Taylor Brooks Boyles, a 27-year-old Alabama middle school teacher, has been charged with sexual misconduct involving a male high school student.

According to Lawrence County Sheriff Gene Mitchell, investigators were tipped off that Boyles, 27, had been engaging in inappropriate sexual contact with an 18-year-old student at Lawrence County High School.

Boyles, a recently divorced math and social studies teacher at Moulton Middle School, has been charged with engaging in a sex act with a student younger than 19, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

Via Moulton Adviser:

Mitchell said the arrest came on Monday afternoon after investigators, along with the assistance of the Moulton Police Department and the Lawrence County Board of Education received information that Boyles had been engaging in inappropriate sexual contact with a Lawrence County High School student.
After learning of the possible illegal contact, board of education staff members contacted law enforcement and the investigation began.

According to Lawrence County Superintendent Jon Bret Smith, Boyles has been put on administrative leave pending the completion of the investigation. Smith also said that none of the alleged acts occurred on a school campus and that no students were ever in danger.

Smith released a full statement on the incident:

“On Thursday, I was notified of a personnel issue involving a school employee. Within two hours, I had investigated the issue and placed an employee on administrative leave. At no time was any student put in danger. The alleged events did not occur on a Lawrence County school campus. The safety of the Lawrence County students is our utmost priority.”

Boyles, a 2012 graduate of the University of North Alabama who was hired as a full-time teacher in the Lawrence County School System in 2015, turned herself in at the Lawrence County Jail shortly after noon Monday. She was released after posting a $10,000 bail.

This is the latest in a string of teacher/student sex scandals this year. In November, Tennessee teacher Janet Smothers was arrested. Former nutrition teacher LaToya Parker was also arrested for a relationship with a student. Florida teacher Caroline Lawson was charged with sexual assault. 26-year-old Allyson Moran was also arrested for similar crimes. The 23-year-old high school teacher Katherine Ross Ridenhour was also arrested for an inappropriate relationship.

Furthermore, Hunter Day, 22, was also arrested after a sting operation. Megan Kotarski was also arrested on similar charges. Michelle Schiffer, a 23-year-old history teacher in Texas, was also charged and arrested for allegedly having sex with a teenage student. 29-year-old Alyssia Marie Reddy was arrested in Maryland for her crimes in New Jersey.

As the well-known elite and lesser-known programs continue to compete against each other, fans and pundits will begin to see some separation between the pretenders and contenders in college basketball. For every Duke or Michigan State, there is almost always a Wichita State or Xavier that, while they lack the glowing reputations of their power five counterparts, have talented athletes of their own that can compete just as fiercely. Although conference play will be enticingly intriguing, non-conference affairs are essential for competitive programs that play in weak conferences later in the season. Although the temptation exists to conserve both emotional and physical energy for the long road ahead, programs with NCAA Tournament aspirations will bring the same competitive fire and grit to non-conference affairs as do when conference contests inevitably commence.

Florida State Seminoles vs. Florida Gators (5)

While it would be easy to dismiss the Seminoles as a middle of the pack ACC program, their blemishless record combined with their efficiency on the offensive end of the court could allow them to rise through the ranks quickly. Led by Terrance Mann (15.3 PPG, 5.2 RPG), the Seminoles have a roster that is rife with unselfish playmakers, something that will be vital if they hope to take down the Gators. Leading the nation in points per game (99.5), the Gators have a fantastic sharpshooter in Jalen Hudson (21.7 PPG, 55 FG%) and an instinctual passer in Chris Chiozza (6.8 APG). While the Seminoles are disciplined and effective offensively, attempting to match the firepower of the Gators will be too tall a task for Florida State to overcome.

Final Score: Seminoles 83 Gators 98 Spread: Florida -9.0

Virginia Cavaliers (15) vs. West Virginia Mountaineers (18)

Thus far, the Cavaliers have been one of the best defenses in the country (50.6 PAPG) while also having what can be considered an anemic offense (70.5 PPG). Nevertheless, the Cavaliers are 7-0 and will attempt to suppress the prolific offense of the West Virginia Mountaineers (89.6 PPG). While the Mountaineers are well known for their frustrating full court press defense (66.6 PAPG), they also possess two electric scorers in Jevon Carter (19 PPG, 44.6 FG%) and Daxter Miles Jr. (14.9 PPG, 47.7 FG%). Although the Mountaineers appear to be the more dynamic team on paper, West Virginia has proven to be susceptible to persistent defenses, an Achilles Heel that will be exploited by the oppressive Cavaliers.

Final Score: Cavaliers 69 Mountaineers 62 Spread:

Michigan State Spartans (3) vs. Rutgers Scarlet Knights

While the Michigan State Spartans were expected to be one of the best defenses coming into this season (62.3 PAPG), it is the growing potency of their offense that could allow this team to be tremendously dominant on a consistent basis (81.5 PPG). Shooting 50.2% from the field as a team, the Spartans have players such as Miles Bridges (14.6 PPG, 6.6 RPG, 44.8 FG%) and Joshua Langford (13.4 PPG, 49.4 FG%) that consistently take high percentage shots while playing cerebral defense on the other end of the court. To their credit, Rutgers has quietly been one of the best defensive teams in the country (56.3 PAPG) thanks to Geo Baker (1 SPG) and Deshawn Freeman (9.3 RPG, 1.8 SPG, 1.1 BPG). However, Rutgers’ lack of production on offense (72.9 PPG) will be to their detriment against a much more talented Spartans program.

Final Score: Spartans 85 Scarlets Knights 73 Spread:

Villanova Wildcats (4) vs. Gonzaga Bulldogs (12)

Aside from a win over Tennesse, the Wildcats do not have a marquee win on their resume. Still, the dynamic abilities of the Wildcats on offense (86.4 PPG) and defense (61.6 PAPG) cannot be overlooked as both Mikal Bridges (17.9 PPG, 2.5 SPG, 6.3 RPG) and Jalen Brunson (17.9 PPG, 4.5 APG, 64.6 FG%) are exceptionally versatile enough to keep the Wildcats ultra competitive. However, unlike the Wildcats, the Bulldogs have been battle tested throughout the season as they have defeated opponents such as Texas and Creighton en route to a 7-1 record. Under the leadership of Johnathan Williams (15.9 PPG, 6.9 RPG, 1 BPG) and Josh Perkins (14.3 PPG, 4.5 APG, 1.1 SPG), the Bulldogs have the two catalysts needed to be well-balanced and competitive. While the Wildcats have some great athletes that will lead their team to another strong finish, the Bulldogs have more two-way players that will give them a noticeable edge in this affair.

Final Score: Wildcats 77 Bulldogs 83 Spread:

Nevada Wolf Pack (22) vs. Texas Tech Red Raiders

Undefeated and disciplined on offense (85 PPG, 18.5 APG), the Wolf Pack have quickly emerged as an intriguing competitor from the Mountain West Conference. With Caleb Martin on offense (19 PPG, 55.3 FG%) and Cody Martin on defense (6.4 RPG, 2.1 SPG, 2 BPG), the Wolf Pack have two fantastic impact players that can lead by example. Conversely, the Red Raiders have a persistent defense (60.1 PAPG) led by Keenan Evans (2 SPG) and Zach Smith (1.1 SPG, 1.6 BPG). While Texas Tech’s depth when it comes to defensive playmakers is impressive, the Wolfpack have more explosive offensive weapons that will overwhelm the Red Raiders disciplined defense.

Final Score: Wolf Pack 79 Red Raiders 74 Spread:

Minnesota Golden Gophers (14) vs. Nebraska Cornhuskers

When it comes to possessing notable playmakers on offense, the Golden Gophers have some of the most intimidating scorers in college basketball. While Jordan Murphy is far and away the most talented player on the Golden Gophers roster (21 PPG, 12.9 RPG), Reggie Lynch also has the size and ability to be a consistent contributor as a scorer and rebounder (11.9 PPG, 8.6 RPG). While the Cornhuskers do not possess any athletes of the same caliber, James Palmer Jr. (14.3 PPG) and Isaac Copeland (12 PPG, 6.3 PPG) have been vital in keeping the Nebraska relevant this season. Although Nebraska has been competitive and scrappy thus far, they have not faced an opponent with as much talent or size as the Golden Gophers.

Final Score: Golden Gophers 88 Cornhuskers 71 Spread:

Nevada Wolf Pack (22) vs. TCU Horned Frogs (20)

Having to face another competitive Big 12 opponent in the same week, the Wolf Pack will find out what they are made of against a Horned Frogs program that is elite when it comes to passing the ball (20.1 APG). With Jaylen Fisher being featured as the Horned Frogs cerebral passer (5.8 APG), TCU also has a consummate rebounder in Kenrich Williams (10.1 RPG), which provides their overall offense (87 PPG) with the essential opportunities they need to score quickly. While the dynamic playmakers of the Wolf Pack are intriguing, the abilities of the Horned Frogs to both move and rebound the ball consistently will give them a slight edge in this contest.

Final Score: Wolf Pack 80 Horned Frogs 83 Spread:

Colorado Buffaloes vs. Xavier Musketeers (13)

Given how well the Buffaloes have performed on defense this season (67.7 PAPG), you have to wonder how great this team could be if they establish some type of continuity on the offensive end of the court (76.3 PPG). Aside from McKinley Wright IV (16.1 PPG, 4.9 RPG, 4.1 APG), the Buffaloes are devoid of offensive playmakers and are mainly reliant on George King (8.6 RPG) to garner them the crucial rebounds needed to prevent opposing offenses from receiving second-chance opportunities. While the Musketeers have already made themselves known as a prolific shooting program, their defense has improved markedly since earlier in the season (69.9 PAPG). Even if the Buffaloes perform more effectively on defense than the Musketeers, Xavier has several sharpshooters to carry them to victory, the most notable of which is Trevon Bluiett (20.8 PPG).

Final Score: Buffaloes 79 Musketeers 90 Spread:

Florida Gators (5) vs. Cincinnati Bearcats (17)

Looking to continue their high-scoring ways, the Gators will be severely tested against the formidable defense of the Bearcats (61.3 PAPG). Despite not having a high scoring player on their roster, the Bearcats have a talented rebounder in Gary Clark (8 RPG) and a high-percentage inside shooter in Jacob Evans (52.1 FG%). While the Bearcats will be able to keep the Gators from scoring 100+ points due to their tenacity as a rebounding program (43 RPG), they simply do not have the capable offensive playmakers needed to outlast the relentless shooting barrage of the Gators.

Final Score: Gators 87 Bearcats 80 Spread:

Arizona State Sun Devils (16) vs. Kansas Jayhawks (2)

With the offenses of both Arizona State (92.7 PPG) and Kansas (91.9 PPG) playing at an unbelievable level, this should be one of if not the most exciting shootout contest of the week. For the Sun Devils, their high-octane offense is effectively run by Tra Holder (22.1 PPG, 5.1 APG) while Romello White is fantastic at taking care of business as a physical rebounder (9.3 RPG) and as an inside shooter (15.7 PPG, 69 FG%). Given how competitive the Jayhawks have been over the last decade, it’s no surprise that Bill Self has once again established Kansas as one of the best teams in the nation. Out of the Jayhawks notable starting five, Devonte’ Graham is by far the most aggressive and well-rounded athlete that can do it all as a shooter (18.6 RPG), rebounder (8 RPG) and passer (4.6 APG). Assuming both teams are playing their best basketball coming into this contest, this will be a thrilling shootout that will see the Jayhawks escape with an incredibly close win at home.

Final Score: Sun Devils 88 Jayhawks 90 Spread:

With the Duke Blue Devils receiving all of the first place votes, the release of this week’s AP Poll is about where the other 24 teams were ranked. After winning notable contests against Cincinnati and Baylor, the Xavier Musketeers jumped from 21st to 13th in the AP Poll. While the Musketeers have been fantastic as a shooting team, their defense has looked much more formidable recently against legitimate opposition. Despite an impressive win over Notre Dame last week, the one loss Spartans stayed put as the third-ranked team in the country behind an undefeated albeit relatively untested Kansas Jayhawks program.

Top 25 College Basketball Rankings 2017: Week 5

The program that dropped the farthest in the rankings were the USC Trojans (14th to 25th). After their offense looked inept in losses to Texas A&M and SMU, the once exciting Trojans have lost their mojo as an efficient and confident scoring team. The team to keep a close on as the subsequent rankings are released are the Texas A&M Aggies. Moving up two spots from 9th to 7th, the Aggies have used their physical size to their advantage on both offense and defense against two ranked opponents in West Virginia and USC.

Ranking Team (1st place votes)
1  Duke (65)
2  Kansas
3  Michigan State
4  Villanova
5  Florida
6  Wichita State
7  Texas A&M
8  Kentucky
9  Notre Dame
10  Miami
11  North Carolina
12  Gonzaga
13  Xavier
14  Minnesota

18  West Virginia
19  Seton Hall
20  TCU
21  Purdue
22  Nevada
23  Baylor
23  Tennessee
25  USC

With the Blue Devils remaining number one in the AP Poll, this week is all about the Xavier Musketeers who took their competitiveness to the next level on both offense and defense. With a relatively easy non-conference schedule remaining, the Musketeers should be in a great position in the rankings once conference play starts in a few weeks.

Dropped from rankings: Louisville 17, Texas Tech 22, Alabama 24, Creighton 25
Others receiving votes that did not make the poll:  Texas Tech 82, UCLA 75, Rhode Island 73, Creighton 53, Louisville 50, Texas 32, Alabama 21, SMU 15, Mississippi State 11, Kansas State 10, Arizona 10, Georgia 9, Washington State 9, Oklahoma 7, Providence 6, Florida State 6, Clemson 5, Valparaiso 5, Georgetown 4, Oklahoma State 3, UT Arlington 3, Western Kentucky 2, Towson 1

This week is full of tantalizing match ups! Monday through Sunday is jam packed with top tier talent squaring off. From Florida to Arizona St we have to all you need to know about the top teams in the country and their match ups.

Monday, December 4th

Wisconsin at Penn St

To kick off our week of exciting college basketball we have the Wisconsin Badgers vs the Penn State Nittany Lions. I know these teams are both unranked and there fore people might not see the value in this game. To be honest both these teams have a shot to make it to March Madness that being said you want to know as much as you can about these teams before then. The Badgers are fresh off a 25 point win vs Ohio St. They are lead by Junior forward Ethan Happ who’s averaging just over 16 points a game. Penn St is also coming in off a win, They defeated Iowa in Iowa 77-73, Tony Carr the Sophomore guard leads Penn St in Scoring averaging just north of 20 points per game. This should be a great matchup and 2 teams to keep in mind come March.

FSU at #6 Florida

The Gators will be home and taking on their in state rivals the Florida St Seminoles. Florida has been great this year so far, last week they took on #1 Duke and fell 3 points short of knocking off the Blue Devils. Regardless of result Florida showed that it is one of the top teams in the country. They will be playing 6-0 Florida St who’s going to give everything they have for a chance to win. They have 5 players averaging over double digits, that bodes well for them, they might just have a hot to upset the Gators if they can spread out the scoring and really test this Florida Defense.

Tuesday, December 5th

#4 Villanova vs #15 Gonzaga

The #4 Villanova Wildcats are taking on #15 Gonzaga in the mecca of basketball, Madison Square Garden. The neutral site adds a real playoff type atmosphere to this game, Villanova who won the National Championship 2 years ago is looking for a chance to bolster its resume with a win over ranked Gonzaga. Gonzaga who lost in the Finals last year to North Carolina is all bout redeption this year. There first step on that journey would be a chance to knock off Villanova and send a message to the college basketball world that the Zags are here to stay.

#18 Virginia at #19 West Virginia

In state match ups in college are always fantastic, rivalries run deep in college especially college basketball. West Virginia led by senior guard Jevon Carter who’s averaging 19 points 5 rebounds and 5.5 assists per game. West Virginia is known for their full court press while Virginia is known for their excellent defense and slow tempo’d half court style. This game has all the makings of an instant classic, 2 good coaches, contrasting styles, rivalry and an amazing atmosphere. I am beyond excited to watch this one

#9 Texas A&M vs Arizona

The Texas A&M Aggies have been a pleasant surprise this college basketball season already chalking up wins against 2 ranked teams, West Virigina and USC. They are lead by their outstanding trio of juniors, DJ Hogg, Tyler Davis, and Admon Gilder. The Aggies will have another tough test against those peaky Arizona Wildcats. Arizona is still trying to shake off a touch loss in the NCAA tournament last year, after winning their first 3 games they dropped 3 straight games including a 25 point loss to Purdue. Arizona will straighten everything out and that turn around could start tonight with this game against #9 Texas A&M.

Syracuse vs UConn

When the Orange and Huskies play its always a great game, this game will be played at MSG and that place will be rocking. Jim Boeheim is used to coaching in atmospheres like this and so is Kevin Ollie. These two coaches are two of the best in the sport and their teams are on the up and coming. Syracuse and stand out guard Tyus Battle are coming off a 16 point loss to #2 Kansas, that was a tough one to lose but now they can take all that frustration and focus it on UConn. UConn relies very heavily on their backcourt of juniors, Terry Larrier and Jalen Adams. This plays well in UConns favor as the Orange are famous or their 2-3 zone. Veteran guards usually have success against the zone, so this is going to be an extremely interesting match up.

Wednesday, December 6th

URI at #24 Alabama

Alabama has come on this year as a rather unknown but the addition of freshman guard Collin Sexton has completely changed the direction of this team. Sexton has been on a tear this year averaging 22 points 4 rebounds and 4 assists. He also almost defeated a Minnesota team 5 on 3. Alabama looks to continue on this upward path by picking up a W against an always tough URI team. The Rhode Island Rams have been on elf those teams that you can always count on for an upset in the NCAA tournament. they will have their second test of the season tonight with Alabama. They have already defeated a difficult Seton Hall team back on November 23rd. This game should really provide a benchmark for where these teams are at.

Thursday, December 7th

Iowa at Iowa St

Ahh another instate rivalry game! Iowa St’s football team had their fair sare of upsets this year and I think that will trickle over to the basketball team. Rival Iowa comes into town looking to put their “little brother” back in its place. Iowas St is one of the top environments in all of college basketball and i guarantee it will be ricking tonight. Iowa comes into this one after losing 4 of its last 5, if they are going to turn their season around it starts and ends with sophomore guard Tyler Cook who’s averaging over 15 points and 7 boards a game.

Friday, December 8th

St Johns vs #20 Arizona St

St. Johns will travel clear across the country to take on the Arizona St Sun Devils inside the Staples Center. St Johns is 7-1 on the year with victories against teams such as Missouri, UCF and Nebraska. They are lead by Shamorie Ponds who is averaging just shy of 20 points per contest. St Johns will need everything to go their way if they want to beat senior guard Tra Holder and the Sun Devils.

Oklahoma vs #14 USC

Oklahoma is a traditiallny good basketball school producing stars such as Blake Griffen and Buddy Hield. They are on a bit of a down year but regardless the pedigree is still there. This is a big game for the USC Trojans who are looking to add more quality wins to their resume. The Trijans were off to a fantastic start winning their first 4 games but they have stumbled as of late losing to Texas A&M by 16 and SMU but 17. USC will look to get back on track by taking care of an overmatched Oklahoma Sooners team.

Saturday, December 9th

Indiana at #17 Louisville

Indiana and Louisville should be an instant classic. Louisville is trying to move passed the whole Rick Pitino fiasco and win some basketball games. The #17 Louisville Cardinals are coming into this week following back to back soul crushing losses to Purdue and Seton Hall. They will have all they can handle with Indiana coming to town. Indiana has been disappointing this year to say the least, they have a 4-4 record and just lost by 14 to Michigan. Both teams are looking to turn around their recent misfortunes but only one can. This should be a great contest.

#6 Florida vs #11 Cincinnati

Gators and Bobcats, sounds like an epic battle just based off nicknames alone. The Florida Gators are off to a red hot start only dropping one game thus far and that was to by 3 points to #1 Duke. Cincinnati on the other hands came into this season not knowing what to expect and they rattled off 7 straight wins until they came up 13 points short to an underrated Xavier team. The Bobcats will look to get back on the winning track but it won’t be easy against the Gators who are looking to keep pace with the other top teams in the country.

#24 Alabama at Arizona

Alabama lead by stand out freshman guard Collin Sexton will be traveling to Arizona to take on the underperforming Wildcats. Arizona was expected to be one of the top teams in the country this year but have done nothing but disappoint. Alabama on the other hand is the complete opposite, they were expected to be competitive but to actually be ranked is quite the achievement. This is a long season but if you let a slump last too long it may become detrimental to a season. Alabama looks to keep wining while Arizona looks to right their wrong and start their own winning streak.

Sunday, December 10th

#20 Arizona St at #2 Kansas

Arizona St will travel to Kansas to take on the Jayhawks. Kansas has been one of the best teams in the country seemingly every year under Bill Self and they’re dominating yet again. already picking up big wins over Kentucky and Syracuse. Kansas has its eyes set on a NCAA title so they better not overlook this pesky Sun Devils team. I don’t expect them too and if they were on the road this game maybe tougher. Its going to take a heroic effort by Arizona St to go into Kansas and come out with a W

Some Mad Genius Made A Trailer For A Modern Day Version Of ‘Game Of Thrones’

Youtube

Can you believe Game Of Thrones seventh season has been off the air for almost 4 months now and we still may have another year (or more) to go until the show returns?!  So, at this point, f*ck it, right? Give me literally anything and everything Game Of Thrones. And if that means a theoretical version of GoT that takes place in modern times, then so be it.

While a version of Game Of Thrones set in present-day sounds like a great idea on paper — Schrodinger’s television show, if you will — an actual attempt at something like this would likely end in failure. That said, the mere idea of a modern-day Westeros is a tantalizing prospect — what if everything that happened in Game Of Thrones was merely human history?

A highway that runs along the Wall. Scientific studies on White Walkers. A Lannister empire that’s lasted a millennia. A Stark rebellion. I’m kind of getting of Throner just thinking about it.

While all of these ideas sound great in theory, the execution is another story entirely. Still, pretty cool stuff if you ask me. Even if we aren’t getting this, at least we know for certain we are getting some sort of Game Of Thrones spinoff.

Meanwhile, production on the actual final season of Game Of Thrones kicked off in early October (the first cast table read was on October 9), so expect some rumors to start leaking out sooner or later.

Tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw will be headlined by a main event tag team championship match featuring The Bar (Sheamus & Cesaro) defending their titles against a hungry Shield (Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose). Which team will come out on top? My money is on The Shield since Sheamus has been dealing with a nagging neck injury for six months. This will be a perfect time to get the titles off The Bar so Sheamus can heal and Cesaro can break off on his own.

Speaking of The Shield, “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns will also put his title on the line tonight and Jason Jordan has already accepted the open challenge for The Big Dog’s Intercontinental Championship.

“Roman Reigns. If that open challenge is still being issued then I would love to accept,” said Jordan in a video message released Sunday night. “I saw you gave Elias a chance last week and you guys had a hell of a match but I beat him too. So this week why don’t you put that title on the line against me and we’ll find out whose yard it really is.”

“The Monster Among Men” Braun Strowman will once again step into the ring to battle “The Big Red Machine” Kane tonight in what is sure to be a slobber-knocker!

We’ll also get a healthy dose of cruiserweight action tonight as the WWE Universe is treated to a fatal 4-way between Cedric Alexander, Mustafa Ali, Drew Gulak and Tony Nese. The winner goes onto to face Rich Swann to determine the #1 contender for Enzo Amore’s WWE Cruiserweight Championship.

And what’s next for Absolution, the villainous team made up of Paige, Many Rose, and Sonya Deville? Tonight, Paige will be battling “The Boss” Sasha Banks. And her girls, Rose and Deville, will probably not be too far behind.

Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers (9-2) ride a six-game winning streak into the Queen City to take on Andy Dalton and the Cincinnati Bengals.

After a rocky start to the season, the Steelers have ripped off six-straight wins, proving to be the only challenge to the New England Patriots for the #1 seed in the AFC playoffs. Meanwhile, the Bengals currently have an outside shot of earning a wildcard berth in the AFC with their 5-6 record. A win against Pittsburgh would put the Bengals at 6-6 with the Chargers, Chiefs, Bills, and Raiders.

The Steelers are looking good for the playoffs and will be hoping to keep their streak going. They also are looking to keep up with the Patriots (10-2) who are currently leading the conference. After defeating the Packers 31-28, the Steelers won’t be looking to lose a division game against the Bengals. Cincinnati also won last week against the Browns 30-16, but are still in the hunt for a playoff spot.

Although the Steelers have a good chance of taking home the win, considering the season they’ve had, the Bengals will be sure to put up a fight.  Considering the preexisting rivalry and everything at stake for both teams, this Monday night match-up is sure to be a good one. Raw General Manager Kurt Angle kicks off tonight’s edition of Monday Night Raw. He’s here to announce the new challenger for Roman Reigns’ WWE Intercontinental Championship. Let’s get right to the Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle…

Kurt Angle Opens Up Monday Night Raw

Angle walks out to the ring and begins speaking. He’s excited about tonight’s championship matches, which includes The Shield’s Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins going up against The Bar (Sheamus & Cesaro) for the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship. Angle then begins talking about Roman Reigns’ open challenge for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. He’s about to name the challenger…

Jason Jordan’s music hits. Jordan demands a championship match against Reigns. He believes he deserves a title shot. Roman Reigns is out next. He doesn’t want to face off against Jordan tonight. He wants Samoa Joe. Jordan doesn’t like this news. Reigns tells him to stop hiding by his daddy (Kurt Angle) and step up.

Samoa Joe’s music hits. He accepts Romans Reigns challenge. He gives Reigns five seconds to withdraw his challenge because Reigns knows that he can’t beat Joe. Jason Jordan interrupts and says that he doesn’t talk tough because “unlike you,” Samoa Joe, “I am tough.”

Jordan proves his worth by German-suplexing Roman Reigns by behind. Angle backs off Jordan. Reigns is totally pissed and tells Joe to wait until later tonight because he has to fight Jason Jordan right now. “Get a referee down to the ring!”

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Roman Reigns (c) vs. Jason Jordan

Roman Reigns is absolutely wrecking Jason Jordan at the start of this match. He is beating him from pillar to post, in and out of the ring. Jordan looks dazed as “The Big Dog” Reigns drives him into the barricade and the steel steps.

Jordan somehow enters the ring first, but Reigns is still on the hunt. Reigns sends him back out of the ring and then hits him with a huge drive-by kick. “The Big Dog” tries to slow down the pace with a chin-lock.

Reigns talks too much trash, which allows Jason Jordan to mount a comeback. Jordan rams Reigns into the corner. Reigns tries to reverse the momentum with a spear, but Jordan dodges and sends him out of the ring. Jordan is in control as we go to the break.

Jason Jordan is wrenching Roman Reigns’ arm in a submission hold. Reigns fights out and levels Jordan. “The Big Dog” is back in control. Reigns drops Jordan with a big boot and goes for the pin.

Jordan ducks a Superman Punch and mounts a comeback. Reigns fights out and drops Jordan. Meanwhile, the referee is still making counting in the ring. Reigns attempts another Superman Punch, but gets caught and driven into the ring post. Jordan and Reigns trade moves, but Jordan stands tall as we go to the commercial break.

We’re back from the break and the brawl is still going strong. During the break, Jordan dumped Reigns over the top rope with a suplex. Reigns and Jordan trade some big-time moves. Jordan executes a flawless Northern Light Suplex into a pin. 1…2…Reigns kicks out!

More back and forth action. Reigns hits a Superman Punch and a spear to finish off Jason Jordan.

Roman Reigns defeats Jason Jordan to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship

Post-Match: Samoa Joe comes out and tells Reigns that he looks tired. So Joe is going to come down to the ring and put Reigns to sleep. Joe enters the ring and almost fulfills his promise, locking Reigns into the Coquina Clutch. But Jordan breaks up the hold and supelexes Joe from behind. Reigns returns this favor by attacking Jordan.

Jason Jordan talks to his dad Kurt Angle in his office with desperation in his voice. Samoa Joe charges Jordan from behind, knocking him to the ground. Joe got some revenge.

Sasha Banks vs. Paige

Sasha and Paige engage in a fierce back-and-forth match. Paige almost knocked Sasha’s light out with a flip powerbomb from the top rope.

As hell breaks loose outside the ring between Absolution and Sasha’s allies, Paige capitalizes on an excellent opportunity to hit Ram-Paige and end the match.

Paige defeats Sasha Banks

Post-match: Abosolution (Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville) annihilate Banks after the match.

Inside Raw GM Kurt Angle’s Office

Elias disrespect Kurt Angle, tells him to silence his phone, calls his son a bastard, and wants to play some live music. Angle tells Elias that he has a worthy opponent for him next…I’m betting it’s going to be “The Monster Among Men” Braun Strowman.

Tony Nese vs. Drew Gulak vs. Mustafa Ali vs. Cedric Alexander

This match was absolutely awesome. Everyone looked phenomenal, especially Cedric Alexander. But Drew Gulak snuck up from behind and stole the victory. He’ll now go onto face Rich Swann for an opporunity to challenge for the Cruiserweight Championship.

Drew Gulak defeats Cedric Alexander, Mustafa Ali, and Tony Nese

Elias Is Out To Play His Music

Elias sits beneath a spotlight. He strums his guitar and talks trash to the crowd. He says they’re a bunch of hypocrites who worship celebrities. But Elias is better than a celebrity because he’s talent. They should worship him and walk with Elias.

Braun Strowman’s music hits. I called it! I literally did, check up the page. He comes down to the ring and beats the crap out of Elias. “The Drifter” didn’t have a chance against “The Monster Among Men.”

Asuka vs. Alicia Fox

Fox goes on the attack immediately. She surprises Asuka with heavy offense, stiff strikes and take downs. But “The Empress of Tomorrow” Asuka is able to mount a comeback very quickly. She knocks down Alicia several times.

But Fox isn’t finished. Alicia nearly knocks Asuka’s head off with a big boot. Fox is back in control and is wrenching Asuka with a submission hold. Asuka works her way out of the hold, and Alicia is starting to get cocky. But pride comes before the fall as Asuka traps Alicia in a submission hold in the center of the ring, and foxxy one has no choice but to tap out.

Asuka defeats Alicia Fox

Post-Match: Paige and the Absolution surround the ring. Asuka sees that she’s outnumbered, exits and smiles. Paige addresses Alicia Fox in the ring. She tells Fox that she loves her, but Mandy and Sonya don’t feel the same way. Sonya and Mandy both jump up on the apron at the same time and enter the ring. They descend upon Alicia Fox, beating her down into the canvas.

“This is Absolution!”, yells Paige.

Finn Balor vs. Bo Dallas

Finn Balor fights strong in the early moments of the match. But Bo Dallas mounts a surprising comeback and dominates Balor for a few minutes. Balor fights back hard, but clearly looks hurt. Dallas tries to stop Balor’s comeback, but gets squashed with a Coup de Grace.

Finn Balor defeats Bo Dallas

Dueling Promos Between Bray Wyatt and “Woken” Matt Hardy

It appears as if Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy are locked in a sinister, but hilarious feud. Matt Hardy is now “woken” and has sentence Bray to “deletion.”

Wyatt will also look to delete the now “woken” Matt Hardy and silence this madman for good. But the seven deities aren’t on Wyatt’s side.

Start off the new season of Vanderpump Rules with a certified smoke show. Her full name is Scheana Marie Jancan Shay, but for obvious reason, her stage name has been shortened down to Scheana Marie. She’s a stone cold fox who’s the second-highest credited star on Vanderpump Rules, behind only Lisa Vanderpump herself.

As you can see from this trailer, Scheana will be having a lot of wild, sexy, drunken fun this season. Sounds lovely…

Season 6 looks pretty lit.

Who is Scheana Marie?

Scheana Marie is a major star of the Bravo hit reality series Vanderpump Rules. She was born on May 7, 1985, in Azusa, California.

She has landed roles on shows such as 90210 and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. You can see her tonight on an all-new episode of Vanderpump Rules.

Stassi Schroeder is a red-hot star of Bravo’s hit reality series Vanderpump Rules. Tonight, she appeared in the show’s season 6 premiere. And as you can see from this video, Schroeder and the rest of the cast will be partying it up, getting drunk, and bringing sexy back to cable television (sorta)…

Schroeder was born on June 24, 1988, in New Orleans, Louisana. She has been involved with acting since she was 11-years-old, taking theater classes at a local high school. When she hit the age of 18, she moved out to Hollywood with aspirations of superstardom.

She first appeared on TV as a contestant on the 2005 season of The Great Race. She later appeared in shows such as Queen Bees, The Real House Wives of Beverly Hills (finale), and, of course, Vanderpump Rules.

Idiot Ohio State University Student Gets Caught Cheating On His Girl Via Snapchat

Snapchat

Let me give a little advice to those out there looking to cheat on their better half (also shame on you): absolutely NO paper trail.

You want to hook up with a chick that isn’t your girlfriend? Do it at the party, but do NOT text her the next morning. When you’re in a relationship, the only foolproof way of being a slimeball is by living in the moment — not trying to orchestrate it yourself.

My man AJ probably could have used this advice a couple days ago.

An Ohio State Student identified only as AJ has been ousted by the entire school after he was caught trying to cheat on his girlfriend. Somebody near AJ took a picture of him attempting to cheat on his girl and then posted it to the public Ohio State Snapchat, The Buckeye Snap.

Snapchat

In a matter of hours, the photo went viral on Snapchat and Twitter, and people quickly began responding, roasting AJ 6-ways-to-Sunday, captioning their images: “F*ck AJ”:

So let this be a lesson to all the scumbags out there — if you’re going to cheat, do it at the bar, do it at a party, but DO NOT try and do it through text. As all great criminals say: no witnesses.

Elle Duncan: Hottest Photos Of The Sportscenter Anchor

I’m seriously starting to lose track of all the attractive Sportscenter anchors these days. Just a feek weeks ago I wrote about Antonietta Collins, who I seriously thought was the same exact person I’m writing about now, Elle Duncan.

Just look at them and tell me you would be able to tell them apart if I hadn’t pointed out that these were actually two different people:

via ESPN

This just goes to show how much on-air talent ESPN has infused into their lineup over the last couple of years.

Duncan began her career in Atlanta as an intern with the 2 live Stews, an American syndicated sports talk radio show on 790/The Zone. After a year, she was hired by Atlanta host, Ryan Cameron, to join the Ryan Cameron Show on V-103. While there, her roles included traffic reporter and on-air personality.Duncan hosted an afternoon show at the station in 2009 before moving to handle sports reporting for the morning Frank and Wanda show.

During her time with V-103, Duncan also was a contributor with the Atlanta Falcons radio network pre- and post-game shows, the Atlanta Hawks sideline reporter, and a freelance sideline reporter for SEC and ACC football games on Comcast Sports South. Duncan landed a job as the traffic reporter at NBC Affiliate WXIA-TV in 2012.

On April 28, 2013, Duncan was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving, however, the charges were later dropped.
