Unsurprisingly, The NFL Fined Marshawn Lynch For Throwing Up The Middle Fingers

NFL

The NFL just wasn’t right without Beast Mode, but now he’s back and better than ever — both on the field and with his pissing-off-the-NFL ways.

Since retiring in 2015, the NFL has just seemed less … fun … without Marshawn Lynch. But luckily for football fans, because the Oakland Raiders decided to become the Las Vegas Raiders, Marshawn decided he wanted to lace them back up one last time for his hometown Oakland team. And it took him less than one game to make his mark back on the NFL landscape.

During the 4th-quarter of the Raiders opening game against the Titans, Marshawn did as Marshawn does, flipping the double birds to the camera:

Of course, the NFL was having none of it, fining Lynch $12,000.

via ESPN:

The NFL fined Oakland Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch $12,000 for a hand gesture he made during Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans, a league source told ESPN’s Adam Schefter. CBS cameras caught Lynch raising the middle finger on both hands in the fourth quarter.

Sunday’s game marked Lynch’s regular-season return to the NFL after sitting out the 2016 season in retirement. He unretired after being traded by the Seattle Seahawks to his hometown Raiders in the offseason.

He rushed for 76 yards on 18 carries Sunday, setting the tone for the Raiders with his bruising running style in Oakland’s 26-16 victory.

Even at 31-years-old and a year out of the NFL, Beast Mode looked spry in his NFL return, rushing for 76 yards on 18 carries.

Catherine Hoggle has been charged with double homicide three years after her two children vanished. On Friday afternoon, the Maryland mother appeared in court, where a judge ordered that she be held without bond and sent for further psychological evaluation. On Thursday night, Hoggle was indited for the alleged murder of her two children.

Hoggle didn’t appear in court in-person. But she did appear via closed-circuit TV to respond to her double murder indictment. She was sent back to Perkins Hospital in Jessup, Maryland. The judge ordered that the defendant be held without bail and be sent for further psychological evaluation despite the defense arguing that Hoggle had already been psychologically evaluated.

Catherine Hoggle’s two children disappeared on September 14, 2014. She had a two-year son named Jacob and a four-year daughter named Sarah. Hoggle is reportedly the last person to see her children alive.

The suspect has been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and has reportedly refuses to disclose the location of her two children. Doctors had previously ruled that she was incompetent to stand trial.

On Thursday, she was moved from a mental hospital to a jail cell, directly as a result of the indictment against her. However, the judge has shipped her back to the same hospital for further psychological evaluation.

David Felsen, the attorney of Catherine Hoggle, told FOX 5 on Thursday night that he had not been aware of new charges against his client, but was curious to see the outcome of Friday’s hearing.

Hoggle’s mother, Lauren DeMarco told FOX 5 on Friday Night that she also was not aware of her daughter’s pending murder charges. However, she was not surprised.

DeMarco said, “They had to charge her with something.”

How her children might look now

In July, Troy Turner, the father of the two missing children, wished his son Jacob a happy birthday on Facebook and prayed that he was still alive.

“I feel like this post should be about how big he’s gotten,” wrote Turner. “I’m just praying they’re still alive.”

Turner understands that it’s very unlikely that his children are still alive. However, he hasn’t given up hope just yet.

He said, “If someone out there does have my son and my daughter, please tell them daddy loves them so much, and please give them both hugs for me and wish Jacob a happy birthday.”

In the video below, Troy Turner discusses his last conversation with Catherine Hoggle…

HBO presents a thrilling bout, or professional boxing match, starring Canelo Alvarez of Mexico and Gennady Golovkin, a.k.a. “GGG,” from Kazakhstan.

Both are viewed as elite boxers, since Canelo only lost one fight against Mayweather back in 2015. On the other hand, GGG is undefeated as a professional. The 27-year-old, nicknamed ‘Canelo’, meaning Cinnamon in Spanish due to his red hair, beat Britain’s Amir Khan with a spectacular knockout last year. GGG, who has a clean all- wins track record will definitely be a hard matchup; however, the tides might turn in favor for Canelo, threatening GGG’s perfect record. Overall, this will be an exciting match, with both fighters boasting a fearsome reputation for punching power, mental stamina, and experience.

Clemson vs. Louisville Live Stream: How to Watch NCAA Football Online

With two weeks of the NCAA football season in the books, several teams have impressed viewers and AP poll voters by defeating high-quality opponents and/or dominating the weaker competition. Two of these teams are Clemson and Louisville. Prior to this season, both teams were expected to compete for the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) championship and this game could potentially end that chance for one of these two teams.

Clemson started the season with the weight of the world on its shoulders. Not only are the Clemson Tigers the defending NCAA football champions, but the university also had to replace the team’s starting quarterback in Deshaun Watson. In his college career, Watson led the Tigers to two consecutive championship games including a thrilling 35-31 victory against Alabama. In that title game, Watson was magnificent as he threw for over 400 yards along with 4 total touchdowns. As a result, Watson was drafted by the Houston Texans with the 12th pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. Replacing Watson is junior quarterback Kelly Bryant. Bryant, the 20-year-old from South Carolina, has looked promising in the first two games of the season and even led the Tigers to a 14-6 victory over the #13 ranked Auburn Tigers. Bryant is surprisingly similar to Watson in the sense that both players have tremendous speed and mobility which has made this transition somewhat easier.

However, the main reason for the Tigers’ success this season is its defense. Clemson’s defense sacked Auburn quarterback Jarrett Stidham a staggering 11 times. Clemson’s defensive line has struck fear into the hearts of quarterbacks this season and will look to maintain that throughout the rest of the season. One player, in particular, to look out for is a junior defensive end, Austin Bryant. Bryant had four sacks against Auburn and will play a vital role if Clemson plans on stopping Louisville’s high-powered offense. Clemson is currently the #3 ranked team in the country and a victory against the #14 ranked Louisville Cardinals would help Clemson’s chances of returning to the college football playoffs for a third consecutive season.

The success of the Louisville Cardinals revolves solely around one man. That man is Lamar Jackson. Jackson made headlines last year for his astonishing season which culminated in a Heisman Trophy. In 2016, Jackson was responsible for 51 touchdowns and over 5,000 total yards. However, the Cardinals struggled down the stretch and lost its last three games including a bowl game loss to the LSU Tigers. In last season’s meeting with Clemson, Louisville lost a heartbreaker by the score of 42-36 after surrendering an eight point lead in the fourth quarter. This season, the Cardinals seek revenge in front of their home crowd. If they hope to accomplish this difficult feat, Lamar Jackson will have to lead the way.

Last week, Jackson was responsible for 525 total yards and six touchdowns in a 47-35 victory over ACC foe North Carolina. So far in his college career, Jackson has shown time and time again that he is the heart and soul of this program. He has shown that the team will only go as far as he can take them which can potentially spell doom for the Cardinals. If Clemson can pressure Jackson as much as it did last week against Auburn, Louisville does not have the playmakers on defense to stop this Tigers’ offense. If Louisville managed to give up 35 points to a below average North Carolina team, imagine how the team will fare against a top three team in the country.

As for my prediction, I have to side with the Tigers. Louisville has played two relatively average teams thus far and will now have to suddenly play against elite competition. The team needs Jackson to play well in order for the Cardinals to have a chance and I think Clemson’s defense is up to the challenge. Clemson managed to smother Jarrett Stidham last week and I can see this pass rush creating more havoc in the backfield.

I see Clemson winning this game by double digits as Kelly Bryant rises up to the challenge once more.

Texas vs. USC Live Stream: How to Watch NCAA Football Online

0

After two weeks of college football, there is a contest between two teams that used to be powerful rivals. Those teams are the Texas Longhorns and the USC Trojans. The height of their rivalry was the 2006 Rose Bowl which was an epic contest where Texas outlasted USC 41-38 in the national championship game. However, a lot of changes have occurred for both universities as both look to become title contenders once more. Although Texas and USC are currently on different levels in terms of expectations, a win for either team could potentially catapult them to a phenomenal season.

The Texas Longhorns started the season with high hopes. After several disappointing seasons with coach Charlie Strong, the Longhorns replaced him with former Houston coach Tom Herman. Herman was expected to lead Texas back to the promise land. However, his season could not have started any worse. Texas started the season in the top 25 ranking and had a home game against Big Ten weakling Maryland. However, the Terrapins shocked and defeated the Longhorns 51-41 on Texas’ home field. However, Texas rebounded nicely and defeated FBS punching bag San Jose State 56-0 and will look to build on that momentum this weekend against USC. If Texas can pull off the upset, expect the Longhorns to return to the top 25 rankings and potentially be in a position to play in a major bowl game.

As for the USC Trojans, the university managed to return to the Rose Bowl for the first time since 2009. USC managed to pull off an amazing comeback against Penn State University and won 52-49 with a game winning field goal as time expired. This season, the Trojans are expected to compete for a national championship and are currently ranked in the top four according to the Associated Press. However, the season started off somewhat shaky as the Trojans struggled to dispatch of the Western Michigan Broncos before eventually winning 49-31. The Trojans followed up that close victory by playing conference rival Stanford where the Trojans won by 18 points. Although Texas is definitely worse than Stanford, Texas has the ability to score points in bunches and USC could potentially be on upset alert in the team’s defense is not up to the challenge.

The success of the Trojan offense starts and ends with quarterback Sam Darnold. Last season, Darnold threw for 31 touchdowns and over 3000 yards. Darnold was the catalyst for the Rose Bowl victory over Penn State as he threw for over 450 yards and five touchdowns. However, this season has not been easy for Darnold for the first two games. Against Western Michigan, Darnold threw two interceptions with zero touchdowns. Darnold did manage to rebound against Stanford and he threw for four touchdowns as the team won handily by double digits. If Darnold can pick apart this Longhorn defense, then USC should run away with this contest. However, if Darnold struggles, then Texas has a serious shot at pulling off the upset.

As for my prediction, I have to side with the Trojans. Texas’ defense got exposed by Maryland in week one and now has to face an elite offense from USC. I expect Darnold to expose this Longhorn secondary and throw for several touchdowns. I also expect USC’s running game to excel as the Longhorns’ defense struggles to make crucial stops as the game progresses.

I see USC winning this game by double digits as Darnold attempts to re-enter the Heisman trophy race.

WATCH: Middle Aged Man Triggered By “Milo Is Cumming” Poster At UC Berkeley

0

This middle-aged dude nearly has a full-blown breakdown on the UC Berkeley campus after finding a student with a poster advertising Free Speech Week with the words “Milo is cumming.” He is pissed as f*ck and is ashamed that such an obscene ad is being promoted. His puritan dogmatic mind is going through a whirlwind, and he finds this sign to be just too much to handle. It’s a poster advertising the return of the infamous Milo Yiannopoulos. And boy, did this snowflake get heated.

The pissed off dude talks down at one young student who appears to be the culprit of posting up that nasty, nasty sign. But then a couple of the student’s friends come along, and the aging “liberal” douche starts really feeling threatened. One of the guy’s friends speaks up for him, and the angry puritan says, “step off” and “I’m defending myself.”

“You’re in my personal space,” insists the enraged McCarthy-Era censor. But the defender of the accused replies that the triggered guy was the one who was getting a bit too close before. When the patriot’s pals showed up, that guy backed off a bit, and then started freaking out like a little, frightened, yelping doggie.

“I’m defending myself, I’m defending myself, I’m defending myself, I’m defending myself, I’m defending myself, I’m defending myself, I’m defending myself, I’m defending myself, I’m defending myself, I’m defending myself, I’m defending myself, I’m defending myself,” the middle-aged turd says over and over and over again.

The guy arguing with him is just like, “are you good?” at this point in the journey. Watch for yourself….

Of course, Milo and ejaculation jokes is tantamount to blasphemy according to the rules of the puritan orthodoxy sweeping Berkeley and beyond. By the way, Milo is cumming for Free Speech Week from September 24-27. I wonder how UC Berkeley will handle his load this time…

GGG vs. Canelo Live Stream: How to Watch PPV Fight Online

On September 16, undefeated boxer Gennady Golovkin will square off against Canelo Alvarez in the most highly anticipated boxing title fight of the year. Both fighters are well-known in the sport due to their electrifying knockout power. Both fighters have over 30 knockouts in their professional careers and each fighter will look to add another one to their collection on Saturday night.

Gennady Golovkin, the slight favorite in this contest, boasts a professional boxing record of 37 wins and no losses. Known for his vicious power and fast reflexes, Golovkin has always overpowered his opponents throughout his career and has 33 knockout victories to show for it. Golovkin has become a boxing star and has been given the nickname “GGG” or “Triple G” because his first, middle and last names all start with the same letter. Originating in Kazakhstan, one could not have predicted the type of popularity and stardom that he has received in the United States. If Golovkin can defeat Alvarez, he might become the unofficial face of boxing and could be considered to be the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world.

Golovkin’s opponent, Canelo Alvarez, is definitely a worthy opponent. Alvarez has a professional boxing record of 49-1-1 with his one loss coming to Floyd Mayweather Jr. back in 2013. Since that defeat, Alvarez has won seven straight fights including a victory over Liam Smith for the WBO Light Middleweight title. Alvarez was always considered to be a phenomenal boxer in his home country of Mexico. However, Alvarez was relatively unknown in the United States before defeating “Sugar” Shane Mosley in 2012. Alvarez’s fame and popularity continued to rise and hit its peak with his vicious knockout against Amir Khan in 2016. After the Khan and Smith fights, Alvarez had to defeat Mexican legend Julio Cesar Chavez (50-3-1) which he did in a unanimous decision. At long last, Alvarez will have a chance to defeat arguably the best boxer in the world and will look to blemish Golovkin’s undefeated record. If Alvarez can successfully pull off this slight upset, Alvarez will become the premier name in the sport if boxing.

I personally believe that this will be the best boxing fight fans will see for several years. The amount of uncertainty and unpredictability present within this fight adds to the anticipation and to the excitement. Both fighters possess elite punch power and can win the fight at any moment with one clean shot. Alvarez is eight years younger than his opponent so one might assume that he has better stamina. However, both fighters are in phenomenal shape and I expect this fight to be extremely even throughout.

As for my prediction, I am going to side with Golovkin by decision. I think that Golovkin will start to wear Alvarez down in the middle rounds similarly to every fighter that GGG has fought in the past. I think that Alvarez will hit Golovkin with multiple combinations throughout the entire fight but I think that Golovkin is simply on a different level and will use his vast array of strikes to make Alvarez extremely uncomfortable.

The Aztecs will clash with the Stanford Cardinal inside the Qualcomm Stadium in their hometown of San Diego, California. Both teams have two of the top running backs in the nation. Last Saturday, San Diego State junior Rashaad Penny helped his team to a 30-20 win over the Arizona State Sun Devils, running a total of 353 all-purpose yards in the game. Meanwhile, Stanford junior Bryce Love is also looking stellar, with an average of 11.3 yards per carry in games against Rice and USC.

Let’s get back to Penny. He’s a powerhouse for San Diego, averaging 206.5 rushing yards per game, while leading the nation in all-purpose yards at 284 per contest. Aztec coach Rocky Long told reporters, “You’re seeing what we knew all along, that he’s one of the best running backs in the country.”

Jorge Lara vs. Joseph Diaz Jr.; Featherweights

Joseph Diaz and Jorge Lara duked it out from round 1-3. IBF/WBA/WBC Middleweight Title: Canelo Alvarez vs. Gennady “GGG” Golovkin (c)

Both fighters duke it out in round 1, but Golovkin hit his opponent with the jab early and stayed on point regarding offense. Round 1 goes to the champin Gennady “GGG” Golovkin. Round 2 goes to Canelo, who was dangerously quick. Canelo fired back and kicked some serious ass in round 2. GGG was reeling hard in the second round.

Canelo worked over Golovkin body pretty effectively in this round. GGG fired back, but it didn’t seem to phase the challenger too much. Canelo came back towards the end, dominating the last two minutes of round 3. Golovkin is red hot, taking the fight to Canelo in round 2. Canelo is backing into the ropes, but takes the punishment from GGG very well.

GGG and Canelo trade shots in round 5. For the next two rounds, GGG remains the aggressor, but doesn’t throw any real big-time shots. Golovkin beats Canelo into the ropes. GGG is firing away with jabs and remains dominant well into round 8.

Alvarez hit strong and GGG took it like a champ. Golovkin takes shot after shot, but this just pisses him off. Both opponents go back and forth. Canelo fought back strong, but so did GGG. In the end, the fight ends in a split decision.

Split decision. Therefore, Gennady “GGG” Golovkin is still the IBF/WBA/WBC Middleweight Champion

WWE No Mercy 2017 Location (Minecraft Style)

Here’s the Staples Center as seen through Minecraft vision. Is this really necessary? Of course it is! Here’s a choppy computerized version of where “No Mercy” will be held. For some reason, Minecraft Braun Strowman seems very natural to me. He needs to go chop down trees and build a house (both with his bare hands). Strowman will be looking to chop down “The Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar and take home the WWE Universal Championship.

As we approach a month into an already manic college football season, intense conference match ups will become a much more prominent part of the upcoming weeks. Gone (mostly) are the cupcake beatdowns that inevitably make up the early weeks of the season. In the absence of those forgettable contests we finally get to see the emergence of power five conferences go head-to-head in pivotal match ups that will ultimately determine the kings of college football.

While the finish line that signifies the end of the season is still a long ways off, reputable programs will look to emphatically separate themselves from the pack with decisive victories over conference rivals. If you thought the high-octane shootouts and defensive grudge matches we’ve seen thus far were sensationally competitive, the top match ups this week will overwhelm you with their ramped up implications and fierce intensity.

After another unpredictable weekend slate of adrenaline fueled college football affairs, the AP Top 25 for this week has seen several pretenders fall out of the rankings while several newcomers have risen to deserved notoriety and will look to make a name for themselves in the coming weeks.

AP Top 25 College Football Rankings 2017: Week 4

This week, we saw the top-10 fluctuate slightly with Clemson switching spots with Oklahoma and Penn State swapping sports with USC most notably. However, the rest of the rankings have proven particularly volatile with Mississippi State going unranked to 17th in country while UCLA and Stanford were knocked out of the rankings after losing both of their match ups on Saturday.

Ranking Team (1st place votes)
1  Alabama (45)
2  Clemson (15)
3  Oklahoma (1)
4  Penn St.

7  Washington
8  Michigan
9  Wisconsin
10  Ohio State

21  USF
22  San Diego St.

Tropical Storm Maria 2017: Forecast, Map, Path & Live Updates

Tropical Storm Maria started up picking up stream in the Atlantic on Sunday, as she heads towards the Caribbean already devastated by Irma. Meanwhile, as Florida is reeling from the last hurricane, there is concern that Maria may develop into a hurricane herself before possibly making landfall in the Sunshine State.

According to the National Hurricane Center, Maria is likely to upgrade to hurricane status sometime on Sunday, with maximum sustained winds predicted to be as high as 74 mph. By Sunday afternoon, Maria already had maximum sustained winds up to 65 mph. A tropical storm warning is currently in effect in Martinique and St. Lucia. Meanwhile, a hurricane warning has been sent out to people living in Dominica and Guadeloupe.

As of an hour ago, Tropical Storm Maria was roughly 400 miles east southeast of the Leeward Islands and more than 600 miles from Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. “It is moving along very quickly, which is concerning,” AccuWeather meteorologist Dave Samuhel said. “They are going to have a direct hit from a hurricane. The question is how strong will it be.”

Tropical Storm Maria 2017: Forecast, Map, Path & Live Updates

By Monday and Tuesday night, the islands of of Dominica and Guadeloupe are expected to be hit by Maria. At that point, meteorologists predict that she will be a Category 2 hurricane, with sustained winds of 96-110 mph. Maria is expected to strike the U.S. Virgin Islands next (a day after hitting Dominica and Guadeloupe). “And it will likely be a stronger hurricane by at least a category,” said AccuWeather meteorologist Dave Samuhel.

By next weekend, meteorologists predict that Hurricane Maria will hit the Bahamas, driving it dangerously close to Florida. The Sunshine State is still repairing itself after the damage brought about by Irma. There is always a chance that hurricane may go off course and head north, according to AccuWeather’s Dave Samuhel. “We may luck out and it turns north,” he said. “Unfortunately it looks like a blocking high pressure system could force it into Florida.”

By Monday night or Tuesday, Hurricane Maria may affect Antigua, Barbuda, St. Kitts, Nevis, Montserrat, Guadeloupe, Dominica, Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Maarten, St. Martin, St. Barthelemy and Anguilla, according to the NHC.

Meanwhile on Monday, tropical storm conditions may touch down on St. Lucia, Martinique, Barbados, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Tropical Storm Lee 2017: Forecast, Map, Path & Live Updates

Tropical Storm Lee is spinning in the Atlantic Ocean. The storm weakened to a tropical depression on Sunday, according to the National Hurricane Center. At one point, Lee was named the 11th storm of the Atlantic hurricane season on Saturday. However, at 11 A.M. EST on Sunday, Lee was demoted to a tropical depression.

“Gradual weakening is expected, and Lee could degenerate into a remnant low by 48 hours, is not sooner,” NHC forecaster Robbie Berg said.

Most recently, the center of the storm was reportedly located 875 miles west-southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands. At the time, Lee was moving west at about 8 mph with maximum sustained wind speeds of 35 mph. Lee needs to have a wind speed of at least 39 mph to be considered a tropical storm.

Lee is not expected to strengthen and isn’t posing any potential threat to any landmasses. As a result, no coastal warnings or watches have been set anywhere for this tropical depression. However, hurricane and tropical storm warnings have been set in multiple islands for Tropical Storm Maria, which may turn into a hurricane later this Sunday.

NOAA

Lee is not expected to pose any threat to the U.S. mainland.

Over the next few days, Lee is expected to slowly move west-northwestward into the central Atlantic.

The Bermuda High will influence Lee’s movements. What is the Bermuda High? It’s definitely not about cannabis. The NOAA’s National Weather Service describes the Bermuda High as a “A semi-permanent, subtropical area of high pressure in the North Atlantic Ocean off the East Coast of North America that migrates east and west with varying central pressure.”

By the middle of the week, the storm is expected to dissipate over the Central Atlantic. Lee is expected to die without harming any island, landmass or coastline.

Meanwhile, Hurricane Jose and the soon-to-be hurricane known as Tropical Storm Maria are both posing greater threats in the Atlantic…
