One of the first things that come to mind when I think of Chick-Fil-A, other than the fact that it’s God’s gift to the fast food industry, is how almost obnoxiously polite their staff is.

I mean, seriously, the staff at Chick-Fila-A is so polite I occasionally wonder if brainwashing is a part of their training, because let me tell you, absolutely no sane person should be that happy about working at a fast food restaruant.

That said, brainwashed or not, I always appreciate the employee’s politeness and could never imagine getting into an arguement with any Chick-Fil-A worker I’ve ever encountered.

But, then again, I’m not from Florida.

So I went to Chick-fil-A tonight and we all know I go there all the time… well tonight was a little different. I walk in and this teenage boy is arguing with the workers along with another male. I have no idea what they are arguing about I just know the boy is making a complete fool of himself. This goes on for a good 15 or 20 mins. I still hasn’t gotten my order yet, but already paid. I was letting them deal with the problem. Well not 5 mins later two females come walking up. The manager has already locked to doors so nobody can get in. These females beat on the door trying to bust the glass and pull and jiggle the door handle till the door handle literally breaks off the door. Well they couldn’t get in that way so they proceed to go through the other door. This one happens to be unlocked. So then they start yelling and arguing with the works. (The manager is on the phone with the police by now.) Every time something goes down I always have it on my phone just in case. Well this can be a learning lesson for us all.

1.) food and money isn’t that important. I would have left if they hadn’t of said we needed to wait till the cops got there before we could leave.

2.) I don’t know who raised these girls but this isn’t getting you anywhere in life. This is very disrespectful on so many levels and any parent should be ashamed to raise children to act this way.

3.) I give kudos to Chick-fil-A for handling this situation in a very reasonable manner.

There were kids at Chick-fil-A while this was going on and anyone should be embarrassed to act the way these two females did tonight. There were kids crying they were so scared. I hope you are satisfied with what you did, because I’m sure these kids will be scarred for life. You handled this situation the sorriest way a person could handle it. You are rude, you are a narcissist, and you shouldn’t be proud of what you did. The only thing you accomplished was making a scene. Other than that you accomplished nothing.

During last year’s MLB playoffs, on October 4, 2016, Blue Jays fan Ken Pagan did what most of us have done in the drunken heat of the moment: something stupid.

Pagan, just a regular 42-year-old journalist, threw a can of beer at Baltimore Orioles outfielder Hyun Soo Kim during the seventh inning of the 2016 AL wild-card game, and his life would never be the same.

Shortly after the incident, he went viral on social media. The Toronto Sun even offered a $1,000 reward to anyone who helped identify Pagan, who was swiftly banned from every MLB stadium.

Now, about 9 months after the incident, Pagan is opening up about just how drastically the decision impacted his life.

Since that fateful October night, Pagan has endured public humiliation, loss of employment, a nine-month court case and a temporary ban from every stadium in Major League Baseball. Pagan admitted thast he can’t watch Blue Jays games anymore without feeling a certain level of guilt, claiming he even experiences PTSD-like symptoms when listening to Blue Jays game broadcasts.

“When I hear that voice, I think of the disappointment I’ve brought to the organization,” Pagan said, about the moments he tries to listen to Jerry Howarth, the Blue Jays play-by-play man since 1981. “I was an idiot. I let a lot of people down. I’d rather not sit through nine innings of feeling like that.”

In Pagan’s words, the decision to go to the wild-card game was a late one. His brother and a few friends had tickets to the game and Pagan was able to switch shifts with an employee at Postmedia that allowed him to purchase his own ticket late the night before.

Before the game, he and his friends had “a few beers,” and he admitted he kept drinking throughout the evening. Pagan couldn’t really describe what caused him to throw the beer can during that fateful seventh inning besides his mind — and arm — copping to the excitement of the game and his intoxication.

“There’s no thought — you’re in the outfield, there’s a ball hit in your direction … excitement,” Pagan recalled. “Honestly, if I was to break down the blow-by-blow, I’d be speculating myself. There’s no thought process. It was an impulse.

This is a perfect summation of why 2017 sucks. Sure, it was a boneheaded decision on Pagan’s part, but is it really worth ruining his life over? If this were 20, hell, even 10 years ago, he’d pay a fine and move on with his life. But now, in the PC culture of 2017, the social justice warriors came out in droves to make such Pagan’s life was flipped upside down for a lone moment of stupidity.

For example, let’s say you have absolutely zero idea how politics or government work, but you had in depth knowledge of Game Of Thrones.  I’d tell you that Anthony Scaramucci is like Littlefinger only he didn’t last as long. I’d tell you that Ned Stark was like Bernie Sanders, an honorable man and clearly the right choice to lead the people, but was ultimately conspired against by his enemies. And of course, President Trump would be akin to Joffery. See, you’re starting to get it now, right?

Well, Al Gore, former Vice President, and Presidential candidate got that too, so he used one of the most memorable episodes of Game Of Thrones to describe the current state of the White House.

“I think in the process, the president has been isolating himself from the rest of the country. You see Republicans in the House and Senate now moving to separate themselves in increasing numbers from the dysfunction and distractions, constant distractions in the White House. Last week somebody said it was like the ‘Red Wedding’ in ‘Game of Thrones’,” Gore said.

Now that I mention it, I’m curious as to why Gore doesn’t apply this strategy to his climate change campaign. If he started making comparisons between the effects of Global Warming and the Long Night, maybe people would start to realize how deep of shit we’re actually going to be in.

Back in December, UFC and WWE star Brock Lesnar failed USADA failed drug tests around his UFC 200 appearance, which led to him being suspended for one year by the Nevada State Athletic Commission. Furthermore, Lesnar was fined $250,000 and his UFC 200 victory over Mark Hunt was officially changed to a “No Contest.”

However, Lesnar still had a part-time contract with the WWE and has been doing that since. But after Jon Jones made his triumphant return to the Octagon, he immediately called out Brock Lesnar.

After Jones’ UFC 214 victory against Daniel Cormier, Jones took the moment to call out his next opponent, saying “Brock, if you want to know what it feels like to get your ass kicked by a guy who weighs 40 pounds less than you, meet me in the octagon.”

Well, it looks as though Jones is going to be getting his wish, as Sports Illustrated has learned that Lesnar’s return to the UFC to fight Jones is imminent.

WWE was incredibly smart to threaten Brock Lesnar’s departure from the company if he loses the Universal title at SummerSlam.

Lesnar is signed through WrestleMania 34 and there is no threat of him opting out early. Yet Heyman’s insistence on Lesnar leaving the company if “The Beast Incarnate” loses the title without being pinned or forced to submit will allow Lesnar the time off needed from WWE to begin preparing his next MMA fight, most likely against soon-to-be-heavyweight Jon “Bones” Jones.

UFC great Jon Jones called out Brock Lesnar after his KO victory over Daniel Cormier this past Saturday night. SI.com has learned that Lesnar’s return to the UFC is imminent, and he will fight Jones as well as fulfill his WWE obligations at the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 34. This all affects the upcoming SummerSlam, as the likelihood that Lesnar keeps the WWE Universal championship, or takes any punishing moves, is all but dimmed, which is another reason he will be hidden in this Fatal 4-Way with Braun Strowman, Roman Reigns, and Samoa Joe.

With Conor McGregor currently busy in the boxing ring, the UFC needs a big-name match to carry them into 2018, and Jones-Lesnar bout would fill that role perfectly.

Harry Potter acting legend Robert Hardy has passed away at the age of 91-years-old.

In a statement, Hardy’s family said that the actor had a “tremendous life” and “a giant career in theatre, television, and film spanning more than 70 years”.

Hardy was perhaps best known for numerous portrayals of Winston Churchill, however, in more recent years, he appeared as Cornelius Fudge, The Minister for Magic, in four of the Harry Potter films.

Hardy’s children Emma,Justine and Paul said in a statement:

“Dad is also remembered as a meticulous linguist, a fine artist, a lover of music and a champion of literature, as well a highly respected historian, and a leading specialist on the longbow. He was an essential part of the team that raised the great Tudor warship The Mary Rose. Gruff, elegant, twinkly, and always dignified, he is celebrated by all who knew him and loved him, and everyone who enjoyed his work.”

Hardy began his career as a classical actor. In 1959 he appeared as Sicinius opposite Laurence Olivier in Coriolanus at Stratford-upon-Avon, directed by Peter Hall.He then appeared in Shakespeare’s Henry V on stage and in television’s An Age of Kings and subsequently played Coriolanus in The Spread of the Eagle and Sir Toby Belch for the BBC Television Shakespeare production of Twelfth Night in 1980.

Over the years, Hardy has played a range of parts on television and film. His first continuing role in a TV series was as businessman Alec Stewart in the award-winning oil company drama The Troubleshooters for the BBC, which he played from 1966 to 1970.

Tara Stumph, a California teacher who was convicted of having sex with her 16-year-old student, is now suing that student for defamation.

Stumph, a 36-year-old former teacher at Arroyo Grande High School in Arroyo Grande, California, has filed a lawsuit against the unnamed student. Stumph is accusing the unidentified teen of making statements that “hurt her career and reputation.” the U.K.

The lawsuit alleges that the teen “talked trash about the sex-starved educator to various classmates, family and other members of the community.”

Stumph had previously pleaded no contest to various sexual assault charges in April. Now, she is seeking legal action against the teen, who she claims made statements that harmed her career and reputation.

Tara Stumph pleaded no contest in April to having sex with a person under 18 and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, a sentence she started serving May 1. Both Stumph and her former employer, Lucia Mar School District, were named as defendants in a lawsuit by the victim’s family. The victim’s family and the school district are set to enter a binding mediation process with Santa Barbara mediator Henry Bongiovi.

Stumph’s teaching license was revoked after her conviction, but she will not be required to register as a sex offender upon her release from San Luis Obispo County Jail.

She alleges in her counterclaim that the victim’s statements damaged her reputation and career. Stumph is suing for indemnity for any judgments rendered against her, a judicial determination that any injuries to the plaintiff were caused by the school district, civil damages and attorneys fees and costs.

The next hearing in the case is currently scheduled for October 12.

The College of Charleston has shut down their fifth fraternity in a year.

Following the suspensions of Alpha Epsilon Pi, Pi Kappa Phi, Sigma Nu, Kappa Alpha, the Alpha Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi was shut down in late July. The decision to shut down the fraternity came after investigations into multiple incidents of misconduct, including the alleged beating of a CoC student back in April.

According to information provided by Ron Menchaca, a spokesman for the College of Charleston, officials began their investigation on May 19 and looked into incidents that date back to February, including incidents involving alcohol, drugs, and hazing.

The investigation was completed on July 26 and the Alpha chapter was ordered to close immediately.

The College of Charleston imposed the following sanctions against Pi Kappa Phi, via Post & Courier:

-A letter of apology to College President Glenn McConnell for the organization’s behavior, “that not only posed a threat to the health and safety of its own members, but for others within the campus community.”

-A letter to any future colony of the fraternity laying out the conduct that led to their closure, how that conduct arose and escalated before the college’s investigation, how members should have conducted themselves and how they “could have benefited from the multiple attempts to intervene by its national headquarters and the college-sponsored education.”

According to the report, Pi Kappa Phi will be allowed to recolonize during the 2019 fall semester 2019.

They are the fifth fraternity to be suspended since August 2016.

Counter-Strike player Emil “Magisk” Reif has been officially benched for the Danish team North “after weeks of speculation and declining performance.”

On the morning of August 1, 2017, Magisk took to Twitter to reflect on his departure from his team. “As of today, I’m officially benched from North. I’m looking for new opportunities where I can continue my journal as a player. I will be back!”

The Crackdowns On Visa Violation Are Not Making Competitive Gaming Great Again

TSA agents in the United States are currently cracking down on visa violations. Apparently, this new focus on visa enforcement isn’t making the world of gaming great again. Swedish player and commentator Henrik “AdmiralBulldog” Ahnberg was invited to America to act as a commentator for a Valve tournament. When Ahnberg arrived in the states, he was soon confronted by TSA agents. AdmiralBulldog informed the agents of his commitment to commentate for an upcoming Valve tournament. Six hours later, this gamer found himself booted back to Sweden.

AdmiralBulldog posted the entire story online and told the internet all about what happened when he tried coming to America. Several coaches and commentators on Dota 2 claimed that “this happens to people in Esports all the time.”

One Dota 2 coach by the name of Anthony Hodgson wrote on Twitter, “Lol. I’m sad for Bulldog but it’s hardly a secret that basically all players and staff who attend Valve events are doing so illegally.”

Hodgson added, “Hopefully this will draw more attention to the face and pressure Valve to finally sort this out because it really is totally ridiculous.”

The manager of Evil Geniuses quickly rebutted Hodgson’s statements, assuring that “Valve isn’t doing anything illegal. They handle all compensation carefully. Truth is, one off esports travel is a grey area.”

The Evil Geniuses manager also said, “If you get the wrong agent who misunderstands or you phrase the specifics of your arrangement incorrectly, you will get bounced because they’re cracking down on visa violations which means, yes, more mistakes get made on TSA’s end trying to be thorough.”

The Evil Geniuses manager gave an example, in which he showed selective enforcement on part of the TSA. The manager wrote on Twitter that, “Cr1t- came in and out of the US multiple times saying the same exact thing without issue. Last trip back he got bounced out of the blue,” but “zai and Arteezy were both in the exact same situation saying the exact same thing and they were clear. It’s a scary time to travel here.”

Okay. Maybe not that scary.

A top drug company CEO claimed to only be “looking for love” when he charged $5.8 million dollars on his company’s credit card. He bought his escort a mansion and much more with his firm’s charge card.

Scott Kennedy, 43, worked as CEO for the drug company Nemera. He was let go in March after the company became aware of Kennedy’s improper financial activity. Crystal Lundberg, 31, was Kennedy’s escort who he solicited services from eight to 10 times between 2012 and 2015.

In May 2015, Lundberg texted Kennedy, requesting money. But November of that year, Lundberg had moved into Kennedy’s house with her two children and pets.

According to the Chicago Tribune, Nemera has found 8,800 improper charges on the company credit card between November 2015 and mid-March 2017. These charges have been linked back to Kennedy and Lundberg. Kennedy allegedly gave his stay-at-home escort access to the company’s card, which resulted in 18 months of mega-spending.

What did this couple allegedly buy with the company’s card?

Lundberg and Kennedy went on ultra-expensive trips. They spent nearly $1 million traveling the world on vacation, visiting places from France to the South Pacific. The couple also allegedly raked up $600,000 worth of clothes on the company’s card. Lundberg also allegedly purchased plastic surgery for herself and a personal driver for children. The couple also allegedly purchased two Rolex watches, two pure-breed dog, and a maid for their home. The Royalty Room, a medical spa, received over half a million dollars. Scott Kennedy is also listed as the president of The Royalty Room, according to LinkedIn.

The couple moved into a 7,000-square-foot-mansion on Polvera Avenue in San Diego, California. The company’s credit card allegedly paid for the $12,000-a-month-rent.

Lundberg allegedly threatened Kennedy to give her more money or she’d begin seeing customers again.

Kennedy told the Chicago Tribune: “I wanted to be loved and cared for. My heart kind of overrid (sic) my head and said, ‘Take a chance.’ Well, it blew up in my face.”

Both Lundberg and Kennedy are under investigation for fraud and money laundering. However, no official criminal charge has yet been made against this couple.

The Basketball Tournament is in its fourth year and has become more and more interesting each summer. It’s a single elimination tournament filled with a bracket of 64 teams. The teams are comprised of stars from overseas and recently graduated players from colleges like Syracuse, Ohio State, etc. Tonight’s championship game will feature the winner of the last two tournaments in the Overseas Elite who boast the first seed. They will be faced off against Team Challenge ALS who come in as the sixth seed with the chance to dethrone the 2x defending champs.

This looks to be an entertaining match-up and both teams have definitely fought and earned their way to this point. Now here is where it gets interesting. The winner of this game will come away with $2 million, while the loser will have gotten to this point and leave empty handed. Expect a fight between these two teams and at some point for tempers to flare and for things to get heated. It’ll be the last of any competitive basketball for a while so make sure you tune in.

Last week, Justin Bieber made headlines for the canceling the 14 remaining dates of his Purpose tour. But more so than the cancellation itself, people were curious as to exactly why.

Naturally, rumors started popping up everywhere, including that he was planning to open his own Church. According to multiple reports last week, Bieber canceled the remaining dates of his tour because he underwent a ‘spiritual awakening’ rooted in his relationship with church pastor Carl Lentz. While it sounded laughable, you never know with these f*cking batshit crazy celebrities.

Well, Bieber has since refuted that report and posted his own message to Instagram to explain his reasoning behind the tour’s cancellation. And let me say, I know it’s just words on a page, but I can legitimately feel how tangibly unintelligent Justin Bieber is just by his vocabulary and style of writing:

Needless to say, KISS legend Gene Simmons, who knows a thing or two about being on tour, did not approve of Bieber’s decision:

“Get a life. You don’t have to worry about anything. You’re rich. In case you didn’t notice, you’re white. You’ve got white privilege, bitch. There’s nothing to complain about. “He’s got the Beverly Hills blues. It goes like this… My limo is late … and I just can’t wait. My mansion is… c’mon,” Simmons said to TMZ.

Nessa Diab was born on May 6th, 1981. She is of Egyptian descent and Islamic Faith. This 36-year-old beauty graduated from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ms. Diab is a radio and TV personality. She rose to fame on San Francisco Bay Area Top 40 station Wild 94.9 and YouTube. In 2013, MTV picked up Nessa as a cast member for Girl Code. She later hosted Girl Code Live in 2015.

In July 2015, Nessa began dating the infamous quarterback Colin Kaepernick. About seven months later, they finally decided to make their relationship known to the public. In the meantime, the San Francisco 49ers have dropped Kaep, while Nessa decided to keep him around.

On Wednesday, Diab posted a Tweet comparing former Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis and Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti to a still-frame from the movie Django Unchained. In the photo, Lewis is compared to the role of loyal house slave played by Samuel L. Jackson, while Bisciotti is linked to vicious slave owner portrayed by Leonardo DiCaprio. Yikes! I wonder what’s the symbolism here…

The CrossFit Games first began in the summer of 2007, and has been a yearly fixture in sports ever since. This year, the Crossfit Games technically celebrate their 10th anniversary, even though this is also the 11th edition of the competition.

Returning champions will appear to compete. Mathew Fraser and Katrín Tanja Davíðsdóttir will look to defend their titles against the very best in the world. Last year, Mathew won first place in the 2016 CrossFit Games. He finally made it to first place, after sitting in second place for two years in a row (2014, 2015). Meanwhile, Katrín is on an uber-hot streak. She’s looking to win her third consecutive women’s individual championship at this year’s CrossFit Games.

Cardinals vs. Cowboys

Sam Irwin-Hill of the Dallas Cowboy literally kicks off tonight’s game, as the football soars out of bound in Cardinals’ territory. The Arizona team throws their weight around in this game. They push forward in the early going. Less than five minutes into the game, Kerwynn Williams pulls off a touchdown. Cardinals just scored a kick for an extra point. Arizona leads Dallas, 7-0.

When we come back from the break, the Cowboys fight back hard. But the Cardinals are just too damn good. Andre Ellington scores the second touchdown for his team. Arizona then scored its second kick of the game. The score has been updated, with the Cardinals leading the Cowboys, 13-0.

The Cardinals try scoring a touchdown almost immediately, but that’s foiled by Cowboys’ interference. The referee has the players redo that play, and the Cardinals score a 2 point conversion. The team from Arizona has increased the score 15-0 against the Dallas Cowboys.

Rico Gathers of the Dallas Cowboys scores for the first touchdown for his team. The Cowboys follow that touchdown with a kick, changing the score, 15-7. That’s a lot better than zero.

The Cowboys increase the score by two points, but they still trail the Cardinals, 15-10.

By the third quarter, the Cowboys push ahead. Dallas is finally in the lead with a score of 17-15. The Cardinals haven’t scored one point since the first quarter. But then, with roughly three minutes remaining in the third quarter, Cardinals finally score with a field goal kick. Arizona turns the tide and regains the lead, with a score of 18-17.

In the fourth quarter, the Cowboys rally back and capture the lead once again. Dallas is ahead of Arizona, with a score of 20-18.

Dallas keeps its lead to the very end.
