South Park continues its 21st season tonight with a Halloween episode “Moss Piglets” It will be the eighth of 10 episodes in the 21st season, and it is the 285rd overall episode.

The official synopsis for tonight’s episode, “Moss Piglets”:

“Jimmy and Timmy’s project has caught the attention of some very important people. Their experiment could have far reaching implications that could save the world…and they might even win first prize in this year’s science fair.”

After using a serialized format for the last couple of seasons, South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone have hinted that they will be going back to the show’s old format of standalone episodes, and will focus less on satire, and more on “Cartman dressing up like a robot and screwing with Butters.”

Renewed through to season 23 in 2019, Comedy Central put out a statement to celebrate the announcement of the show’s renewal:

“South Park remains the bedrock of Comedy Central and we are thrilled that new episodes will continue to entertain audiences for years to come,” said Michele Ganeless, president of Comedy Central, in a press release. “The series remains as urgent and relevant now as the day it premiered and at nearly 20 seasons in it continues to draw generations of new fans.”

Charles Manson, the infamous mass murderer and former cult leader who led what became known as the Manson Family, has been hospitalized at the age of 83-years-old. It is reportedly “only a matter of time”.

Manson brought to a Bakersfield hospital on Sunday, November 11. Manson had health problems in early 2017. In January, Manson was hospitalized for severe intestinal bleeding and needed surgery to repair a lesion.

After being convicted, Manson was originally sentenced to death, however, his sentence was commuted to life imprisonment when California invalidated the state’s death penalty statute in 1972.

Manson was serving his multiple life sentences at California State Prison in Corcoran.

There are fringe groups within the Black Hebrew Israelites, who promote black supremacist ideals and rhetoric that cast people with “white” skin as being part of a demon race hated by God. The Southern Poverty Law Center stated that members of such groups, “believe that Jews are devilish impostors and … openly condemn whites as evil personified, deserving only death or slavery.”

Here are the groups designated as black supremacy groups by either the SPLC or the Anti-Defamation League:  Nation of Yahweh (SPLC), the Israelite Church of God in Jesus Christ (SPLC), 12 Tribes of Israel (Anti-Defamation League).

Tina Johnson is the sixth woman to come forward with sexual misconduct allegations against Republican politician Roy Moore, who is in the race to fill Jeff Sessions’ vacant senate seat during the December 12 election. Kelly Harrison Thorp also alleges that Moore hit on her, as a teenage girl working as a waitress. Meanwhile, Johnson alleges that Moore “didn’t pinch it, he grabbed it,” referring to an alleged encounter with Moore in the fall of 1991, in which she claims he grabbed her 28-year-old buttock. Meanwhile, Kelly Harrison Thorp claims that Moore propositioned to take her out on a date when she was 17 years old.

She claims that Moore asked for her phone number and where she went to school. But then a few days later in trigonometry class at Gadsden High School, she was summoned to the principal’s office from via intercom. She had a phone call, which turned out to be from Roy Moore.

“I said ‘Hello?'” Richardson recalls. “And the male on the other line said, ‘Gena, this is Roy Moore.’ I was like, ‘What?!’ He said, ‘What are you doing?’ I said, ‘I’m in trig class.’ ”

Richardson claims that Moore asked her out once again during that phone call. She denied him once more, but Moore returned to her job with yet another proposition. She finally agreed, feeling both nervous and flattered.

After Richardson got off work, she met Moore in a movie theater in the mall. Towards the end of the date, he drove to her car in a dark parking lot behind Sears. He then “forcefully” kissed Richardson, which left her scared.

Grand Valley State University has banned the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity for at least five years following an investigation spurred by a September 29 incident in which a member suffered alcohol poisoning.

The unidentified fraternity member, who was of legal age, was transported from the fraternity sanctioned event for care.

According to university officials, the investigation began in September. The fraternity members appealed the decision but the school upheld the fraternity’s ban. Furthermore, officials said that while investigating the alcohol-related incident, they also found evidence of hazing and other alcohol-related offenses.

Stephen Glass, acting vice provost for student affairs and dean of students, told MLive Wednesday, Nov. 15, that his approximately five-week investigation revealed student code violations for hazing and consumption of alcohol were widespread enough to warrant dismissal.

“The message we are trying to send all our organizations is to live the values you’ve set that match those of the university,” he said.

“Respect for others, integrity and positive development of individuals are aspects of our community values. We have got a lot of really good students and high standards.”

Next year, he said GVSU’s Interfraternity Council is requiring mandatory education and training regarding anti-hazing and alcohol and sexual assault awareness.

Sigma Phi Epsilon had just got off probation in January 2017.

In March, Delta Upsilon fraternity at GVSU had been closed due to multiple drug and alcohol violations.

Lil Peep, a singer, rapper and YouTube star whose full-length album dropped recently, has died at the age of 21, according to multiple reports.

The Long Beach-born emo/hip-hop artist, real name Gustav Åhr, was just 21 years of age. While reasons for his passing have not been revealed, reports indicate that his cause of death was an overdose.

With the final bye week upon us, fantasy owners can now see the luminescent light at the end of the tunnel as roster changes after this week will be much less aggravating. However, while fantasy owners are no longer precluded by the aforementioned issue, waiver wire acquisitions and cerebral trades will still be as necessary as ever as the regular season (in fantasy football) comes to a close. The demotion of Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor alone is enough to frustrate desperate owners as the starting quarterback market just got that much more anemic. Yet, there is no need to fret as there are still a few somewhat notable passers that can be streamed week-to-week until we can see how rookie Nathan Peterman performs in his starting debut against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Eli Manning, QB, New York Giants (vs. Kansas City Chiefs)

Shocking right? Given how inept the Giants have been on both sides of the ball recently, it may seem like a fool’s errand to start Eli Manning on a poorly-coached and injury-ridden franchise. However, when you look at how well Manning has performed at against defenses that are in the top-10 at relinquishing points to opposing quarterbacks (27.72 points against Tampa Bay, 10th in points allowed; 16.92 points against San Francisco, 6th in points allowed; Kansas City is 5th in points allowed) and it becomes abundantly clear that the aging quarterback can still have moments of being fairly productive. If you’re one of the devastated owners that are reeling from the shocking news of Tyrod Taylor being benched, Manning is a solid stand-in option.

Robert Woods, WR, Los Angeles Rams (vs. Minnesota Vikings)

If you have not jumped on the bandwagon, do so now while there is still a chance to do so (still not owned in 13% of Yahoo fantasy leagues). While you may be tentative to start Woods against a ferocious Minnesota defense, keep in mind that this same defense relinquished 327 passing yards and 30 points to the Washington Redskins offense last week. With 10 targets last week for 171 receiving yards and two touchdowns, Woods is clearly the number one wideout for the Rams and will continue to be prolific as long as quarterback Jared Goff continues to fearlessly sling the football.

Alvin Kamara, RB, New Orleans Saints (vs. Washington Redskins)

Rarely have two running backs fared as well fantasy-wise on the same team as Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara have consistently. As a dual-threat offensive weapon, Kamara is sensational as a pass-catcher and as a rusher, allowing what is already a talent-laden Saints team to flourish in a multitude of ways. While the Redskins have a solid run defense, Kamara and Brees have been clicking unbelievably well to the point where opposing defenses are unable to stop this sensational connection even when they see it coming. Even if you have Ingram on your roster, it’s more than acceptable to start both of them until one of them regresses, which does not like it will happen anytime soon.

Jimmy Graham, TE, Seattle Seahawks (vs. Atlanta Falcons)

With six touchdowns in his last five games, Graham is easily one of the hottest tight ends to start this week. With no less than five targets coming is way during the last four weeks, Graham has been a favorite target for Russell Wilson in the red zone and is clearly still one of the best tight ends football when healthy. While the matchup against a Falcons team that has only given up a single touchdown to tight ends this season may seem a bit risky, it should not hurt Graham’s overall target share or his reliability when it comes to making huge plays in the red zone.

Like most millennials, Harry Potter was a massive part of my childhood — both the movies & the books (if you claim to be a Potter fan and haven’t at least read the first four books, you’re a FRAUD!). So when the movie franchise came to an end, so did a piece of my youth.

Now, about a year away from the movie’s release, Warner Bros. have officially announced the title of the film, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, as well as first looks at Depp’s titular Grindelwald and Jude Law as a young, bearded Albus Dumbledore.

As players on the injured reserved list now become eligible to return, fantasy owners need to be vigilant as there are a few intriguing options that could easily bolster your roster going into the playoffs. While Greg Olsen is rightfully the most popular choice to acquire, there is another notable athlete that is making his return after being injured during week one of the season. Especially in PPR leagues, running back Danny Woodhead is a fantastic and productive fantasy option for a Baltimore Ravens team that has been tentative at throwing the deep ball. While it’s difficult to gauge how many snaps Woodhead will play against the Green Bay Packers this week (assuming he plays), his utilization in the Ravens offense should allow him to get a nice target share against a poor Packers defense.

Seeing as how Woodhead has only played in three games over the last two years, we have to dig a little deeper to see how his value has been useful for fantasy owners throughout his career. With the San Diego Chargers in 2015, Woodhead was targeted 106 times for 755 yards and six touchdowns. While Woodhead may be a running back technically, he only amassed 336 rushing yards for three touchdowns in 2015. Before players such as Alvin Kamara and Le’Veon Bell exploded onto the scene has proficient dual-threat weapons, Woodhead was quietly making a living at being a receiving dominant running back that was heavily utilized when healthy.

Considering how well running back Alex Collins has performed for the Ravens as a pure rusher, the door will be wide open for Woodhead to excel at what he does best. Averaging just 5.33 yards per pass attempt (career low), Flacco will be overjoyed to have a passing option that is not named Buck Allen or Benjamin Watson. Even better, defenses cannot automatically assume that Woodhead will be a pass-catcher 100% of the time as the versatile playmaker is swift enough to carry the rock between the tackles. If nothing else, Woodhead’s presence on the field may open up opportunities for other receivers, which will increase their fantasy value albeit slightly.

Even if Woodhead does not suit up this week, he assuredly will be a go-to weapon for Flacco in a Ravens offense that is heavily reliant on tight ends and dynamic running backs to score points. If you’re in the running for a coveted playoff spot in your league, Woodhead is worth stashing away on your bench for safe-keeping until he gets ample playing time to prove he can be as efficient as he has been in the past when healthy.

The mother of a former Candian and Arena Football League player is asking President Donald Trump to assist in her son’s release from a Chinese prison as he did for the UCLA players.

Antoinette Brown says that her son Wendell has been behind bars for a year since getting into a bar fight in the town of Chongqing. Brown is hoping that President Trump will use his influence in Beijing the same way he did for Liangelo Ball and other UCLA players.

Brown has also said she would be willing to give him full credit and would thank him “over and over”, seemingly all the President wants.

Her son, Wendell Brown, 30, is a former three-year starting linebacker at Ball State, where he graduated in 2009. Following his graduation, Brown played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League and coached as an assistant at Adrian College, a D-III program in Michigan.

Brown would eventually move to Chongqing, China to teach English and football. Brown’s life in China was going fine, until he was arrested following a bar fight, and has been in jail ever since.

Life was great until Sept. 24, 2016, when Brown attended a birthday party for a friend at a bar. As Wendell’s side tells it, he struggled to blend in when out on the town because many Chinese assumed he was either rich or famous. That night some men wanted to drink with him, but Brown declined. They got angry and a dispute broke out. Brown was later arrested for hitting a man and causing him to lose an eye. Brown claimed he never hit anyone and only raised his arms to block bottles being thrown at him.

Regardless, Brown was taken to the Chongqing Jiangbei detention center. He had never before been arrested. Faced with no American-style bail available, no discovery process about the evidence against him and a confusing array of laws that bear little resemblance to the United States, he’s spent the past 14 months in a Chinese jail.

While the Brown’s hired a lawyer in China who was allowed to speak with Wendell, they were told that the way for this to end was to come up with $100,000 as restitution.
