters, Modern Family and iCarly. In addition to his television work, he also appeared in the film Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer.

In addition to his work as an actor, Odell was also a singer and songwriter, best known for the song “Wings of an Angel,” which appeared on the film Forever My Girl and the American Idol television series.

He also performed original songs and covers on his YouTube channel; a cover of John Mayer’s “Dreaming with a Broken Heart” reached over 16,000 views.

At this time, an official cause of death has not been released for Jackson Odell. According to Variety, officials have confirmed that they do not believe there was any foul play relating to Odell’s death.

A plane crashed in Monmouthshire, South Wales on Sunday at 11:15 BST, leaving two people dead. Fire crews, two ambulances, a rapid response vehicle and a specialist rescue team arrived at the scene of the light aircraft crash near Raglan, Wales. According to a report from BBC, Gwent Police announced that two men died in the crash.

The cause of Sunday’s crash in Monmouthshire is currently being investigated by the Air Accident Investigation Branch. Relatives of the two victims have been informed about the fatal crash and are being tended to by family liaison officers.

A local resident reportedly witnessed the crash, telling reporters about how the aircraft suddenly disappeared from view. The resident, Jan Cooke, told BBC that “We were out in the garden and saw a light aircraft come over, which is normal round here.”

“It was sort of a glider-type aircraft. The engine was very quiet and slow, and then the next thing we knew the engine stopped,” said Cooke. “I don’t know what happened next, because it sort of disappeared.”

As investigation into the crash continues, roads in the area remains closed. According to the South Wales Ambulance Service, a large amount of resources have been set to the crash scene for assistance. However, it hasn’t been confirmed whether or not anyone has been sent to the hospital.

Only hours after the crash in Monmouthshire, there was another light aircraft that crashed in Salford, Greater Manchester. However, in that incident, two men onboard were able to escape from the wreckage at about 3:10 P.M. BST. According to a spokesman from the North West Ambulance Service, “One casualty was taken to hospital with head and neck injuries not believed to be serious.”

According to The Sun, emergency services received a call regarding the Salford plane crash “at 3:12 P.M. saying that a light aircraft had come down in a farmer’s field one mile from City Airport. Two men were inside, they self rescued and were conscious and breathing. We sent two pumps from Eccles, one from Irlam, and an all-terrain vehicle from Irlam.”

The University of South Florida has recently announced the death of Kenyatta Jones of the New England Patriots; the former NFL lineman died at the age of 39.

What happened?

According to WFLA, USF Interim Director of Athletics Scott Kull issued the following statement concerning Jones’ death:

“It is with great sadness that we have learned of the passing of Kenyatta Jones at such an early age.”

“Our first NFL Draft pick and Super Bowl champion, Kenyatta demonstrated what USF football would become and was the first of what would be many talented and hard-working Bulls that have followed their dreams to the professional ranks. Our thoughts and prayers and those of Bulls Nation are with his family during this difficult time.”

According to Tampa Bay Times, a few of Jones’ co-workers have offered their condolences concerning his passing; former Bulls FB Keith Williams, a teammate of Mr. Jones on USF’s inaugural 1997 team, issued the following statement:

“Just a fun-loving guy, man, like a gentle giant.”

“But on that field, he took care of business.”

The same publication also quoted former Bulls C Joey Sipp as saying:

“You tell athletes all the time you can’t turn it off and turn it on when you wanted to. Kenyatta Jones was one of those guys who could turn it on and turn it off. … When he turned it on, he was unstoppable.”

Former Bulls G Anddrikk Frazier also described his memories of Jones:

“KJ brought a toughness and preparation that you would expect from someone who was competing for a starting job.”

“He became one of the guys immediately. His intensity in practice coupled with his encouragement during games, jokes on bus trips and team meals made him a team favorite and a basketball brother.”

As an an offensive lineman, Jones four NFL seasons in New England and Washington.

What was Kenyatta Jones’ official cause of death?

According to WFLA, Jones died suddenly from cardiac arrest in Colorado on Sunday. According to Tampa Bay Times, Jones’ mother, identified as Jessica Hadley-Brown, also confirmed the cause of death.

I Remember You

The Man in Black, riddled with bullets, eventually makes his way to the edge of a river bank. Thinking he had just taken his last breath, a native on horseback arrives… but he remembers William. As he drags him back to camp, he tells a dying William, “death is a passage from this brutal world. You don’t deserve the exit.”

He leaves William with his people while he checks on Maeve’s little girl. Over time, his daughter comes for him, saying he is a burden only she can bear. Ake sees that he is her blood and despite his transgression, returns a wounded William to his daughter where she promises he will pay for his crimes and it will be far worse than anything his tribe could do.

The Past Was Calling Me

The native tells Maeve’s daughter he remembers his past lives and she doesn’t have to fear him. He tells her the story of his wife, his great love, and how he was a man of peace. He remembers flashing back and forth between lives but most importantly he remembers images of the infamous maze no matter which life he lived. “They destroyed the man I was… and this time I came out breathing fire.”

One day he came across a barely incoherent Logan Delos – most likely after young William tied him naked to a horse and set him on his way last season. Looks like things didn’t work out too well for the kid. He tells the native this world is not real and it will only swallow that which enter it. Ake gives him a blanket and reassured Logan that his people would find him. Being that we know he died in the ‘real world’ from an overdose, I can safely assume his last experience in the park was the icing on the cake.

When he rides past the village his former life had lived, seeing his love, his memories began to return. The savage becomes the profit. Looking for a way back, or a way out, he rode further than before and stumbled upon park HQ: thanks lazy Delos planning team!

They Took Everything From Me

Upon his tour of self-realization, he returns for his love Kohana and washes off his war paint to show her that he is, in fact, the man she once knew – Ake. Ake tells her that this world is not what it seems and he can show her. The two make their way to the park Delos HQ… but just like that, she gets scooped up by corporate and whisked away.

Ake returns to the village in hopes of finding her, but as he says, “there was a ghost in her place.” Being that the hosts seem to imprint more severely than humans do, this is something I’d call an oversight. Does Delos have a human resources division or did they turn them into hosts too?

Over time, Ake said he wasn’t the only one in the village who became self-aware. Soon, many began to realize their loved ones were being replaced with new hosts… the ghosts. The only way Ake could be reunited with Koha was on the other side of death. He takes a knife and is brought inside Delos where he finds Kohana offline in a warehouse storage. He then realizes there is a shared pain linking all the hosts together, whether they knew it or not.

You Don’t Deserve This

Maeve gets brought to what constitutes as a medical wing up in the Delos labs, being that she can tap into the matrix, Sizemore tells the other guys she’s worth saving. He’s a mess. He holds her hand, crying, “you don’t deserve this, you deserve your daughter.” Just as Dolorous predicted, the technicians begin decrypting Maeve’s code and her fate will be decided by Charlotte Hale.

While Maeve is being held at Delos, Ake is communicating with her, revealing that he will keep her daughter safe until she returns. Charlotte and Sizemore can’t understand who she’s communicating with, let alone how this is happening outside the park. But one thing is for certain, the power of the hosts is not one to be trifled with or dismissed.

This episode was remarkable, feeling more like a movie than an episode of a television show. From the score to the dialogue this entry of Westworld undoubtedly stands alone and tells a larger story. Everyone is connected and it is our job to see beyond ourselves to gain understanding.

In a shocking opening, Madison comes across everyone’s favorite filmmaker, Althea. Madison, desperately wanting to find her kids, ties up Althea and demands her truck. Not the first time Althea’s had to deal with this. Madison isn’t too keen on the whole story for a lift thing, so she just knocks her out, grabs the camera with some tapes and keeps moving. Mom on a mission!

Being that Madison isn’t in the best state of mind, she can’t navigate the road infested by walkers and Althea comes to her rescue. GIVE THIS WOMAN A STORY!!! Finally, Althea has the upper hand and Madison is the one who has to spill her tale to win her freedom. Madison tells her she made a promise to her children to keep them safe… she failed them. Did she?

Someone’s Gonna Want To Know What Happened Here

Al, Morgan, Charlie, Naomi, and a bleeding John arrive at the fallen stadium to recover supplies that will hopefully save his life. The whole place is a disaster, charred walkers, torn down walls. This doesn’t stop them from trying. Unloading the full arsenal of weapons on the dead, Morgan and Naomi make a run for it. An explosion happens and Althea sees Alicia, Strand, and Luciana in the bleachers ready for a war.

While Naomi and Morgan secure the medical supplies, John basically makes a dying declaration to the camera telling Naomi how much he loves her and to trust people even if he’s no longer there. While they try to keep John alive, Alicia shoots the truck with an RPG. Alicia is out for blood. I miss Nick.

You Knew Her

While Alicia and Althea are trying to kill each other in the truck, Charlie radios to Morgan and Naomi saying they need to get back because they won’t last much longer. Althea throws Alicia against the wall where she falls into the box of tapes. This throws her off her game. Alicia sees a name she knows: a place her mother once took her. She found her mother’s tape.

Alicia is beyond shook watching her mother on the screen. She walks out and towards the remnants of the stadium where Morgan and Naomi are about to emerge. Alicia pulls her gun and tells Morgan to move. She wants Naomi. In Alicia’s mind, “my mom’s dead because of what you did.” Morgan steps right up to the gun and tells this broken girl how he ran to prove everyone wrong, that he didn’t need people, but he did, that things changed for him and they can for her. The gun comes down and Morgan holds her while Naomi runs past to save John.

Madison Had Another Idea

Madison and Althea part ways without hostility. Both women keep driving in hopes of finding something they’ve lost. Eventually (and shockingly) Madison finds Alicia, Nick, Strand, and Luciana and together they drive to the place that became the beginning and the end for her group: the stadium. She met Althea right after Mexico and the stadium camp was built just after. The past and present have finally come together.

Now knowing that Althea isn’t the enemy, but someone Madison grew to trust, Alicia has Strand and Luciana rejoin them in the truck as they all drive away from the dust of their former home. Althea asks what happened to Madison and they decide to pull over. This can’t be good.

John got the medicine in time and Naomi confesses her real name is June. They smile and hold each other in the back of the truck. Meanwhile, Alicia, Strand, and Luciana tell Althea how the Vultures came in with swarms of walkers and fire. All the people they brought in were trapped inside the stadium. Everything they built was being consumed.

Naomi/June just ran, while the four of them were stuck in the car outside the stadium unable to reach Madison. Without knowing how to reach her family, Madison stepped out with a flare, knowing the walls were strong, in an effort to let other people get away while the dead came deeper inside. They watched their mother put up a final stand against the dead, knowing her children were safe outside, she dropped the flare and let the dead consume her.

Madison Clark gave her life for her family. The story was told… now, where does it go from here?

With the two timelines converging and a final act of sacrifice by Madison, the new group sits beside the fire in the darkness. A wave of hope comes over them, knowing the cost of how they got there and contemplating what to do now with the life they have.

Denise Garcia is always seen around the controversial Ball family. That’s because she is the longtime girlfriend of former No. 2 overall pick and rising Los Angeles Lakers star Lonzo Ball. Garcia can be seen featured in the family’s Facebook reality series “Ball in the Family,” and has even been offered a role within their Big Baller Brand company.

The relationship between Ball and Garcia dates back to their days at Chino Hills High School, when the two were All-Americans in their respective sports. Ball went on to star for the UCLA Bruins, while Garcia played soccer for the Seattle Redhawks and UC Riverside Highlanders.

On “Ball in the Family,” it was revealed that the couple would be welcoming a girl to their family and that she will carry a name that plays off of her father’s. The newest Ball addition will be named Zoey.

Izzy Morris is the longtime girlfriend of LiAngelo Ball, the middle Ball son who recently declared for the NBA Draft after withdrawing from UCLA following a shoplifting incident and spending a brief time overseas playing professional basketball in Lithuania for BC Vytautas.

Jurnee Smollett-Bell is an actress who you have likely seen on the silver screen or making a cameo on one of your favorite shows. She has been in the industry since the early 1990’s and has appeared in films like Captain Planet 4, The Great Debaters, Gridiron Gang, and Hands of Stone. Early in her acting career, a crew member of On Our Own died of AIDS which sparked a desire to be an activist for the cause. She is on the Board of Directors of Artists for a New South Africa, while being on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Defense Fund.

“It’s nothing that anyone would choose to have. So, I do what I can to educate young people about this disease, because it is preventable,” she said in an interview with the Atlanta Daily World.

Her next project hits theaters on June 13. The film, One Last Thing, co-stars Wendell Pierce and Joanne Froggatt. The synopsis reads:

While his two-year stint in college was a bit shorter than some of the other guys on this list, Randy Moss dazzled as much as anyone had ever done so at the collegiate level, even at a tiny school like Marshall. In all 28 games that Moss suited up for the Thundering Herd, he scored at least one touchdown. On top of that, he put up a combined 3,529 yards, with a whopping total of 53 touchdowns on 168 receptions. These numbers were unheard of. However, Moss found himself fourth in the Heisman vote in his superior 1996-1997 season. This may have been the result of Marshall being such a small school and not warranting the credit that Moss deserved.

9. Deion Sanders, CB, Florida State (1985-88)

Deion, “Prime Time”, Sanders is the first defensive player to find this list. One of the most electric players to take the field, Prime Time also pulled off 10 complete seasons in Major League Baseball, while enduring his dominant performances in the NFL that put him in the Hall of Fame. Prior to all that, Sanders was creating his character during his time at Florida State University. In 1986, Sanders’ first season as a full time, every-down starter; he put up four interceptions on his way to being first-team All-American. During his junior season, Sanders made his way back on the first-team All-American list while putting up another four interceptions along with a touchdown in the return game. In his final year at FSU in 1988, Sanders may have fall to third-team All-American, however, his presence on the field may have been felt more than it ever had due to his dominance in the return game. He put up a whopping total of 503 yards on punt returns (leading the FBS) with an average of 15 yards per return. You wonder why this guy went on to be the most electric return man the NFL had ever seen, now you know.

8. Jim Brown, RB, Syracuse (1953-56)

Arguably the greatest athlete to ever play in the NFL, his collegiate career at Syracuse was no different. For starters, the guy earned 10 varsity letters through football, basketball, lacrosse, and even track. There was really nothing this guy could not do. In this era of football, passing was almost unheard of, so many teams had to sport multiple running backs, making it difficult for individuals to have the kind of stats that compare to what guys are putting up today. In his final year at Syracuse, Brown put up 986 rushing yards, averaging 6.2 yards per carry, while also adding a phenomenal 13 touchdowns. During this season Brown finished 5th in the Heisman voting, but that had nothing to do with his play. These were racist times, and the NCAA was not prepared to award an African-American man with the highest honor just yet. A few years later, Brown’s successor, Ernie Davis became the first African-American to win the Heisman, and Brown taught him everything he knew and was the reason Davis chose to attend Syracuse.

7. Bo Jackson, RB, Auburn (1982-85)

One of the most dominant player to ever put on the pads, Bo also played with a lot of grace, which could explain why he was also so good at baseball. With career totals of 4,303 rushing yards and 43 touchdowns in basically three and a half seasons, there’s no question Jackson was making this list. The Heisman winner in his senior season was averaging 6.4 yards per carry, the highest mark the SEC had ever seen up to that point. Jackson went on to be the first overall pick by the Tampa Bay Buccanneers, but he never actually played a game for them due to disputes between him, the Buccanneers, and the NCAA regarding a visit he made to Tampa. This caused Bo to venture in to the baseball world, where he was selected by the defending champion Kansas City Royals in the fourth round. After one season with the Royals, Bo re-entered the NFL draft, where he was selected in the seventh round by the Los-Angeles Rams. Injuries took their toll on Bo, allowing him to never reach his full potential in either sport, however his collegiate greatness will be remembered forever.

6. Tony Dorsett, RB, Pittsburgh (1973-76)

The three-time first-team All-American safely finds his way into this list. All he did was set the all time-rushing record at the time with a grand total of 6,082 career rushing yards at the University of Pittsburgh. This record stood until 1998 when star Texas running back Ricky Williams had finally eclipsed that mark. Receiving accolades such as the Heisman Trophy, the Maxwell Award, and the Walter Camp Player of the year, along with leading Pitt to a national championship, Dorsett was then selected by the Dallas Cowboys, second overall, where he played a Hall of Fame-worthy career. His quickness, speed, and ability to stay healthy albeit going through the ringer of carries, was unmatched by few if any.

5. Vince Young, QB, Texas (2002-05)

The first quarterback to make this list, Vince Young, is more than worthy. Sadly for him, all people can remember now is the bust that he was in his rather short NFL stint. This is unfortunate because he put together one of the best seasons in college football history, leading Texas, a massive underdog in the national championship against powerhouse USC, to victory. The game goes down as one of the greatest college football games ever played. Prior to the Rose Bowl Victory, Young led the Longhorns to a perfect 12-0 record, while putting up incredible numbers that included 3,036 passing yards, 26 passing touchdowns, 1,050 rushing yards, and 10 rushing touchdowns. During this season, Vince Young was the Texas Longhorns. And just when you think it can’t get any better, on fourth down in the fourth quarter of the Rose Bowl, Young and the Longhorns trailed the Trojans 41-39, until Young ran for the end zone with 19 seconds left in the game; an iconic play. I think it’s safe to say he avenged his Heisman Trophy snub, which was given to star running back at USC, Reggie Bush.

4. Charles Woodson, CB, Michigan (1994-97)

The second defensive player to find his way on this list could only be defined by one adjective, dominant. On his way to leading Michigan to a perfect 12-0 season with a share of the national title, Woodson also became the first defensive player to ever win the Heisman. He beat out this stud quarterback at the University of Tennesse, Peyton Manning. With career totals of 16 interceptions along with 5 offensive touchdown, his future greatness was easy to predict. After being selected fourth overall by the Oakland Raiders, Woodson went on to have a Hall of Fame career, but his mark in history will always be remembered at Michigan, where he still remains the only defensive player ever to win the Heisman Trophy.

3. Barry Sanders, RB, Oklahoma State (1985-88)

Arguably the most elusive running back to take the field, Sanders finds himself third on this list. After serving as a backup to Thurman Thomas for his first two seasons, Sanders took the NCAA by storm in his first season as the teams’ featured back. In what is known to many as the greatest season college football has seen, Sanders put up gaudy numbers such as 2,628 rushing yards, along with an improbable 42 touchdowns. As imagined, these numbers set him up for a runaway Heisman win, followed up by a third overall selection by the Detroit Lions where he went on to reach the Hall of Fame and is widely known as one of, if not the best to ever suit up from the tailback position. The only thing that is stopping him from being top on the list was his sample size. Give him one more year as the starting running back and I’m sure there wouldn’t be only one player to ever win the Heisman twice.

2. Herschel Walker, RB, Georgia (1979-82)

As a freshman, Walker made his presence felt like no other man had before. With 1,616 rushing yards, paired with 15 touchdowns, Walker led the Bulldogs to a national championship in just his first season taking the gridiron. His combination of size, power, explosiveness, and speed are what separated him from the rest. While his encore to his freshman season was just as dazzling, with numbers such as 1,891 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns, he fell just short of the Heisman, who went to star USC running back Marcus Allen. After the third season of pure excellence, Walker finally took home the legendary trophy in a landslide after posting 1,752 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns. Due to rules about underclassmen entering the NFL, Walker decided to join the USFL (United States Football League) where he went on to win two rushing titles before being a part of one of the worst trades in NFL history.

1. Archie Griffin, RB, Ohio State (1971-75)

The only player to ever win the Heisman trophy twice would only be right to be featured at the top of this list. After rushing for over 100 yards in 31 consecutive games, the NCAA had no choice but to award him with two Heisman trophies after snubbing him in his excellent sophomore season. Griffin, like Walker, also started as a true freshman, and in his four seasons with the Buckeyes, he led them to four straight Rose Bowls and a total record of 40-5-1. His consistency at the collegiate level was unmatched. Although he failed to live up to his sky-high expectations in the NFL, his dominance at the collegiate level could never be forgotten and he should be remembered as the best player to put on a college uniform. Winning two Heisman’s, along with his fifth-place finish in his sophomore season is what gives him the edge over a legendary field.

Mecklenburg County Detention Center

A high school teacher in Cherokee County, North Carolina has been charged with engaging in sex acts with a student while employed by the Cherokee County Schools System.

Kayla Alayne Sprinkles, 26, was indicted on five counts of sexual activity with a student, 16, while teaching at Andrews High School. She taught at the high school and coached softball and cross country from 2016-2017.

Sprinkles’ relationship with the pupil is alleged to have lasted from around December 2016 to April 2017.

When news of the relationship was brought to the high school’s attention, they alerted local authorities who began an investigation in late March 2018. Investigators presented their findings to the grand jury on June 4th, and the jury made the decision to indict the teacher.

After hearing of the indictments on social media, Sprinkles turned herself into the Mecklenburg County Detention Center and was released on $25,000 bond.

Over the course of just a few months, educators across the country have been arrested for engaging in inappropriate relationship with their students. Kentucky Teacher Haley Reed, Miranda Pauley, Tennessee teacher Janet Smothers, LaToya Parker, Florida teacher Caroline Lawson, 26-year-old Allyson Moran and Katherine Ross Ridenhour were all arrested on similar charges.

The list goes on to include 22-year-old Oklahoma science teacher Hunter Day, 28-year-old teacher Megan Kotarski, 23-year-old history teacher Michelle Schiffer, 29-year-old Alyssia Marie Reddy, special education teacher Jordan Ondish and 28-year-old Samantha Fitzpatrick have all been allegedly carrying on inappropriate relationships with their students.

In addition, 31-year-old Nicole Marie Andrews, 32-year-old Jessica Langford, 29-year-old Andrea Baber, 27-year-old Robin Dunlap, 27-year-old Jennifer Olajire-Aro have also been charged with these charges.

42-year-old Heather Butts of California was arrested on a second-degree felony charge, Nancy Leigh Ann Brann, a former Christian school teacher, was arrested for having sex with a student, Coine Audiat pleaded no contest to having sex with a minor in 2016 and 23-year-old Darci Lake was arrested for an inappropriate relationship. 27-year-old Brittany Zamora from Arizona was arrested on similar charges. Keri Hoffman, 35, was also arrested for an alleged relationship with a student. More recently, 29-year-old Tiffany Ranweiler-Oblander and 33-year-old Maren Oates were arrested on similar charges.

Conor McGregor last fought in the UFC on November 12, 2016, defeating Eddie Alvarez to claim the UFC lightweight championship. Following UFC 225 in Chicago on Saturday, June 9, UFC president Dana White spoke to the media and revealed his plans for McGregor’s highly-anticipated return to action. In fact, White went as far as to announce who the promotion plans to put McGregor in the ring against.

The opponent: undefeated lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.

“I think Khabib is a massive fight with Conor,” White said. “I think that’s the fight to happen right now. Listen, if Georges St-Pierre wants to move to 155, prove he can make it and fight the No. 1 contender down there. Then absolutely I’d do it.”

He later reiterated his stance.

Of course, McGregor has some legal hurdles before he can make a return to the UFC. The brash Irishman is set to appear in New York court on June 14 stemming from the infamous UFC 223 bus attack in Brooklyn back in April.

Once McGregor’s legal issues are settled and a punishment is determined, the UFC will be able to determine a specific timeline for his next fight. In the meantime, fight fans will have to continue anticipating the long-awaited bout between two of the best lightweights in the sport.

William Howard Hughes Jr., 66, who has been living under the pseudonym, Barry O’Beirne, had his real identity discovered after undergoing an investigation relating to passport fraud earlier this month. O’Beirne’s actual name and background became apparent during an interview with the U.S. Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service. He was arrested a day later. The US Air Force Officer had gone missing in 1983 – making this the first known legal acknowledgment of his existence in 35 years. He has been living in California ever since.

According to Hughes, he decided to create a new identity after becoming extremely depressed in the Air Force. An investigation was initiated after Hughes failed to explain inaccuracies in his identity.

On July 18, 1983, Hughes was sent to the Netherlands to work for NATO officers. Despite being slated to return in August of that year, he never came back into contact with the Air Force and was declared missing and a deserter a year later. 

The Hughes family refused to believe he had deserted the Air Force and suspected that he had been abducted.
