Once considered to be pseudo offensive linemen, the role of a tight end has evolved and changed noticeably over the last ten years. While pass protecting and run blocking are still essential attributes of a coveted tight end, these versatile athletes are now expected to be trusted receivers that can make plays over the middle and down the sideline. Athletes such as Evan Engram and David Njoku epitomize the physical traits and receiving abilities of what tight ends are now expected to possess to be utilized consistently in the NFL. Although a bigger frame is still expected and ideal, athleticism and quickness are becoming an accepted part of the makeup of today’s pro tight end. This years draft class exemplifies the intriguing evolution of the tight end position as most if not all of these prospects possess above average to exceptional pass-catching abilities.

10. Caleb Wilson, UCLA

Regarded as a bigger and taller Jordan Reed, Caleb Wilson proved to be a dangerous receiving weapon for quarterback Josh Rosen. A fantastic route runner with exceptional separation skills, Wilson was a reliable receiver that could do serious damage after the catch. Although he may go relatively unnoticed because of the plethora of talent at the position this year, Wilson has all of the physical tools and ability to be a starter in the NFL.

9. Durham Smythe, Notre Dame

Although his paltry numbers may concern some draft experts (15 receptions, 244 yards, and a touchdown), this was due largely in part to Durham Smythe playing in an offense that featured a run-first quarterback. Luckily, this allowed Smythe to hone his abilities as a blocker. When he was featured as a receiver, Wilson flashed some athleticism, which should help him be successful at the next level provided he can stay healthy.

8. Tyler Conklin, Central Michigan

A steady contributor for the Chippewas, Tyler Conklin was a constant receiving threat that was featured frequently in Central Michigan’s offense. If the reliable pass catcher can improve his blocking skills, he could rise up draft boards to become a potential steal in one of the middle rounds of the draft.

7. Adam Breneman, Massachusetts

With 64 catches for 764 yards, Adam Breneman is a workhorse receiver that has the ideal frame and hands to be a trusted and highly physical receiver. While Breneman needs to show more as a blocker, he has everything else going for him in terms of reliability and production.

6. Dalton Schultz, Stanford

Drawing comparisons to Jason Witten, Dalton Schultz is essentially a do it all tight end. A good route runner with excellent hands, Schultz could very well become a favorite target for a quarterback that loves to utilize a sure-handed tight end as an intermediate receiving weapon. A great blocker as well, Schultz could become the steal of his draft class if he can show off his abilities at both the combine and during his pro day.

5. Troy Fumagalli, Wisconsin

One of the faster tight ends in the draft this year, Troy Fumagalli is a great route runner that is highly athletic and quick. Although Fumagalli is solid as a blocker, his hands and separation skills give him elevated appeal as a three-down starter at the next level.

4. Dallas Goedert, South Dakota State

A highly dangerous receiving threat that is vastly underrated because of where he played during his college career, Dallas Goedert may be the most impressive receiving tight end in the draft. With 72 receptions for 1,111 yards and seven touchdowns, Goedert’s exceptional production is ideal for a league that is in love with anyone that can make impressive catches consistently. With his heightened athleticism, Goedert could explode onto the NFL scene to become the next well-known and beloved tight end for whatever teams he suits up for.

3. Hayden Hurst, South Carolina

A physical blocker, Hayden Hurst is a multi-dimensional athlete that may slip in the draft because of his lack of production and age (will be 25 years of age as a rookie). However, given his prototypical size and versatility as a multi-sports player (played baseball for the Pittsburgh Pirates briefly), Hurst should be able to jump into any system and use his natural abilities to excel sooner rather than later.

2. Mike Gesicki, Penn State

A constant threat in the end zone (nine touchdown receptions), Mike Gesicki was a favorite target for quarterback Trace McSorley throughout his career at Penn State. A great blocker as well, Gesicki has the potential to be the next Greg Olsen as one of the more reliable pass-catching tight ends in the NFL.

1. Mark Andrews, Oklahoma

A favorite target of quarterback Baker Mayfield when he played at Oklahoma, Andrews has the size, athleticism, and quickness to be a dangerous receiving threat down the seam. One of the few tight ends in this year’s class that can make impressive plays deep downfield, Andrews will be a constant miss match receiver that will continually frustrate defenses at the next level given his vast arsenal of abilities as a reliable receiver.

The suspension on all of Ball State University’s fraternity parties, mixers, and social events has ended, according to university officials.

Previously, all of the school’s 13 fraternities were barred from hosting any social events after a “pattern of different types of events not consistent with Ball State’s standards,” such as reported sexual assaults and alcohol issues. The decision to suspend was made by the university in October 2017.

According to The Indy Channel, during the three months, the fraternities were suspended, active members of the organizations attended training sessions about their behavior.

While none of the Ball State fraternities closed, at least seven fraternities in the state of Indiana have closed since 2005.

Ball State University is a public coeducational research university in Muncie, Indiana, United States, with two satellite facilities in Fishers and Indianapolis. On July 25, 1917, the Ball brothers, industrialists and founders of the Ball Corporation, acquired the foreclosed Indiana Normal Institute for $35,100 and gifted the school and surrounding land to the State of Indiana.

Although the disparagingly anointed “big uglies” may not be the most exciting to watch on the football field, their duties and abilities are some of the most coveted in the NFL today. As the quarterback is clearly considered the most important playmaker on the field, these glorified signal callers need some beefy and stout protectors to ensure their consistent success. While offensive linemen will never get any of the glory for playing such a physically demanding position, their importance and resilience on every down cannot be denied. Although this years draft class may be devoid of some truly exceptional offensive linemen prospects, there are still several sleepers that could blossom into starters sometime in the future. Whether it’s pass blocking or forcing open holes for their running backs to burst through, offensive linemen are multi-faceted athletes that are asked to perform a multitude of duties to help their other teammates perform at the highest level possible.

10. Greg Senat, Wagner

At 6’7″ and 300 lbs, Greg Senat has the prototypical frame of a formidable offensive tackle. Extremely strong with great movement skills, Senat has the potential to be a great blindside blocker for any respective quarterback he plays for. Currently projected as being taken between rounds four and six, Senat could easily be a steal if his physical attributes and athleticism pan out in the NFL.

9. Tyrell Crosby, Oregon

Despite not playing in 2016, Tyrell needed little time to shake off the rust to become a fantastic run blocker for running back Royce Freeman. Considering Crosby did not allow a sack or a hit during the Oregon Ducks first five games of the season, the intriguing lineman has the obvious versatility to be formidable and efficient at the next level.

8. Martinas Rankin, Mississippi State

Although Martinas Rankin may lack the power to sustain explosive hits from massive defensive linemen, he does possess the intangibles and intelligence to possibly overcome this glaring weakness in the NFL. Between now and the start of the draft, Rankin could either drastically help or severely hurt his draft stock depending on how he performs during his offseason workouts for the pro scouts.

7. Brian O’Neil, Pittsburgh

Going from a wide receiver in high school to an offensive lineman at Pittsburgh, Brain O’Neil is clearly an exceptional athlete that had to literally transform himself to become an intriguing offensive line prospect. Although he needs to get a bit stronger to be considered a first-year starter at the next level, the work ethic and athletic versatility may be enough for some NFL teams to take him during the second day of the draft.

6. Brandon Parker, North Carolina A&T

Although Brandon Parker is currently considered a developmental prospect, he has a tremendously high ceiling given his size and length to protect the edge. While he may be extremely raw in many ways, the physical tools and instincts are clearly there for Parker to become a notable starter in the NFL.

5. Desmond Harrison, West Georgia

While Desmond Harrison may be seriously lacking in intangibles (failed multiple drug tests at Texas before being dismissed from the team), he has all of the physical tools and the dynamic skill set of a first or second-round draft pick. His size combined with his quickness and athleticism could allow him to be a potential steal in the draft assuming he can reassure his future team that he has overcome his off the field issues.

4. Kolton Miller, UCLA

Despite getting off to a shaky start in 2017, Kolton Miller eventually became one of the most reliable left tackles in college football. Although Miller comes with some serious injury concerns, his proven versatility at both right and left tackle makes him an intriguing prospect going into the draft.

3. Isaiah Wynn, Georgia

A highly aggressive run blocker that is also dependable in pass protection, Isaiah Wynn has the temperament and physicality to line up anywhere on any NFL teams offensive line. Although he may lack the size and length of a coveted tackle, he has the exceptional athleticism to play center. Regardless of where he plays on the offensive line, Wynn is a formidable and determined talent that will give everything he has on every down at the next level.

2. Orlando Brown, Oklahoma

Although Orlando Brown is a tremendous blocker, his tenacity when it comes to tossing down defenders is highly impressive for a position that typically lacks that type of fierceness. While he may have some issues at pass protecting against speed rushers, Brown is highly competitive and can regularly play up to the competition he faces. If Brown can cement himself as a dominant run blocker, he could be a do it all lineman in the pros.

1. Mike McGlinchey, Notre Dame

With great athleticism and impressive strength to sustain blocks, Mike McGlinchey possess the ideal combination of power and speed to block any defensive linemen that attack him.  As a run blocker, McGlinchey has the heavy hands to forcefully push defenders out of the way to create holes for his running back. Coupled with the fact that McGlinchey looks like a natural as a pass blocker at the left tackle position and it becomes easy to see why this young man is arguably the best offensive line prospect going into the draft this year.

Nicole Cevario, a 19-year-old Maryland teenager who was planning a mass shooting, has been sentenced to 20 years in prison. Cevario was for plotting a mass shooting at Catoctin High School in Frederick County, Maryland.

Cevario was sentenced to two decades after she pled guilty to possessing explosive material with the intent to create a destructive device. According to the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, Cevario’s own father turned her in after finding a detailed journal at home full of attack plans in March 2017.

Inside the journal, Cevario found talk of a shotgun with ammo, bomb material and the school’s emergency plan. Cevario indicated that the date for the potential attack would be April 5, 2017.

According to ABC, when police searched her home, they say they found the journal, a shotgun, ammunition, pipes and caps, shrapnel, fireworks, magnesium tape and fuse material.

The gun and other items were purchased legally, police said. Cevario reportedly planned to saw off the shotgun.Cevario’s diary referenced the horrific school shootings in Columbine, Colorado, and Newtown, Connecticut, Jenkins said. She focused on mistakes those shooters made, the sheriff said.

Also, she said she believed she would be the first female mass shooter.

The diary showed the high schooler, who had been taking college classes in criminal justice and working at a carryout restaurant, had been planning the attack for some time, police said. She expressed frustrations about her personal life and compiled information on the school’s emergency procedures and the school resource deputy on duty.

While explosive, high scoring offenses are currently all the rage in the NFL, there is still an imperative need for incredibly strong and physical athletes that can consistently knock down the quarterback. Although the days of violent hits and brutal sacks are no longer a condoned part of professional football, these controversial limitations have noticeably increased the need for pass rushers that are just as strategically cerebral as they are fearlessly physical. As a result, intangibles and relentless stamina are essential for a defensive end to be considered a coveted prospect that can come in and contribute to an NFL team right away. With an intriguing draft class of potent pass rushers, NFL teams will have to be innovative and somewhat gutsy when it comes to selecting a prospect that is both versatile and intelligent enough to blossom into a starting edge rusher on a consistent basis.

10. Marcell Frazier, Missouri

Although many believe that Marcell Frazier’s development was hurt because of the loss defensive line coach Craig Kuligowski to Miami, he has the tenacity and motor to be a reliable pass rusher in the NFL. While needs to work on being dominant on a more consistent basis, he has the physical tools needed to be an intriguing acquisition sometime during the second day of the draft.

9. Duke Ejiofor, Wake Forest

A constant threat to blow up plays behind the line of scrimmage (16.5 tackles for a loss), Duke Ejiofor is both sizeable and quick enough to be a constant nuisance as an edge rusher. Although he needs to improve his motor and consistency, Ejiofor clearly has the necessary abilities to be a potent pass rusher in the NFL.

8. Rasheem Green, USC

Fantastic at batting down passes (four passes broken up) and relentless when finding ways to get to the quarterback (10 sacks), Rasheem Green has great instincts and impressive play recognition abilities. Although he is not particularly quick, Green is clearly intelligent enough to find the holes in any opposing offensive lines he will have to face at the next level.

7. Sam Hubbard, Ohio State

Highly versatile yet lacking in consistency, Sam Hubbard has the skill set of a first rounder but lacks the tenacity needed to live up to his natural talents. However, with the proper tutelage of a patient team, Hubbard could go from being a potential bust to one of the best pass rushers in the NFL.

6. Austin Bryant, Clemson

A dynamic speed rusher for one of the best defenses in the country in 2017, Austin Bryant has a great motor and tremendous speed. If he can prove to NFL scouts that his final season was not a fluke, he could quickly rise up draft boards to become a coveted first-round selection before the start of the draft.

5. Arden Key, LSU

An elite athlete that never quits when it comes to rushing the passer, Arden Key is a physical specimen that has the elite abilities of a future NFL starter. However, Key does come with some off the field concerns, something that may result in him slipping down some teams draft boards. However, Key clearly loves the game of football and has been dedicated to perfecting his craft on his own time. Against formidable SEC offensive lines, Key was a deadly speed rusher that regularly put pressure on opposing quarterbacks.

4. Harold Landry, Boston College

Although he does come with some injury concerns, Harold Landry is an excellent pass rusher that possesses elite speed and fierceness when healthy. While he needs to work on his run stopping abilities to be considered a first-round talent, he has the athleticism and tenacity to become a phenomenal pass rusher in the NFL.

3. Clelin Ferrell, Clemson

A very intriguing prospect that can consistently pursue and take down scrambling quarterbacks, Clelin Ferrell possess off the charts speed and athleticism. In terms of production, Ferrell was able to amass elite numbers when making plays behind the line of the scrimmage (18 tackles for a loss) and was relentless when bringing down opposing quarterbacks (9.5 sacks).

2. Marcus Davenport, UTSA

Simply put, Marcus Davenport is a monster that may be the most physically imposing defensive end prospect going into the draft. With 17.5 sacks for a loss and four passes batted down, Davenport possesses a rare combination of physicality and intelligence when reading the eyes of the quarterback. While some may knock him for playing at a non-power five conference school, Davenport has all of the ability and instincts to be a consummate edge rusher in the NFL.

1. Bradley Chubb, NC State

73 tackles with 25 of those hits being behind the line of the scrimmage….let that sink in for a moment. While this type of production is worthy of first-round consideration alone, it was watching Bradley Chubb dominate practically every offensive line that he faced in college that could allow him to be a transcendent talent in the pros. With an exceptional combination of strength and speed, Chubb should not only be able to start right away but could very well earn both Defensive Rookie of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year honors by the end of the season.

The University Interscholastic League has released its latest district realignment that will be put into effect for the next two school years.

Announced at the Region One Education Services Center in Edinburg, this ends months of speculation and straw polls for many coaches out there, ever since the UIL released each school’s enrollment numbers in early December. Coaches will also begin to finalize their 2018 and 2019 football schedules thanks to the new announcement.

Before the full realignment had been released, conference cutoff numbers were sent out, providing the range of enrollment for each of the six conferences.

The new alignments are developed according to enrollment figures submitted to the UIL by member schools in October. This will affect both football and basketball districts for the 2018-2020 season.

In a statement with The Monitor, PSJA Memorial coach Michael Uribe described how new technology helped develop the realignment:

“In the past, they used the map and the pins and the cords and kind of trial and error as they worked across the state of Texas to equalize the number of teams in each region.”

“All the information by classification is being put into a computer program that is measuring the time of travel, mileage and things like that. They are going to figure out all the different variables with regions and different districts. The UIL has never separated ISDs from other districts. For us, they always keep the PSJA schools together, so those are all things that have to get put into the program.”

Prior to the official announcement, PSJA North coach Marcus Kaufmann discussed how anything could happen:

“It’s a crap shoot for everybody. No one really has any idea what is going to happen until it does. Some of the coaches are hearing there will be a six-team district, an eight- and a seven-team, others are hearing there will three seven teams. We don’t know. We are all going to keep on talking about it, but it won’t matter.”

Authorities are responding to a report of “shots fired” at Belmont High School in the Westlake area. Police say one person in custody and there are two victims in shooting at Belmont High School. Both victims are 15-years-old.

The school is currently on lockdown and there is no immediate word on the extent of injuries.

According to KTLA, the Los Angeles Police Department received a call of shots fired around 8:55 a.m. local time.

Sgt. Edward Bernal of the Los Angeles School Police Department said two students may have been shot in a classroom, and that the victims are being treated by paramedics. He did not have the conditions of either victim.

A person believed to be a suspect is in custody, according to Madison. LAPD Detective Meghan Aguilar said the individual was found to have a weapon.

Two officers were seen escorting an apparently handcuffed female, but it was unclear if she was considered a suspect in the incident.

Belmont Senior High School is a public high school located at 1575 West 2nd Street in the Westlake community of Los Angeles, California. The school, which serves grades 9 through 12, is part of the Los Angeles Unified School District. Belmont opened its doors on September 11, 1923, to about 500 students.

Port St. Lucie High School teacher Tiffany Geliga was arrested and charged with sexual misconduct fdue to an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old student.

In late January 2018, Geliga pleaded no contest. According to the agreement, she will lose her teaching license. Her sentencing date is scheduled for March.

Geliga was first charged with two counts of sex assault by persons 24 years or older on a victim 16 or 17-year-old in May 2017.

According to Port St. Lucie police spokesman Frank Sabol, the 17-year-old told school administrators that he had sexual relations with Geliga on two separate occasions say police.

According to the student, the pair had sex off-campus in Geliga’s car in late April 2017 or early May 2017. Detectives confirmed the sexual encounters by listening in on a phone call between the victim and Geliga.

The investigation kicked off when a mother of another student noticed calls from Geliga say police. The parent went on to check her son’s cellphone and noticed texts between him and Geliga. The son then told school administrators that he believed another student was having a sexual relationship with the teacher.

Police say Geliga is a chemistry teacher and is listed as being part of the science faculty on the school’s website.

After the unidentified teen made the allegations,  police conducted a controlled call between the teacher and teenager to confirm that the pair had sexual relations.

Port St. Lucie public schools released a statement on the matter:

“St. Lucie Public Schools is aware that an employee has been arrested amid allegations of inappropriate conduct with a student. This individual is non-reappointed for the coming school year and has been placed on temporary duty assignment away from students while the investigation continues.

Allegations of this sort are a serious breach of ethics. Such behavior is inexcusable and is of great concern to the School District as it is contrary to the mission of providing a safe and caring teaching and learning environment,” the statement read.

This is the latest in a string of teacher sex scandals over the last couple of years. In November, Tennessee teacher Janet Smothers was arrested. Former nutrition teacher LaToya Parker was also arrested for a relationship with a student. Florida teacher Caroline Lawson was charged with sexual assault. 26-year-old Allyson Moran was also arrested for similar crimes. The 23-year-old high school teacher Katherine Ross Ridenhour was also arrested for an inappropriate relationship.

Furthermore, Hunter Day, 22, was also arrested after a sting operation. Megan Kotarski was also arrested on similar charges. Michelle Schiffer, a 23-year-old history teacher in Texas, was also charged and arrested for allegedly having sex with a teenage student. 29-year-old Alyssia Marie Reddy was arrested in Maryland for her crimes in New Jersey. Samantha Fitzgerland, a 28-year-old, was most recently arrested and charged. Jordan Ondish was arrested for her inappropriate relationship with a 19-year-old, while 28-year-old Samantha Fitzpatrick was arrested on similar charges.

Nicole Marie Andrews was arrested as well. 32-year-old Jessica Langford was arrested and charged with sexual assault-related crimes as well. A teacher from Oregon, Andrea Baber, was accused of having a sexual relationship with a student.  Robin Dunlap, a teacher in Florida, was arrested for sending illicit photos to a 15-year-old boy in Texas. Teacher and tennis coach Jennifer Olajire-Aro was also charged. 42-year-old Heather Butts of California was arrested on a second-degree felony charge. Nancy Leigh Ann Brann, a former Christian school teacher, was arrested for having sex with a student. Coine Audiat pleaded no contest to having sex with a minor in 2016. 23-year-old Darci Lake was arrested for an inappropriate relationship.

Valeria Costadoni was also arrested due to a relationship with her student. 40-year-old Kisha Nuckols was arrested for having sex with a student, too. Hilary Dattilo, a 30-year-old Ohio high school teacher, has been accused of having a sexual relationship with a female student. 30-year-old Missouri teacher Elizabeth Morgan was also arrested on similar charges. Trisha Anderson Rogers, a 47-year-old former student teacher at a North Carolina middle school was sentenced to eight months in prison after pleading guilty to soliciting a young student for sex. 39-year-old Texas teacher Marisela Winn was also charged for her relationship with a student. Gabrielle Bauman who admitted to having a relationship with a student was only sentenced to probation. 29-year-old Dori Meyers has denied accusations against her about a relationship with an underage student.

Geliga’s Facebook page, which has since been deleted, says she is from Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. Furthermore, before living in Port St. Lucie, her Facebook said she previously lived in West Melbourne, Florida, and in San Antonio, Texas.

Rockstar Games

Since the official reveal on October 2016, Rockstar has been slowly making progress on what is sure to be not only one of the company’s best game to date but also a strong contender for Game of the Year in 2018 with the heavily anticipated Red Dead Redemption 2. After numerous delays and barely any information about the title available, Rockstar has finally lifted the veil and revealed when Gamers can expect to enter the Wild West again.

Set as a prequel to the groundbreaking 2010 title, Red Dead Redemption, the sequel will follow outlaw Arthur Morgan and his affiliation with Dutch Van der Linde’s gang years before the original game’s events. What’s interesting to note is that fans of the original should already know that Red Dead Redemption protagonist, John Marston (and his wife Abigail), were members of the gang in events before the game’s story so we may end up witnessing the beginning of John’s tale in this new title. Due to the secretive nature of Rockstar, not much is known about the story or gameplay mechanics… but come on, it’s Rockstar.

While the game was previously slated to come out in Fall 2017 then delayed to Spring 2018, Rockstar has finally revealed when the heavily anticipated game will finally release on store shelves.

After much speculation as to if Red Dead Redemption 2 would make it’s Spring 2018 release window, Rockstar announced on February 1st on their official blog that the open-world Western will be released on October 26th, 2018. The short statement from the company read:

We are excited to announce that Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released on October 26th, 2018. We apologize to everyone disappointed by this delay. While we had hoped to have the game out sooner, we require a little extra time for polish.

We sincerely thank you for your patience and hope that when you get to play the game, you will agree the wait will have been worth it. In the meantime, please check out these screenshots from the game. We look forward to sharing a lot more information with you in the coming weeks.

Along with the message, Rockstar released six never before seen screenshots of the game which look breathtaking! It is not known if the screenshots were taken on the PS4 Pro or Xbox One X, but so far it seems like all the work Rockstar is putting into this game is about to pay off!

According to the game’s official website, “Red Dead Redemption 2 is an epic tale of life in America’s unforgiving heartland. The game’s vast and atmospheric world will also provide the foundation for a brand new online multiplayer experience.” While it seems like we have to wait just a bit more for another trailer from the somewhat reclusive developer, it’s interesting to note that Red Dead Redemption 2 will have an online component. Whether or not it becomes a powerhouse like the ever successful GTA Online or it is a supplementary feature to the main story is yet to be seen.

It is also interesting to note that Rockstar’s statement reads they will be releasing more information “in the coming weeks.” While Rockstar usually stays away from big convention events like E3 or Gamescom, we could expect anything at anytime from the company as they seem to do things on their schedule and when you make games as good as Rockstar’s… take all the time you guys need!

Sistine Stallone (not to be confused with 21-year-old Sophia — also an up-and-coming smoke) is the 19-year-old model daughter Sylvester Stallone.

Despite the fact that ole’ Sly Stallone is now 71-years-old, he still remains the prototype of “girlfriend’s terrifying dad”. But that didn’t stop LOVE Magazine from including Sistine in their annual Advent Calendar, as she made her appearance in what seems like the 100th day of the calendar.

This might be the most excited I’ve been to see a documentary in forever, being able to get a behind the scenes look at two of the greatest coaches of all time is quite the treat. This 30 for 30 will give an in-depth look at two coaching legends, Bill Parcells and Bill Belichick. Before Belichick was a five-time Super Bowl-winning coach for the New England Patriots, he was a long time assistant to Bill Parcels on the Giants, Patriots, and the Jets.

This is an extra special treat for Giants, Jets, and Patriot fans of all ages but especially the older fans as they will get to relive some of the greatest moments in franchise history but this time through the coaches eyes. During their time together with the Giants Bill and Bill were a force to be reckoned with. Parcells was the Head Coach, and Belichick was the Defensive Coordinator, together they put together game plans that allowed the Giants to become one of the most feared defenses in the league. It didn’t hurt that they nada a guy by the name of Lawernce Taylor playing outside linebacker for them, they referred to him as LT and LT never really liked being told what to do by coaches. But when it came to these two the defensive superstar couldn’t help but list and take in all the valuable information these two genius’s were giving him. In fact, LT was and still is very adamant about how Belichick should have become the Giants Head Coach after Parcells left.

Taylor isn’t the only former player to get interviewed about these two, Giants legend Harry Carson will also be part of the interviews. But that’s not all, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and former Notre Dame and Kansas coach Charlie Weis, who worked for both Parcells and Belichick will be making appearances throughout the documentary. I’m very excited to see what big Charlie Weis has to say about the behind the scenes workings of Bill and Bill. I’m beyond excited to watch this 30 for 30, and by everything else I have read, this will be the best one yet!

A.P. Bio, NBC’s newest addition to the midseason comedy line up premieres Thursday, February 1st, 2018 at 9:30 PM EST following Will & Grace. The show stars It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia‘s Glenn Howerton as a reluctant high school Bio teacher names Jack Griffin, who would rather be teaching philosophy. The show also stars comedian Patton Oswalt as the principle of the school in his first network regular gig since The King Of Queens. Created by Seth Meyers, Lorne Michaels, and Mike O’Brien, the series will be produced by Michaels’ Broadway Video Enterprise and directed by Saturday Night Live‘s Oz Rodriguez.

With such an impressive team behind it, A.P. Bio has already set audience’s expectations high. A favorite on It’s Always Sunny, Glenn Howerton seems to be following co-star Katlin Olsen’s lead with pursuing new projects. The actress also recently made the jump from It’s Always Sunny to Fox’s comedy The Mick. The premise for A.P. Bio draws immediate comparisons to Dan Harmon’s cult favorite Community, which ended it’s run on NBC not too long ago. Howerton’s ex-philosopher turned high school Bio teacher appears to take cues from Joel McHale’s ex-lawyer turned community college student, Jeff Winger. But with a writer as delightful and imaginative as Saturday Night Live‘s Mike O’Brien involved, it’s more likely that A.P. Bio will be unlike something we’ve seen before.

Punxsutawney Phil gets a bad rap and to be frank, I’m up to here with it. Every Groundhog Day it’s the same spiel. People say the holiday is pointless. They say Phil’s no good either. He’s washed up. He can’t keep up with the pros over at Weather.com anymore. Enough is enough. This is America’s hardest working marmot, and people talk about him like he’s as useless as the dirt he sleeps on.

Sure, it may seem like his annual work schedule is just one morning in February, but what do you think he’s doing the other 364.5 days? This little guy is working his tail off. Crunching numbers, calculating wind chills and polar vortexes. He’ll write on paper, crumble it up, throw it out, and then write on some more. You know, the whole bit. Weather.com probably doesn’t even know what paper is. And oh, by the way, P. Phil’s been at it since 1887. That’s over two centuries of predicting 1/4 of our four seasons. Take that Weather.com.

Is his success rate less than 40%? Yeah. Could we flip a coin each year and get a better result? The law of averages would say, “Yeah, that’s the way the law of averages works.” But all of that nonsense is as irrelevant as saying the Fourth of July’s Uncle Sam looks a lot like Uncle Scrooge, who is British i.e. not American.

The point is to forget about his success rate. Forget about the percentages. Can we all just take a moment to admire Phil’s work ethic and recognize him as the last living holiday mascot? Uncle Sam, Saint Nick, the original Thanksgiving Turkey – they all tapped out years ago. Phil’s been on his grind since the late 19th century and that’s gotta count for something. This will be his 131st year on the job and not once has he complained. Not one peep out of ol’ Phil. Why? Because birds peep. Woodchucks don’t. Woodchucks chuck wood. And would any other woodchuck chuck if they knew the whole nation was counting on them? Probably not. Punxsutawney Phil chucks though. He tunes out the naysayers and he chucks and he predicts. And he will continue to serve countless generations of Americans.

Justin Timberlake’s latest album Man Of The Woods arrives in stores and online February 2nd via RCA. This is the fifth studio album for the 36-year-old pop vocalist and features spots by Alicia Keys and Chris Stapleton. The release comes two days before Timberlake is set to headline this year’s SuperBowl Half Time Show. The album, which is being described as Americana meets the singer’s classic R&B style, features production from the likes of Timbaland, The Neptunes, Danja, J-Roc, Eric Hudson and Rob Knox. The former NSYNC member is set to embark on a national tour in support of the album in March 2018.

Two music videos have already been released to promote the album. The lead single of the album is “Filthy,” which Timberlake released a video for directed by Mark Romanek. Timberlake followed up with the video for “Say Something” featuring Chris Stapleton on January 25th, 2018.
